Plot hole: There are several parts of the murderer's plan that are based on pure convenience and/or against all odds, moreso than in the novel due to particular choices in the aesthetics or plot. The murderer (who can't exactly sprint around with cat-like motions) gets to the General and kills him in a gruesome manner, reaching a victim entirely in the open, with the island lacking any cover, not even a tree. Vera happens also to scream providing a diversion; unlike the book, the killer does not do anything to induce her hallucination and split the group, nor sabotages the lights creating a dimly lit environment that makes the trick more plausible.

Continuity mistake: During the introductions, Ilona Bergen exclaims; "How awesomely marvellous" with Blore casting on the wall by her a Hitchcockian-esque shadow with his profile. The shadow comes from nowhere, since the previous shot of the room lacked that and the other shadows (like the vase's) are unchanged. (00:06:25)

Episode #1.1 - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: The characters are looking at the Ten Little Soldiers. When one of them (playing the role of Blore) is banging on the glass, you can see the hands of the mystery writer ("Lombard") leaning against the base. He's leaning on the top of the display case in the next shot. (00:22:10)

Continuity mistake: During the introductory meeting with Nicole Kleiber, her glasses on the desk switch back and forth between open and folded. (00:26:20)

Continuity mistake: Théo shows up in class unannounced. The teacher tells him to sit next to "that girl", mistaking Daniel for one. The classmates of course have a cackle at that; the girl at the desk behind Daniel's laughs holding a pen in her left hand at first, right hand at the cut. (00:08:50)

Continuity mistake: Maureen spent the first night in the spooky house, without conclusive results. They are meeting the prospect buyers in a bar. When Lara walks up to them and begins the conversation, the arm position of the man changes wildly between shots several times at every cut. (00:08:40)

Revealing mistake: Louis de Funès tries to squash a bug that was alive, well and moving in close-up, but is obviously fake and still in the next shot, in a different spot from the close-up too. (00:03:30)
17th Jun 2020
Continuity mistake: The car is out of gas, and Sylva Koscina gets impatient. As the shot changes, Walter Chiari's arm is on top of the car door (it wasn't in the first shot) and Dorian Gray crosses again her arms on top of the bag - assuming the same pose she already had. (00:17:00)

Other mistake: The footage from Simon's CCTV cameras that shows Alex hitting him does not match the actual scene; for instance, look at the very last supposed camera shot with Alex pulling the hood up on her head; she uses the wrong arm (left instead of right) and Simon is in a weird position in the middle of the entrance, almost facing the opposite direction and not in a corner like in the original scene. (00:30:10 - 00:34:00)

Continuity mistake: Shelby is talking to Caleb with the sack of garbage in between them. Caleb tells her she has a tissue (possibly a "happy" one) stuck to her arm. Behind her, one of the agents is pacing towards the right, to one of his colleagues and past him. In the close-up of Johanna Braddy saying "They shouldn't have let you back in", the man return in frame, repeating the left to right walk that was already well over, and when the close-up is done he is where he was at the end of the previous wider shot. (00:10:50)

Continuity mistake: A woman asks to use the restroom. While the owner tries to say that it's out of order, a customer who just finished using it returns it. The keyholder is in different position between shots, with the most noticeable difference being the fact that the key is on one end or the opposite in the reverse shot. (00:03:25)

Other mistake: A common dispatch mission is called "Lord Pavo" and asks to use "his" control of the wind to perform a task. Pavo Mayura is a female.
9th Jun 2020
Other mistake: One of the trivia questions asks 'What does the "ninth art" refer to?'. The answer marked as correct is "Jianxi province", which, as self evident, is not. A previous version of the game had it down as "video games", which wouldn't have been right either.

Character mistake: The MC introduces Boggy in his ending saying that "He ARREVED on the scene like a meteor" and "his climbed up the stairs to stardom."

Other mistake: Celebrating the tournament win of one J.McCoy in his ending, the commentator says that "this is what AMERECA is all about."
7th Jun 2020
Continuity mistake: At the "written by" screen with Al Pacino and Christopher Walken meeting, the shadows of the building run perfectly parallel to the fence and through the whole length as far as it can be seen. The two exchange 30 seconds of dialogue and an awkward hug, and drive off. The shadows have changed entirely; they start about halfway at the gate, with an oblique angle. (00:04:05)
7th Jun 2020
Revealing mistake: Oliver Reed heroically pummels a venomous snake made of rubber (therefore invulnerable to his heavy hits). (00:58:30)
7th Jun 2020
Other mistake: The end credits list the cast, so it says, "in order of their disappearance." But it's not true; Ilona is listed before Martino, who disappeared earlier than she did (52:30 vs 58:20), Blore is listed before Armstrong, who's been dead longer, and Lombard is the very last, while he was the Indian number two.
