Continuity mistake: The first time Jared Leto 's hard kombucha is mentioned, Blanc fetches a bottle from the scale model of Baby Blue. Notice Daniel Craig that begins to uncork it. Duke points saying "Iconic!", the angle changes, and now Benoit Blanc has yet to pick a bottle from the porsche-shaped cooler. (00:28:40)

Continuity mistake: Chatting poolside on the lounger with Lionel and Claire, Birdie Jay says "No masks, I can breathe again." Kathryn Hahn was adjusting her suit with her hands on her sides, and suddenly they are on top of the laptop. She then closes the bathing robe, which is open again when Hudson says "Look at this pool." And when Claire started adjusting the swimsuit, Kate Hudson's hand suddenly wasn't on the hat too. Continuity mistake: Miles tries to talk to Andi and eventually tells her he is glad to have her there, and touches her shoulder. When he approached her, you could see in the background Whiskey and Duke, with the girl gesticulating. Many seconds pass and Miles asks Blanc to have a word with him; the path appears clear, but in the wide shot that follows Whiskey and Duke are in front of them, and she is making the exact same gesture as before. Other mistake: Claire Debella reacts to the biorhythm bracelet buzzing at her wrist. You can see that her wristwatch is set at 7 when it's supposed to be early afternoon at most. We can theorize that maybe she did not adjust the time to Greece and her wristwatch is still on Connecticut time, making it 2 pm in Greece, but it still wouldn't be right, since Daniel Craig was checking the time at the beginning of the dock scene and it was 10 am, and the ship sailed for 2 hours. Continuity mistake: The first time that Joseph Gordon-Levitt's "Dong" echoes in the estate, Kate Hudson's position changes entirely at the reaction shot. (00:23:15)

Other mistake: When Benoit and Andi have their little chat on the beach by the pile of bags, they do it under a stealthy pretense. However, nobody can overhear them, and they have a good reason to exchange a couple of words, while they show later in the movie no fear of being eavesdropped on even in their room and in places like the bathroom or the gym who could very well be bugged or have cameras, as opposed to an open and deserted beach. In a flashback we even see them hanging out at the hotel together, exchanging information that reasonably they needed to sort out back in the States. (00:22:35 - 01:12:45)

Continuity mistake: When Batista arrives on the pier, he asks "Who's that?" about Blanc. In the next shot Birdie is facing the opposite way and a passing car in the background disappears. (00:15:30)

Continuity mistake: All the characters showed up for Miles on the beach by the 'Pisceshite' pier, and Duke asks "when's the murder mystery start?" In the reverse angle Peg holds the Luis Vuitton-bagged dress across her back in a different way, and the group with Birdie and Lionel is positioned differently to better fit the framing of the shot. Trivia: During the scene of Birdie Jay 's arrival on the pier, the driver of the moped is a producer of the movie, Nikos Karamigios, appearing in the credits as N.J. Gentry. In his video breaking down the arrival scene on the Vanity Fair youtube channel, Rian Johnson "busts" him looking at the camera, breaking the fourth wall. (00:13:55)

Other mistake: When the four 'Disruptors' that stayed buddies solve all the puzzles, they retrieve the invitation from an intricate miniature Glass Onion at the center of the box. When we see the mysterious outcast break the box open, she gets the card from a compartment on the side. While we are not privy to the inner workings of the mechanism, that's obviously not where it was supposed to be. (00:11:00)

Continuity mistake: In her introduction, Janelle Monáe is tapping nervously the card on her lap, holding it in a different way between close-up and wider angle. (00:10:30)

Factual error: Birdie tries to use the tune recognizing app Shazam speaking to the wrong device. When she does that, the TV in the background plays footage from CNN, with the coronavirus epidemic, featuring Dr. Fauci. However, in that particular part of the scene they also show a map of the US that displays the states with no mask mandate. The chart can't be a May 13, 2020 one (supposed date of the scene), since it shows the situation at the end of the year. Several states in white like Washington, Nevada, Oregon adopted it only in the summer. (00:08:20)

Deliberate mistake: Being merely a comedy bit it does not have to make sense, but Dave Bautista's mom solves the puzzles without even being able to look at them from her sitting spot. You could argue she somehow could figure out the nature of the compass from the first glance she took solving the stereogram, but the Fibonacci sequence was not on display yet. Also, Duke joins the call saying that she "did something" to the box, it "opened up" and she "broke it", but actually he never saw any of that that, the puzzle was already open in the background before she'd even told him there was a delivery.

Continuity mistake: When Peg calls Birdie out on the use of the word "jewy", she leans against the puzzle, holding the phone too. Her friend complains about the "wokeness" of everything, and Peg is gone entirely. (00:03:45)

Continuity mistake: Lionel discusses with his fellow tech people the various crazy ideas the boss faxes in the middle of the night. There are several fax sheets rolled on the table throughout the scene. When he mentions the "Crypto Kids app", some sheets have been straightened out and lie on top of the rolled ones, but when the delivery person calls, there's nothing on top of the paper roll.
