Other mistake: The top Italian goalkeeper in the game is "Zino Hernandez", wrong transliteration; the katakana used for the sound Zi and Ji is the same, but between the non-existant "Zino" and the very common name"Gino" the choice should be obvious (not that Hernandez is a typical Italian last name, but it's a possibility and a choice mutuated from the manga).

Continuity mistake: In the lobby, Mary advances towards an injured woman she diagnoses from meters away. Seen from the front, she is holding her phone in the right hand. In the back view though, she has it in her left hand. The phone switches hand again when she commands the paramedics to go check her again. (00:32:45)

Continuity mistake: Jerry is back from Minneapolis, and he puts The Keys down on the kitchen isle. When Elaine walks in with the plunger, The Keys have moved forward and more towards the center. (00:04:45)

Stupidity: Batwoman not only drives through town the same bike as Kate, in full Batwoman garb including the cape, but at the beginning of the episode is driving to Wayne enterprises, right inside the employees entrance (clearly marked as such). Even funnier considering the fact that the series keeps referencing things such as security cameras and people taking Batwoman pictures with their phones, elements that were not a concern decades ago and that would if anything require more caution, not less. The old Adam West show with all its camp and obvious absurdities had him at least drive his car to the outskirts of town and come in and out through a secret entrance, not his home garage. Continuity mistake: During the initial conversation when the camera is on Elaine there's a chair prominently featured in the background, with a jacket on the back. The chair turns around between shots - in particular, when Jerry proudly proclaims himself "Master Packer" it is positioned at the desk instead of facing towards the camera. (00:01:10)

Continuity mistake: George is chatting with Elaine as he is waiting for Jerry. Elaine splits an Oreo cookie. When he mentions her "price range", she is not seen fully but her left hand is in frame and she brings it up. When George turns around to address Jerry though, it's her right hand to be raised. Continuity mistake: Jerry and his mom are playing Scrabble; when she is picking the non-existent word, Jerry says that he's "nervous." Look at The Note between his hands. At the cut, the paper is in a different position and orientation. (00:17:45)

Factual error: Pope Benedict and Cardinal Jorge Bergoglio are hanging out in the room by the Sistine Chapel having a pizza and a drink together. The drink of choice is Fanta, apparently Joseph Ratzinger's favourite beverage. The scene is supposed to happen in 2012, but the label of the bottle is a more modern one, introduced in 2016. Continuity mistake: The designated Pope has just been visited by a physician. Three cardinals want to take a stroll outside for some sweets and arts. One of the cardinals stands and rebukes them; you can see that the cross on his chest has its chain caught in a button of the vest. During the rest of the scene the chain is caught in that button in the closer views and is loose in the wider angles. (00:23:50)

Down Down Down - S1-E3

Continuity mistake: In her rooftop fight with Tommy, Batwoman opens with a batarang, then sends him face down kicking him from behind. They wrestle some, and the railgun goes off once. In a wide shot when she punches him in the midsection a few times while he is trapped in an armlock, you can see the gun on the ground. He had it in hand in the previous shot and is still in his possession later. (00:35:00)

Revealing mistake: Batwoman gets shot in the alley; the bullets create bad looking CGI sparks each time they hit her suit. When she gets back to the cave and sits down as Luke scolds her, you can see her suit bends and folds at the breastplate all rubber-like, making even more unlikely the fact that bullets would create sparks on impact (for what is worth, in the following episode there's a close-up of a bullet hitting the breastplate of the suit and there is no trace of sparks and not the slightest give from the material). Other mistake: To retrieve the bird whistle in Miriam's apartment, Thadd fills the vase it ended up in with water, using either the glass or the mug from the bar. The game makes you do it twice, because only once would not suffice. Too bad that the vase is so big that it gets to George's chest (you can't pick it up because it's "too heavy", as he comments), so 2 little glasses would never be enough to fill it, and to the brim even.
