Stupidity: To save the people from rubble falling on their heads Flash does not move them aside like he did with his future love, but does some strange manoeuvre which takes seconds - since we see people moving normally - and happens in midair (how does he get there?) and that does not take care of a huge chunk of concrete which he does nothing about, shouting just "No!", but Cyborg has all the time he needs to load his Mega Man arm and vaporize it in midair. Continuity mistake: Steppenwolf sends away the parademons saying "This one will be mine" to confront Wonder Woman one-on-one. She says in close-up "I belong to no-one!" and her right shoulder is clear of hair, but in the previous shot she had hair right in front of that shoulder. (01:57:20)

Trivia: You can realistically only catch this with slo-mo, so this is under trivia rather than a mistake; in this version of the movie, the addresses of the various "Victor Stone" that Diana looks up repeat themselves after the first screen, from Westminster to Brookfield.

Sammo

Continuity mistake: Alfred is freaking out about Diana's sub-par tea brewing skills. He tells her that there's enough tea; Gal Gadot's fingers are in a different position on the container between shots. (01:34:30)

Sammo

Continuity mistake: When Flash calls himself "a snackhole", he holds the pizza carton with the hand at its corner, then more towards the middle. (01:33:30)

Plot hole: WW mentions that "As Darkseid waged war on Earth, he found a secret there", that being the Anti-life equation. But later on it turns out that after being defeated, planet Earth is so "anonymous among a trillion worlds" that he never manages to find it again and destroys another 100,000 worlds (his words!) to look for it again. That would mean that they lack any sort of navigation, and it's hardly possible anyway that the planet would be "anonymous" when it contains what Darkseid wants the most.

Suggested correction: This is in the form of a question and should be uploaded as such. There are several reasons to think why Darkseid couldn't find Earth.

lionhead

The questions were rhetorical, but thanks to your comment I edited rephrasing it without any questioning ambiguity, since my interest is not much in hearing fan theories filling the gaps in the narration, but rather in pointing out the obvious contradiction where Darkseid is fully aware right from the start that the most important thing in the universe is on Earth, but can't find it again and conquers another thousands of worlds instead "still looking" for it.

Sammo

Earth was a random planet they attacked and on that random planet Darkseid found a secret, he didn't go there for the secret, he found it whilst there. I don't expect him to go into his ship and put a pin on a map to remember where the planet was in case they were defeated. They expected to win. In their retreat, their way to navigate back to Earth got lost. Perfectly reasonable. You don't know anything about Darkseid's way of conquering and also no idea on how they navigate from world to world.

lionhead

You know he was not alone, he had an army with a whole slew of ships and subordinates, it takes a lot of suspension of disbelief to swallow the idea that they are conquering worlds going in totally blind and "conquer" worlds they can't ever visit again lacking any charting. They refer the Earth by name and know who their opponents are. An explanation would be also less stringent if Darkseid didn't learn about Anti-life at all and simply "moved on", but it's not the case.

Stupidity: A massive fire of unexplained origin and uncommon persistence kept for hours the fire brigade busy at the Amazon temple, making news all across the world. Of course Diana just waltzes by without any security, media, scientist, and the mysterious arrow which started the fire was clearly not taken in as evidence or anything.

Continuity mistake: Queen Hippolyta turns around and rushes to the rescue of an amazon that was running behind her escaping the Cage; notice how in the wide shot the girl turns from the prone position bringing the sword towards the parademon, but in the close-up the sword is facing the side. (00:29:50)

Sammo

Continuity mistake: Hippolyta is running away from the chamber of the Box and screams to ready the hammers. Notice how she is running in the middle of the corridor and if anything her steps bring her closer and closer to the line between the stones running exactly in the middle. A parademon bludgeons the other amazon that is following Hippolyta, and you could see him in the background earlier too preparing to do so, but now the queen is running towards the right side of the entrance, leaving room for the camera. (00:29:45)

Sammo

Continuity mistake: The Amazons are dogpiling Steppenwolf as he tries to reach for the box. One of them in the quasi-POV shot has a big quiver, but when she is sprinting to piggyback him the quiver isn't there. (00:29:00)

Stupidity: Wonder Woman gets back to confront the single terrorist still standing; he shoots a single bullet which she parries. The guy is stunned realizing what happened, switches to full auto, starts shooting in an arc. WW is quick enough to run and parry effortlessly and with precision every single bullet from an HK416 (over 700r/s), but somehow is too slow to jump him. With such godly speed, it's unfathomable she even gave him the time to react and switch mode. And she nearly gives him time to reload and fire later. (00:23:15)

Sammo

Continuity mistake: When Wonder Woman breaks through the door, the left side flies off sliding on the floor almost all the way to the couch in the reverse shot, but is closer to WW in the next. (00:21:40)

Character mistake: Diana categorizes without a doubt Aquaman as "a mixed blood" Atlantean because Bruce tells her that he could breathe air. However Steppenwolf interrogated one of the guards from Atlantis on the ground, and he could breathe just fine.

Sammo

Continuity mistake: Clark is thanking Bruce for the house. They both look in the distance at Lois and Martha; there are a couple guys fetching boxes near the carpenter, on both sides of the workbench, but they are nowhere to be seen in the new closer angle. (03:38:00)

Sammo

Continuity mistake: When Flash talks to his dad at the end of the movie, he puts a paper against the security glass. The paper is tilted towards his right a bit, but in the reverse shot it's tilted more heavily and in the opposite direction, and so it stays for the rest of the scene. (03:37:05)

Sammo

Continuity mistake: When Aquaman like a true hero impales the bad guy from behind, Superman in the background is assuming the stance raising his fist. In close-up his arms are both lowered. (03:30:25)

Sammo

Continuity mistake: When Wonder Woman readies her sword (which makes also a sound) in front of the portal to Apokolips, wind blows her hair behind her back in the frontal view. Cut to the view from the back, and the hair is in front of the shoulders. (03:24:55)

Sammo

Continuity mistake: Superman is pummelling Steppenwolf, and Darkseid's portal starts appearing. Wonder Woman turns around to face it in two shots; Aquaman in the first shot has the trident standing vertical, it's more slanted forward in the next. (03:24:45)

Sammo

Continuity mistake: When Lois randomly appears on the battlefield, she drops the handbag while one of the policemen tries to restrain her. The bag is behind the original position when the shot changes. (02:46:50)
