Continuity mistake: Batman punches Hawkeye with a BAM; in the closer view Robin is not where he is supposed to be (next to the elevator, where he was sent reeling by the punch and where the action takes place in the following shot). (00:21:45)

Smack in the Middle (2) - S1-E2
Revealing mistake: Of all the possible mistakes related to the Robin mask Molly supposedly wears, the one that really could have been avoided was the fact that the camera does not cut away from Burt Ward while he is in the middle of the gesture of turning around and 'ripping away the mask', but only after he's done it, so you can tell nothing came off, nothing moves in his hair, let alone the face itself. Factual error: A fictional country is shown in this episode, with the name "Republic of Moldavia." It is portrayed as a south-eastern Asian country (the exterior shot shown was from the Thailand exhibition at the 1964 New York World Fair), but it's quite an odd choice to use as fictional name a name of a principality that historically did exist, in a completely different part of the world, where the current Moldova is.

Continuity mistake: The first fight, in the museum, besides the obvious dose of wild haymakers has a rather messy phase when the "THWAPP!"; appears; Robin is facing two enemies, but the one with the red shirt lost his hat, which is back on in the next shot (and was on in the previous). (00:14:10)

Plot hole: Penguin's magnet attracts with amazing force Batman and Robin's utility belts, to the point of pulling them in from the other side of the room; it's however ludicrous to think that no other metal object would be in the apartment and fly at a magnet with that sort of power. (00:14:30)

Other mistake: Penguin says that his sleeping gas' effect lasts 18 hours, but Bruce in his shop woke after mere minutes (sure, the extreme temperature helped him regain consciousness, but something as potent to knock you out for 18 hours with a small whiff can't completely lose effectiveness just because your feet are getting a little hot). Revealing mistake: When Batman throws the first punch at Burgess Meredith, he is hitting him with an uppercut so wide that it misses by a mile even the tip of his cigarette holder, it's incredibly fake even for the understandably low and cartoonish standards of this show. (00:21:30)

Continuity mistake: Batman sends Swoop into the wall with an "OOOOFF!" onomatopoeia. The impact knocks down from the shelf a bunch of umbrellas that fall on the poor guy, but as the scene goes on, the floor is clean and the umbrellas are still on the wall rack. (00:21:30)

Continuity mistake: Back in the kitchen, after hearing Ellen's silly egg story Debbie takes the station and starts telling her that she knows who she is. Necklace and apron are separated at first, one on top of the other at the cut. It happens again at the end of the conversation, when there's again the front view of both. (00:41:25)

Continuity mistake: After failing to tip the bus driver, Ellen moves the blue suitcases out of the way a bit. The taller trolley is in front of the other. When the man with the Christmas tree walks by knocking the Paris one into the street, the two trolleys have changed position. It should also be noted that she points out that "some guy" hit her suitcase - but the guy is nowhere to be seen afterwards - kinda hard to imagine him rudely sprinting away leaving her in that predicament...while carrying a tree. Continuity mistake: When Ellie puts on the front desk the box for Zeke, from behind she has her hands on top of it, but in the reverse shot she has her hands on the sides and only then she joins them together on top. (01:23:20)

Revealing mistake: Ellen and the cab guy are having some stilted small chat during their drive across town. Just look outside the car window; yellow antique shop sign, blue sign, purple store, green one...They are not exactly generic and makes the fact that it is all takes of them driving down the same road back and forth obvious and hilarious. In the first wide shot you can even spot the fact that the road past the block they are driving through is clean, they didn't spray shaving cream down there. (00:17:30)

Plot hole: The gag about Ellen not find the 'seat number' on the bus is fun, but it makes zero sense that it happens on the moving bus, after an establishing shot of the road, even. She didn't board the bus on the fly, luggage was being loaded still. What was she doing, making still her way into the bus minutes later? (00:13:00)

Continuity mistake: When Ellen offers "Why don't you guys take the bed?", the mom turns around suddenly being all "Holy sh*t!", with nothing in hand. When she actually answers in the next shot, she is holding a pink garment. (00:50:20)

Plot hole: Snow Falls is a minuscule town with no cell phone signal, one cab, a couple buses going in and out all day. A huge snowstorm has been announced, to the point that the Sheriff had to round people up and bring them to the shelters and Jake is housing real refugees from the storm. Later the same night, Jake and Ellie go for a walk in town, which has activity, all stores open, other people taking a nice stroll in the nice foamy fake snow. There shouldn't be a soul in that kind of small town in the middle of the night regardless, but after a storm even? (00:56:10)

Revealing mistake: When the cab hits Ellen's suitcase, the suitcase slides on the 'snow' leaving a trail that makes obvious it is a creamy substance with a consistence nowhere near real snow (apparently they used shaving cream). (00:16:00)

Continuity mistake: In her trip getting items from the local stores for the charity auction we see Ellie driving a car so stuffed with gifts that she needs to keep the trunk open. That's from the second store she is shown hitting. When she manage to extort a computer from the Apple store, the trunk is closed. (01:04:20 - 01:06:20)

Other mistake: Jake walks up to "Ellie"'s room to take her to the cafe that is just around the corner. It is plain day, but when they get to the place, it's dark. She does comment that it gets dark fast - but we talk about a day-to-night difference; his aunt even offers him dinner. (00:22:30)

Continuity mistake: The morning after her unceremonious landing into the Christmas tree, Ellen's dad is holding the tabloid with the full story. In the very first close-up of the first page he is holding it with his left hand. What follows is a wider shot of him holding it with both hands. (00:04:25)

Continuity mistake: In the close-up of Ellen's phone that shows that yes, there is no signal in the town she's in (go figure), her thumb is at a lower position than in the previous and the following shots. (00:17:00)
