Continuity mistake: Kareem's mom is talking to her coworker about the fact that her son asked for James to pick him up at school. When she mentions that it's not seen as the coolest thing to date a cop, and a white one at that, her friend goes from hand low, to smoking with that hand, to drinking from the cup, in the span of a few words and a couple quick cuts. The Wrong Missy (2020)

Madea's Witness Protection (2012)

Samurai Shodown IV: Amakusa's Revenge

Other mistake: In one of the finest examples of EngRish in SNK videogames, whenever you win a round, you are treated to a triumphant message of "VICTOLY."

Jexi (2019)
Continuity mistake: The dorky protagonist just bumped into the bike shop girl. She tells him "It's all good, man", to which he replies asking how's the bike. Behind him, a woman with a dog makes her appearance. Over 10 seconds of conversation pass, and the woman is still where she was, but in the shot that follows, when she says "I'm Cate, by the way", the woman warped past him, and is now behind her to the opposite end of the sidewalk. Flight Crew (2016)
Continuity mistake: The crew arrived at the volcanic island in turmoil, and are talking with the local captain. The captain asks them to carry also some of the dead people, and they start asking him what the plan is, if there's one at all. The pass at the neck of the captain shows the side with the symbol in one shot, the blank one in the next. (00:25:10)

Son of a Gun (2014)
Revealing mistake: JR is in the weapon container of the crazy dealer, who passes him some of his goods. JR ends up holding in his right arm a MP5K and an M4A1, which combined are about 5 kilos, but then he passes him an M60 Machine Gun, which weighs over 10 kilos and that the relatively diminutive protagonist just handles throughout the scene gripping it with his left hand and making no effort whatsoever. Jagged Alliance: Back in Action
Other mistake: The game lifts from Jagged Alliance 2 practically all the meager flavor text it can fit. That includes mercenaries' biographies, but it does it with the occasional mistake. Sheila "Scope" Sterling's profile, which was already a correction from a previous game, says "First off, a correction is in order; 's previous bio" etc. They omitted the name of the mercenary.

Double Dragon II: The Revenge
Character mistake: The graffiti shown in the cutscene for mission 2 says "Go for BROAK."
Suggested correction: This may have been intentional; misspelled graffiti is not uncommon in the US.

Mega Man Soccer
Bug: In one of the most inexplicably frustrating bugs in videogame history, when you beat the game in Championship or Tournament mode, the ending does not load, and you are simply brought back to the title screen. The ending does exist, and it's viewable through cheat engines such as Action Replay.
31st May 2020
Robocop 2
Other mistake: After beating the end boss "For this the final confrontation", you get an ending screen that commits the all too common mistake of spelling a possessive without apostrophe ("Robocops performance" instead of "Robocop's performance").

Kaiser Knuckle

Other mistake: In Marco's ending, the word "Valuable" is misspelled into "Valuavle".

Le Prince oublié (2020)
Revealing mistake: The nefarious villain has just revealed to Prince Charming that he has kidnapped the princess, and shows her to the crowd as a big burly smurfy monster is holding her. The crowd in unison gasps and looks horrified...except an extra who just can't keep a straight face. (00:07:35)

And Then There Were None (1945)
Continuity mistake: During the boat trip at the beginning, wind knocks the hat off the judge's head in a close-up. The action happens again in the next shot, but it is starting with the hat reclined on the actor's face, flying across with a lower trajectory. (00:02:10)
