Continuity mistake: In the room where Nora is stored, Barbara smashes with a pipe the bottle on the table. The liquid is spread to one side in the first shot, in a circle in the following. In the next shots, more inconsistencies appear (liquid appears to be leaking off the table, only to show later a half-circle nowhere near to any of the table edges). (00:34:45)
10th Nov 2019
Continuity mistake: Barbara escapes traveling inside what is shown as a straight ventilation pipe, the closest intersection to her left being practically all the way to the back of the room with one to the right somewhere in between. Magically once Belson slips past the grate she has a left opening from a T juncture to escape into, right behind her. (00:33:25)
10th Nov 2019
Continuity mistake: Barbara slips through the air conditioning conduit into the room next to her cell. Freeze uses his gun to cut her escape path. We see that the icy spikes are past the vent, since Belson opens a grid right before them, but when Barbara kicks the stalagmites loose, Belson pops up behind (or from) them. (00:33:30)

Other mistake: Freeze gets in sight of the toll booth (we see the headlights from his truck on the asphalt before it), and there's a car in the outer lane he is travelling in, but he has a (too) long and uninterrupted run in that lane. That aside, the road goes from having 4 lanes to 3 lanes and back to 4 lanes, and everyone is going at mad speed having barriers this close (especially with the toll booth not being automated). (00:27:00)

Factual error: The plot revolves on finding a matching organ compatible with Nora. Practically the only issue presented about it is the blood type compatibility, so let's go by that logic. In a misconception happening in so many works of fiction, the fact that she is an AB - is listed as a terrible problem because of how rare it is. It is indeed the rarest blood type in most parts of the world, but it's also the universal receiver and compatible with every other group.

Other mistake: When Dr. Belson searches the blood donor database, a lot of weird stuff happens; first of all, he is searching it by name, and it's the name of Mr. Freeze's wife. Since for some weird reason she is shown later being in the donors database (doubtful that someone with an incurable disease would be a donor!), it should return the information about her, but it does not. Secondly, he is opening the database search again once Freeze promises the gold vein, and the form shows already the personal data of Nora but without her name this time, and including the blood type, which he types only in the next close-up. (00:20:50)

Plot hole: Mr. Freeze's old pal Dr. Gregory Belson needs to search for a compatible *organ* for Freeze's wife. He's trying to go through the proper channels at first, and search for, in his words, "available organs" and "deceased donors." The weirdest part about it is that he's searching the blood donors database. Why would the blood donors database have that kind of information? (00:19:20)

Continuity mistake: During the fundraiser, glasses of relevant guests (the woman in the red dress when she is introduced to Bruce, the stock broker when he is dragged away) disappear conveniently off-camera. It's quite a stretch to assume they found a waiter or a place to place the glass when they were not in frame (especially in the group of three women in front of the doors).
10th Nov 2019
Other mistake: At the end of the third chapter of the KOF'95 story, Geese and Billy are talking in an alley. The Fatal Fury Team is referred to as "The Starving Wolves", in contrast with the name always used to translate "Garou Densetsu" in the series of games and movies: "Legend of the Hungry Wolf."
9th Nov 2019
Continuity mistake: Cross found out that the picture missing is Charles Lindbergh's (like the blackboard says). He says then "Our Mr. Soneji has a sense of humor." The IT agent by him has her arms folded, hands visible at the elbows. Close-up on Morgan Freeman, and her hands are not on display anymore. (00:35:50)
9th Nov 2019
Continuity mistake: Alex Cross is in front of a computer screen, checking out images of the class to spot the missing picture. From behind, Morgan Freeman is in pose with his finger on his temple, then lowers his hand and turns around. In the next shot, he's still holding his hand high as he is turning. (00:34:50)

The Mysterious Affair at Styles - S3-E1
Continuity mistake: The coroner asks Mary to tell everyone about the quarrel. Frontal shot of Mr. Wells; he is pointing his hand with the spectacles at a certain height. Reverse shot; the hand is lower, resting on the other hand, and only then he raises it to the same level as it was in the other shot. (00:53:40)
8th Nov 2019
Continuity mistake: Batgirl roundhouse kicks one guy in the park. In the background, the victim has her left arm down, but it's up in the following shot. In that shot her walkman is also missing the cable linking the headset to it (it is there when Batgirl helps her stand later, same camera distance). (00:12:35)
8th Nov 2019
Continuity mistake: The movie gets a lot of details right when it shows the establishing shot of the exterior of the fundraiser event Bruce Wayne goes to after the initial action; perfect continuity with the car models and people in the crowd ascending the stairs. But somehow, it has three people standing in front of the teal car, instead of 'just' two. (00:11:40)
8th Nov 2019
Continuity mistake: In the factory, Batman lies down the corpse horizontally/across the ramp he's walking on, but when he runs off, the body is turned 90°. It's already baffling that he took the time to deal with it at all, even more unlikely that he'd drag it on the floor looking for the best Feng Shui arrangement for it in the hostile environment. (01:10:10)
8th Nov 2019
Continuity mistake: Batman pulls from his back pocket the microphone/mind control thingy that Hush was using, and holds it in his fist. In the first shot though it's drawn upside down and the cables are sticking out from the bottom of Batman's fist. In the subsequent shots Batman is holding the device in the same raised fist by those cables. (01:07:40)
8th Nov 2019
Continuity mistake: When Batman and Jim Gordon are smashed through the wall of the interrogation room (which is directly in front of the cells for some reason), Batman is holding Gordon close and drops him during his landing, but in the full view of the corridor Gordon is at a right angle with Batman and distant, as if Batman launches him aside, which he did not (nor it would be physically possible). (01:05:50)
8th Nov 2019
Continuity mistake: After the montage with Batman and Catwoman partnering up to defeat Penguin and other villains, there's a view of the Batcave where you can make out of the shower and some clothes on the ground. It's easy to see the yellow bat-belt. But that belt is in front of the stairs when Alfred arrives, and when the shower is seen, there are other things in front, like Batman's full cape. (00:55:55)
8th Nov 2019
Continuity mistake: After apprehending Riddler, Batman crashes the window of the building where Hush appeared. By the window is half a mannequin, with a big shard of glass leaning against its pedestal. The glass quickly disappears (as most pieces of glass change place between shots) and the mannequin a couple of shots later ("We already have" line) is a full figure one. (00:49:40)
