Episode #3.6 - S3-E6

Continuity mistake: At Humphrey's after speaking with Alec Burton, Camille is looking through documents when the scene begins. She lowers the paper in her right hand in the very first shot, it is higher up in the following, and she has yet to open the document folder in the frontal. (00:21:25)

Episode #3.6 - S3-E6

Continuity mistake: In another bit of his ridiculously exaggerated lack of coordination, Humph knocks the whiteboard down. He is reaching out with his left arm to tap it, actually taps it with the right, Dwayne catches the board, and in the next shot he's catching it again while Goodman pulls the left arm back. Episode #3.6 - S3-E6

Continuity mistake: During the first whiteboard scene, you can tell different takes have been edited together because in some of the shots with the same angle (Danny John-Jules from the waist up) something happened that smudged away a bit of the vertical stroke of the first T in Matt Webster's name, and in others it is untouched. Episode #3.6 - S3-E6

Continuity mistake: At the setup of the whiteboard, the name of the victim is shown in close-up. The letter R in 'Mark Talbot' is written with a full eyelet and the K has its oblique strokes that don't join together. In the next shot Dwayne is standing by the board and the writing changed. The mistake happens for the remaining names too, different between close-up and view of the whole board. (00:15:35)

Justice - S1-E8

Plot hole: The entire premise of the episode is contradictory; the franchise makes abundantly clear through the so called Prime Directive that the Federation abides to a code (often creating moral dilemmas that may require to stretch the rules) that says that their staff is not supposed to interfere in world that haven't reached warp capabilities, nor involve themselves in their internal matters. In the first half of the episode, Riker and the others just go 'mingle' with the frisky natives without a care in the world, and yet in the second half the Prime Directive itself is referenced explicitly and it is part of the plot.

Suggested correction: They are just enjoying the hospitality of the planet's inhabitants. They are not interfering in their internal affairs or the development of their species. It's only when Wesley gets into trouble that the Prime Directive comes into play. The entire mission of The Enterprise is to make contact with other planets.

Even though they are supposed to make contact with other planets, it's pretty clear in the rest of the series after the first few episodes of Season 1 that they do not (intentionally) contact people that have no warp capability.

Episode #3.6 - S3-E6

Continuity mistake: Chief Goodman has implicitly outed himself as a birdwatcher, and the others look at him with pity. When Fidel resumes speaking saying "Well...", Humphrey lowers his binoculars and moves the evidence bag from one hand to the other and vice-versa. Besides small jumps in continuity that occur, the evidence bag does a 180° between shots. (00:05:30)

Episode #3.6 - S3-E6

Factual error: Humphrey and the rest of the crew arrive on the murder scene, where Fidel is taking pictures of the body. With the knife fully planted inside the victim and pictures still to be taken, Fidel is already able to say that the knife has been wiped clean of prints; it's impossible that he could have already done such an assessment at that point.

Episode #3.5 - S3-E5

Character mistake: Fidel says that the victim "removed" the hard drive of his laptop, even pointing out an empty slot where the HD would be. During his massive overacting when he figures out of the solution of the case, Humphrey says that Jacob "wiped" the hard drive. (00:21:40 - 00:41:00)

Bug: The game can be played in auto mode, but not the penalty kicks, which are supposed to require interaction from the player. However, if you hit the pause icon, you can access the menu and enable auto mode also for that part of the game.

Exit to Hell (2013)

Continuity mistake: The Boss kneels by Tasha after hitting her, and asks her did she get the money. In that particular shot, blood trickles down her face in a single clean path, but in the close-up and in other later views part of the blood branches down coasting her nose. (00:39:10)

Exit to Hell (2013)

Continuity mistake: A stripper named Elektra is introduced, walks on stage and begins to pole dance. When she stretches on all fours, do your best to focus on the background instead; at the bar you can see 3 men having drinks. Those are Boris and his associates; it is footage recycled from the part that comes a minute later in the movie, when they leave the office and go see her number. (00:14:20 - 00:15:00)

Exit to Hell (2013)

Continuity mistake: At the gas station, Pablo passed by the 'old man' to go to his 'sh*tter'. He arrogantly blows cigarette smoke on him. The old man himself is smoking, and the cigarette in close-up shows to be burnt to a different degree and pattern than the earlier and following view - which instead match. (00:08:20)

Exit to Hell (2013)

Revealing mistake: Pablo and his buddy are driving through the middle of nowhere, and end up in the bucolic town of Red Stone. The first two people they drive by are armed with machetes. The close-up of the second one is reversed, as shown by the dilapidated street sign - it can't be deliberately shown by say, the car mirror, because they are looking at him turning their head. Continuity mistake: When the two criminals seen at the beginning kill the drug dealer, he is initially still sporting his sunglasses, rolled at the back of his neck. When they drive away, the shades somehow ended up in a totally different spot around his midsection. (00:03:55)

Episode #3.5 - S3-E5

Continuity mistake: When Camille tells her mom about Marlon being on the island, she turns around theatrically asking back "Your father?" Throughout the scene, Elizabeth Bourgine's arm position and stance appears subtly inconsistent between shots, and Camille goes from having one hand at the hip to the arm flat against her side at the cut following "It's just bad luck."
