Mike then tells Marcus that he met her when he was an undercover cop in Mexico, fresh out of the academy, "twenty-four years ago," before he got partnered up with him. However, earlier in the movie, it's mentioned that Marcus has been married to Theresa for 26 years and partnered with Mike for 25 years.

Character mistake: When the good guys plan their next moves at AMMO, they show on screen the profile of Taglin, the boss killed early in the movie by Armando. His profile says that he was born on 1/17/68. Then in the third paragraph, it says, "First arrest age 16, 4/20/82," and that he fully served 18 months in prison. The fourth says his second arrest was on 8/19/83. So, 14 years after his birth, he was 16, and he was arrested 14 months into his 18-month jail term. Got it. (01:06:05)

Character mistake: The official in charge of announcing the voting results keeps pronouncing Cardinal Adeyemi's name in different ways; he puts the accent on the last "e" the first time, then the French way on the last "i", then mere seconds later the "e" again. Considering Adeyemi already walked in the conclave as one of the 4 favourites, and that utmost care was put in the preparation of the ceremonial (in an earlier scene, Ralph Fiennes' character makes sure he knows how to pronounce the name of one of the unimportant cardinals), it's quite the egregious mistake that he keeps repeating. Character mistake: When Samson is playing trivia with Cross' kids right at the beginning of the episode, he asks, "First black mayor of D.C.?" and the son answers, "Marion Barry." John awards him the point while his daughter asks, "Who?" Not the first black mayor of D.C., for sure, since that was his predecessor, Walter Washington. (00:03:30)

Character mistake: When the MC introduces Lucius and his team during the naval battle, he says, "Today, we relive the battle of Salamis; the Trojans vs the Persians." The battle did involve the Persian empire, but not against "Trojans", but rather the Greeks.

Character mistake: Prosecutor "Death Row" Hawkins finishes speaking with prospective jury member Mr. Cooper and tags in The Defense attorney, saying, "Mr. Matlock, your witness." Naturally, Cooper is not a witness of anything; they are selecting the jury.

Character mistake: When the first case's true murderer is KO'd by Phoenix's amazing attorney skills, he is carried away from the courtroom. The Judge then asks to the prosecutor, "Mr Payne, your client?" He should have obviously asked, "Mr Payne, your witness?" And that's exactly what he asks in the Trilogy remake, that fixes this mistake.

Character mistake: After Clinton's phone call, Christine talks with her assistant and making fun of the "mourning", she says "We went directly to Streisand's opening at the Sands right from the cemetery." However, in Vegas Barbra Streisand never performed at the Sands; she did the International (then Hilton) and the Riviera. (00:05:15)

Character mistake: During the dénouement, Benoit Blanc starts "That night, Lionel faxed Andi's email to Miles." But it's established that he faxed it minutes after receiving the mail, which was sent at 4 pm. 4 pm in May, that's hardly 'night'. And it can't be night where Lionel is, since he shows up a little later together with Claire, from Connecticut, at the house of the victim in the New York area. (01:52:25)

Character mistake: In the flashback, Blanc tells Helen that when Miles will pull him aside to explain his presence, that is when it will be her chance to 'snoop'. However, that piece of dialogue is just unnecessarily wrong since the whole distraction with Miles lasts just a few minutes, does not facilitate at all her snooping, and all the other guests are in their rooms just unpacking and hanging out. If anything, Miles keeping the other guests entertained and gathered together is what would facilitate her. (01:25:45)

Character mistake: Miles is playing on the beach a tune that Birdie Jay recognizes instantly as Blackbird by the Beatles, and Miles flexes saying that it's the exact guitar Paul wrote it on. That'd be difficult though, since it's a right handed guitar, and McCartney plays left handed (albeit he can play right handed too). You could argue that this is one of the hints that Miles is not very smart. (00:20:00)

Character mistake: The screen showing the cemetery inside Arzenal is full of tombs with utter gibberish names (like Tsliap Stliow, who died in GXVI, apparently, whatever year G is) - Some of this creative engraving does not even fall in the proper physical boundaries of the stone.
