Continuity mistake: When Speed tells Gandil that he's always going to smell like fish, the moustached henchman in the background is holding the coat with one arm, but at the cut he is holding it over both crossed arms. (01:21:50)

Other mistake: In the dispatch mission "A Life's Vow", Tobia teams up with a federation soldier, called "Federation soldier." One of his lines says "I know the visor's kinda in the way, but I've got red eyes." But we can see his eyes perfectly fine, and they are not red, not even a tinge! There are many other times when the game has overlays / alternative versions of portraits, this is kinda egregious of a miss.

Stupidity: A significant plot point at the beginning of the movie is based on the fact that the killer changed the color of the van from black to white and was untraceable. In the rest of the movie, everyone knows that the van is white, he is constantly identified solely because of that, almost to the point of being comical (there are plenty of white vans around, just like there were plenty of black ones.), and yet he never ever changes color again even with days to spare. This sudden change of M.O. is never explained nor brought up.

Other mistake: In the last scene at the airport, extras get reused - for instance, when she says "I promise..." a guy with a loud teal T-shirt, dragging a little trolley, walks by her. The commissioner offers to give her a ride, and the same guy is walking in the opposite direction. (01:20:50)

Continuity mistake: When the commissioner - who somehow delivers adoption papers too - hands the documents to Chin's cousin, she holds them in her left hand, which is entirely free in the next shot. (01:20:15)

Revealing mistake: Diana's dog breaks free from her captivity with the slightest push against an unlocked pen. (01:15:35)

Continuity mistake: Diana and Chin are chained up in the back of the van. She begs him to leave the child alone; the position of her hands changes entirely between shots. (01:13:20)

Revealing mistake: Diana needs to make herself a new DIY cane. She tried to break a few branches, and one eventually makes a snapping sound - you can see though that it just slips into her hand coming from out of the frame. (01:08:00)

Continuity mistake: At the double murder scene, the commissioner asks the eyewitness about the van. In the background, a policeman opens the trunk of the car, fully. He is back in the process of opening it in the next shot. (00:44:15)

Continuity mistake: After the disco scene, the protagonist is back home. She receives a phone call from Jacques and meets him. When she has a wine glass in hand, the glass switches hand from left to right in the cut when she sits down.
