Re-Entry to Earth - S1-E5

Continuity mistake: Fraw Bow hands soap and towels to a couple old men. The one behind her is wearing a blue suit with a green-ish bowtie. She looks around for Amuro, and when she finds him, Mr. Bowtie is wearing earthy colors, beige suit with a red tie. (00:03:00)

Re-Entry to Earth - S1-E5

Continuity mistake: Char in his close quarter clash with Amuro sinks his Heat Hawk in the Gundam' shield, creating a huge gash that almost breaks it. When Kom explodes and both are thrown to the side and separated, Amuro's shield has still the hole from the early phases of the battle but not the big gash at the top. (00:15:50)

Destroy Gundam! - S1-E2

Other mistake: Bright gets notified that one of the two Zakus is approaching at a velocity 3 times higher than a normal mobile suit's. However, the two dots on the radar (Char and his subordinate Slender's) move in parallel at the same speed. (00:18:15)

Garma Strikes - S1-E6

Audio problem: The officer is trying to force Bright to send out of the Gundam to break through the enemy forces. Kikka is singing, which makes him lose his temper. You can see though that when she supposedly sings her mouth is instead closed. (00:05:30)

Garma Strikes - S1-E6

Continuity mistake: Amuro passes by Fraw Bow without saying anything. After that, you can see a group formed by Ryu, Hayato, Sayla and Mirai rushing to greet him. But at the cut, Mirai is not there, replaced by Kai Shiden. (00:20:00)

Vote to Attack - S1-E3

Continuity mistake: At the end of the episode, Amuro takes his drink from Fraw Bow's cart holding it with his left hand - his right is occupied by the helmet. However in the next shot here he is, holding it in his right hand. (00:22:45)

Garma Strikes - S1-E6

Other mistake: When Amuro exits the Gundam cockpit after successfully repelling Garma's forces, his hair is colored jet black instead of brown (nothing else in the scene changes color and it is a fairly mundane transition, so it's not a matter of light). (00:19:50)

Gundam Rising - S1-E1

Continuity mistake: Amuro stopped the car in front of the location where the two Federation officers die in the explosion, at a certain distance. When he is shown reading the manual with everyone running away from the shelter, the damaged car got closer and it is almost inside the hangar. (00:11:00 - 00:13:00)

Gundam Rising - S1-E1

Continuity mistake: Amuro climbs on the Gundam that is lying down and gets where the tarp covering the cockpit is. The manual is face down in the first shot, but is face up and rotated differently in the next shot, when he unveils it. (00:16:30)

Destroy Gundam! - S1-E2

Plot hole: Char is able to escape from Side 7 simply flipping a couple grenades he had on his person (shaped like the old style pineapple grenades) who tear huge holes into metal walls with a visible thickness in excess of a meter, including the outer wall of the space colony a salvo of Mega Particle Cannon from the battleship didn't break. If Zeon has such explosives at their disposal, then maybe they should not fight with battleships and giant robots, but simply have footsoldiers toss tiny grenades at the enemy. (00:15:00)

Escape from Luna II - S1-E4

Other mistake: Bright realises that the door is unlocked as he pounds on it. The sliding door opens just a little, and the power is off, so it is implied and shown initially that they can be moved by hand. However when they go out of the room and when they go free Sayla and the others, it looks like the door are opening by themselves, not slid open by hand. (00:12:30)

Vote to Attack - S1-E3

Other mistake: During the loading operation of the Zakus, the catapult is broken, and one of Gadem's subordinates dies in his arms. The guy has been hit by a salvo of bullets from the Core Fighter, thick enough to make holes in the ship hull, but no hole whatsoever in his spacesuit, visible entirely. (00:17:15)

Vote to Attack - S1-E3

Continuity mistake: Char is talking with his superior about the lackluster reinforcements. In the first shot the console gauges behind his commander are lit of a bright yellow; when we get a closer view of the man, the console has a duller light and the part on the right is arranged differently. (00:04:15)

Destroy Gundam! - S1-E2

Continuity mistake: When Amuro returns from his mission and enters the bridge of White Base, Sayla at her station has a man with a broken arm next to her. When she was seen earlier manning the engineer station, the officer next to her had just a bandaged head; the one with the broken arm was the one instructing Hayato about the missile controls. (00:16:50 - 00:21:45)

Sammo

Escape from Luna II - S1-E4

Continuity mistake: Amuro is explaining to his cellmates the key of the Gundam's combat abilities. He is sitting on the floor with Kai, but as the angle changes, the back of the sofa in the background is at an height that would make sense only if they were sitting on a chair. (00:10:40)

Sammo

Escape from Luna II - S1-E4

Plot hole: White Base and the interior of Luna II withstand without a scratch the explosion of the thermonuclear reactor from the Magellan from just a few meters, while the blast literally vaporizes the Zaku far away from the entrance and threatens to damage the Musai, hundreds of meters away.

Gundam Rising - S1-E1

Continuity mistake: Seeing the rocket fired by the Zeon, Amuro gets on the ground. In his reaction shot to the horror of the hangar with two men entirely scorched by the explosion, he has debris on his arms, that were clean in the shot before. (00:11:30)

Sammo

Gundam Rising - S1-E1

Continuity mistake: The cover of the Gundam instruction manual on the ground changes from just blank white with a little horizontal line, to the logo with two of those lines and without the superscribed dot, to the full logo. It also rests on a ground differently littered with debris from the explosion. (00:11:50)

A Fine Mess (1986)

Factual error: Spence says that Claudia is Italian, but the very efficient butler greets her with "Buenos dias", and according to Ellen she was a big Chilean film star. Nothing strange that Ted Danson would be wrong about her nationality like he often is wrong about names, but in the end credits we have a similar Spanish/Italian language mixup with an "Italian director" listed, when the person in the movie finale speaks Spanish. A Fine Mess (1986)

Continuity mistake: When the doped up Turnip runs past Binky, multiple takes have been sloppily edited together; Binky is giving Turnip a thumbs up in the first shot, then after a cutaway he is shown with his hands on the steering wheel, but taking one off to give the thumbs up, and finally he is again with both hands on the wheel.
