Behind Emily, the same person with a red raincoat and pink-red umbrella passes by twice, and when Stephanie says "I think you're joking, but great!" a girl with a red raincoat pops in the view of the door but is nowhere to be found in the next shot. Continuity mistake: The first time we see Emily, Stephanie is looking at her open the car door and make her way across the street. Even in slo-mo, it takes a few seconds. But before AND after the sequence, the same dad with a plaid shirt and dark jacket is coming out of the school. (00:04:40)

Continuity mistake: When the teacher asks to the class "Haven't we learned so much about food all over the world?" there's a blonde kid behind her who reaches for a crayon off-screen, then is prominently featured in the cutaway shot where she is drawing already on the paper with it, and then we're back to the same angle as before where she is -still - waiting for that crayon. Revealing mistake: The teacher has to stop the overzealous Stephanie from signing up to more than one task. Thing is, even before Anna Kendrick grabs the pen from the string, her name is written on the sheet already. (00:03:35)

Continuity mistake: While he is copulating with Laurence, François Monge receives a phone call from his boss about the murder case in Bobigny. To shush his vocal partner, he gives her a slap on the shoulder, but he does it with the right hand in the view from behind, and the left hand in the full frontal. (00:08:55)

Continuity mistake: The first time they go to the beach together, Alain is sleeping while Stephanie is swimming. When she wakes him up with her potent whistling, he has his hand on his belly that touches the bathing shorts'upper band in the first shot, but the hand is in a different position above his bellybutton in the wider angle. Audio problem: In the first duel of the game, against your fellow detective Tsuguo Yoshio, the sentence that precedes the moment when you have to contradict one of his 3 statements ("He might have gone to play with some of his friends" etc) has a striking difference in volume and ambience compared to the rest (probably was recorded in a different session, maybe the first take had a mistake).

Other mistake: Objects you put inside a drawer do not disappear just in the part of the drawer that goes into the desk, but also in the lateral sides.

Remembrance - S1-E1

Character mistake: Picard and Data are playing poker at the beginning of the episode. Before the actual faces of the players are revealed, we are shown close-ups of their hands as they put down the chips for the bet. When Picard says his first line in the series it's "See", and it is literally true, because in the previous shot, Data put his 5 cards down on the table and face up. (00:00:50)

Continuity mistake: Aboard the stolen cab, the guys receive a photo from Jenna posing with the cardboard cutout of herself. She has a rather straightforward pose in the picture in the phone, while a moment later when we actually saw the picture taken she struck a pose cocking her torso and popping the hip out making a pouty face. Stupidity: The power generator for Al Capone's secret bunker is located exactly outside the secret entrance door. In case of emergency it would be entirely useless, on top of drawing attention to the entrance itself.

Plot hole: The contest happens on July 16th 2005. Karen appears on a magazine cover as the successful new manager in the September 2005 issue, which is really a bit too fast considering in barely a month Bowker's wife would have had to divorce him, sell the company and reduce him as the homeless bum shown, on top of Karen actually taking over.

Continuity mistake: When Sylvia reads "Potholing weekly", her hand on the last page changes position between shots (finger below the first paragraph in the second shot, way deeper below in the first). (01:21:25)

Continuity mistake: When Sylvia is teaching her brother how to play guitar without the amplifier, the position of her hands are inconsistent at times between shots - for instance after she tosses the slice of tangerine at him and he groans that he almost 'had it'. (01:13:30)

Continuity mistake: As the jaunty tunes from "Otto and his Black Forest Ghetto" sound in the air, Sylvia receives a phone call from her dad (ish). She holds the phone with the thumb and index all the way up in side view, but different placement and thumb below the screen in close-up. (01:06:50)

Continuity mistake: During the Bavarian event at the pub, Sylvia chugs down some beer from the mug. She turns towards the elder couple and exchanges a couple quick pleasantries; when Warren walks in, the level of beer in the mug suddenly drops. (01:05:55)

Continuity mistake: After another big reveal about her messed up family history, Sylvia goes to a pub and sits at the counter. Her arms are folded when seen from the front, or she's leaning with just her left when the camera is on the back. (01:05:35)

Continuity mistake: Jake stops the car right before accidentally running his dad over. It's obvious though that two different takes are edited together, as the position Tom Watt jumps from is a different one in the two shots. (00:55:35)
