Continuity mistake: When the priest begs for his life as Carnage threatens his biological symbiotic dad with "Death to you, father", the hand with the bible is higher in the side shots and lower in the intermediate closer camera angle. (01:08:25)

Revealing mistake: When Venom violently opens the large portal of the church, he barely takes one step but the doors close basically through him. (01:08:15)

Continuity mistake: During the 'apology' scene in the alley, Anne's hair all of a sudden moves from the left part of her chest going all the way above the shoulder. (01:02:45)

Sammo

Stupidity: Makes sense that Anne would go to Mrs. Chen's store because Eddie tipped her about it. Less sense that she actually finds Venom there as if the ever impatient starved alien had been manning the counter of the store all that time. (00:59:00)

Revealing mistake: Shriek's scream is strong enough to cause the explosion of a helicopter at great distance, but the frame of the windshield is unscathed. (00:54:15)

Other mistake: When Casady crushes Shriek's cell, they both have their hands on the glass wall that gets shattered, nothing protects them, and yet she has her hands all over him to passionately make out - the shattered glass is like it never existed. (00:52:30)

Continuity mistake: Casady goes "Ta-dah!" on Dr. Pazzo suddenly appearing inside Frances' containment zone. He lowers his arms, which are still raised in the reverse shot. (00:51:25)

The Hong Kong Kowloon Treasure Murder Case File 4 - S1-E4

Plot hole: The plot involves mother and daughter having a matching tattoo on their butt. This episode tells us that they had the matching tattoo since Ran was literally a child since her father himself did it. It's easy to understand that since kids, you know, grow and all, a dragon on the buttock of a 6 years-old would be quite different when they are all grown up. And it's no small tattoo and it needs to be accurate because it's a map.

The Hong Kong Kowloon Treasure Murder Case File 3 - S1-E3

Plot hole: The surprise reveal of the killer doesn't make any sense, because Kindaichi gathered everyone involved in the case, and the killer very much is; they are absent for no reason, so the denouement shouldn't have even started and the audience would have to be napping not to notice.

The Hong Kong Kowloon Treasure Murder Case File 3 - S1-E3

Stupidity: The plan of the murderer involved tying a wire between two different building. To do that, they needed access to the victim's apartment, and to set the trick in advance. The problem is that they tied the wire to a pillar in the middle of the apartment, below eye-level and well in advance; since they spent basically the whole afternoon with Kindaichi (and they met him by chance) the timing of the plan wouldn't work. He'd have literally walked into the trap just coming back home.

The Hong Kong Kowloon Treasure Murder Case File 1 - S1-E1

Plot hole: The plot of the four-parter is complete nonsense even for a kid show. It is tied together by unbelievable pure coincidences; Miyuki is the perfect doppelganger of a missing model, Kindaichi randomly bumps into a high school mate who just happened to be in HK as well (!), and they both equally randomly (so they think) bump into the model who was just chilling on a park bench (so much for disappearing!), he befriends the son of the victim from 20 years before.

Godmothered (2020)

Continuity mistake: Jane Curtin is teaching to a rather seasoned class. One of those old hags says sarcastically "Because we really never do anything." As she says it, notice Eleanor turning towards her momentarily. She then turns completely, facing the opposite way, but at the cut she is repeating the turn from the beginning. Moreover, Moira's mouth closes after she says "Enough!" but the following shot on Curtin shows her still jaw-dropped. (00:04:05)
