Continuity mistake: The guy Maya fancies says that the Principal is the only one to know the lock's combination. As he says that, the principal is in frame, and behind him on the bleachers you can see a girl with a purple long-sleeved top and her blonde friend with a teal top. Reaction shot on the hawk that squawks the combination, and in the background you can see the same girls but reversed in position, and with a different person next to them. (00:03:55)

Other mistake: The girls are invited to the cool party where the cool kids go. They are discussing it in the hallway, pitching a non-existent boat party. Throughout the scene, extras just keep walking back and forth to make the space look like a busy school. A guy with a loud green Hawaiian shirt carrying a clipboard is particularly noticeable. His only recognizable teammate is the hat guy, but his hat had the initials "OONN" in the previous episodes, and now the hat says "DONN." You can see the difference in this episode too when Ishizaki has a flashback of their match against Nishigaoka, the hat guy is the keeper. (00:17:00 - 00:18:25)
