Other mistake: When Steve picks up the call from the Governor, his wristwatch points at about half past 10. The kidnapping, he then says getting to the location, happened one hour before, but during the opening his kid Evan whined that it was 6 am. Also to be noted, Steve in typical movie fashion is expositing the mission during the drive in the outskirts of town, as if he'd just have dragged his partner for miles without saying the first thing about the reason. Hawaii Five-0 (2010)
Continuity mistake: Danny shows up with a paper bag at Steve's and when Steve asks about the contents, he says it's those "donut-looking things they sell around the block." He passes the bag of malasadas from the left hand to the right, but it cuts to Alex O'Loughlin and we see in frame Danny's right hand, empty. (00:03:55)

Hawaii Five-0 (2010)
Continuity mistake: Roland Lowry is speaking with his son at the beginning of the episode. When his son whines that daddy is such a dictator, the position of his fingers on the phone changes between shots (fingertip on the back of the phone, fingertip on the side of the phone). (00:00:55)

Hawaii Five-0 (2010)
Continuity mistake: Steve manages to fire 2 to 5 shots through the car's windshield (the windshield is intact before that), but when the car crashes into the container it has no less than 6 bullet holes in it. And when he pulls Sang Min out of the car, from that camera angle the windshield has no bullet holes. (00:35:00)

Hawaii Five-0 (2010)
Other mistake: The human trafficker Sang Min covers his retreat from the warehouse firing wildly with a Micro Galil. In the time it takes for Steve to shout to the others if anybody is hurt, he somehow already ran all the way to his Mercedes deep up the alley and start it up so it can make a nice screeching noise and ram McGarrett. Hawaii Five-0 (2010)
Continuity mistake: During the undercover operation, Danny tells Chin to pull the plug on the operation "Let's get her out of there." Steve's hand is on his belt, but it then cuts to a close-up where he has his hand on the radio. Similarly, during a cut to a close-up on Daniel Dae Kim, Scott Caan's arm pops up in view out of nowhere. (00:32:35)

Hawaii Five-0 (2010)
Continuity mistake: The police operation with Kono undercover begins showing a timestamp on the video feed saying that it's "Monday, 21:16:40" (approx). Inside the warehouse though, when the smuggler boss asks her what she does for a living, we're back in time at 21:14:18. From then on, the time changes inconsistently to 21:15:33, 21:16:46 (more than a minute when she is just turning around), 21:16:04 (again wrong order) and as he sends a text to the mole, the reply comes at 9:24, which would mean 5-6 mins have passed. Hawaii Five-0 (2010)
Continuity mistake: Grace Park comes out of the water and punches a guy; the part of the surf with the red and black logo faces up. Then she picks it up, and, in a way that does not register right consider her motion and the rotation, that side of the board is facing her. Another cut, and the board is facing the opposite direction. (00:28:20)

Hawaii Five-0 (2010)
Continuity mistake: When Danny and Steve are standing dressed like dorks in the parking lot outside Kamekona's joint, behind them on the left there's a guy who is changing bathing suits using a towel to cover himself. When they speak with the pesky kid the guy finishes his deed and leaves, but when Danny reaches inside the car for the big pink fuzzy thing, that guy is back in that spot. (00:26:05)

Hawaii Five-0 (2010)
Continuity mistake: When Steve McGarrett takes the picture of the footprint, what is photographing is different from what was shown earlier; the print and the objects to the left shifted - easy to tell using the tiles as reference, since in the picture the heel of the foot stops right at the line between two tiles, while it went well across it in the original shot. Six Paintings, One Frame - S1-E4
Character mistake: The art expert says that lapis is a rare gemstone and was used in painting only up to the Victorian Era, after which became too expensive. That's quite misleading; it's not that lapis became more rare or expensive, it's just that adequate artificial substitutes became available.

Magnum P.I. (2018)
Six Paintings, One Frame - S1-E4
Other mistake: Speaking with Chen, Higgins tells him that she had Robin Master's IT experts "scrub every byte" of the computer Magnum used to upload the report, and there was no security breach on their end. Considering that she is with Magnum when they visit the crime scene that the police is still processing, it'd mean that the experts 'scrubbed' the computer doing a complete forensics analysis in an hour or so - assuming they did it on remote too, since obviously Robin Masters' team is not in Hawaii. The Woman Who Never Died - S1-E3
Continuity mistake: When the culprit backs off from the door because of detective Katsumoto and drags Emily with him, she has her left shoulder covered with hair, a little hair, then no hair at all. Even more noticeably, when Higgins tells him that he does not have to do this etc, he is pulling her with him using his hand encumbered with the trinkets bag, but at the cut his hand is empty and directly on her bare shoulder. The Woman Who Never Died - S1-E3
Continuity mistake: When Rick picks up Magnum's cheque, the envelope on the table is pointed with the right side closer to Magnum. When Magnum pics the envelope a moment later, it is the other way around, the closer side is the left one. (00:26:40)

The Woman Who Never Died - S1-E3
Continuity mistake: Thomas gave the information about the comatose girl to his client. The client puts the phone down at an angle and relatively close. The next time we see the phone during conversation, it's aligned to the table and at greater distance, and when Rick arrives with the case file it's at an angle again. (00:24:15)

The Woman Who Never Died - S1-E3
Continuity mistake: During the stop to commit a felony on the way home, Magnum picks the lock and opens the door. Higgins who was on lookout turns around, and in the new shot Magnum is still opening the door he already opened, and using the other arm. (00:20:45)
