Batman: Hush (2019)

Continuity mistake: Bane drops from the ceiling of the abandoned greenhouse and begins advancing towards Catwoman. In the side view you can see that the metal boxes (air conditioners or something like that) are quite distant from him and he walked past, but 2 shots later he comfortably reaches them with his arm without moving and rips one off throwing it at Selina. Batman: Hush (2019)

Video

Revealing mistake: After successful surgery, Bruce's friend shows him the first page of a newspaper with the headline about the news, "The National Whisper." The 'date' is "November 2016", which is a bit odd (a monthly newspaper?), but even better is the fact that it just sports obvious gibberish all over. The title of the boxed article is "Geiare la goer uoa oge ou osgeou osd ogoernis pgoer aoubepre obieri ai beiragoer." (00:17:15)

Batman: Hush (2019)

Continuity mistake: After chasing away the three stooges who were trying to kill an unconscious Batman, Catwoman and Batgirl are on their own in the alley. Random debris appears by the sidewalk and changes position. Also, given the position they are in when they fight, they should be stepping over Bruce Wayne's comatose carcass all the way through their exchanges. (00:13:00)

Batman: Hush (2019)

Factual error: It's a superhero movie, but the human Catwoman escapes Batman by jumping off the building, onto a train moving at full speed, in a fall that is shown taking at least 10 floors (first shot, she is still upside down) + another 10 (when she flips so she can land on her feet). Over twenty floors of casual, unassisted freefall jump feel a little over the top already, and again, it's on the top of a moving train, that alone should be impossible to happen the way it does here, not affected by the lateral speed of the train at all. Shaft in Africa (1973)

Plot hole: The Emir wants to test Shaft's ability to resist the desert, since he'll have to cross it in his trip, and so sets him up for a test; a room filled with sand, burning hot from dozens of lamps on the ceiling, that heat it all up to 110F. And they want him to walk for 8 hours in that room. But Shaft finds another solution; he digs a hole in the sand and lies in it. Which impresses the Emir greatly, so he shuts off the lamps and tells him he passed the test. How in the world digging a shallow bed and lying down in burning hot sand, with his head sticking out fully exposed, is any indication of being able to cross the desert, let alone survive it for 8 hours? He would have gotten a terrible sunburn with his head exposed as his body cooks in a sauna, and he is not an inch closer to getting to the other side of the imaginary desert.

Batman: Hush (2019)

Continuity mistake: In his fight with Bane, Batman judo-throws him on the floor and lifts his foot to stomp him. From the position of Bane and his raised open legs, it's quite obvious that he's about to whomp him in the nuts, but Bane in the following shot grabs Batman's foot that is stepping on his throat. Baby's Day Out (1994)

Stupidity: The whole movie necessarily has to be filled with stupidity (we're talking about a 9 months kid besting 3 adults), but there's one part perhaps not so obvious and that may be related to a mistake about the ransom note. When the bad guys watch the news, it's obvious that their original plan failed, since they cannot retrieve the money at the designed drop zone, the police have been called and they'd need to rethink the whole operation. Yet they make no comment about it and don't seem bothered by that at all.

Baby's Day Out (1994)

Other mistake: As Bink's dad looks at the ransom note, the note says "Mr. Cotwell, we have your baby. Put 5 Million $ in a trash bag in the alley behind the Ovaltine factory. No police." Then there are dramatic zoom jumpcuts on parts of the letter, ending with "By midnight." But that last part was not in the note at all. (00:15:00)

Baby's Day Out (1994)

Plot hole: There is a scene setting up the nonsensical resolution of the plot, when the policeman recaps the various baby sightings. First; he already got 'fake' reports he chased, there was a scene about that, let's ignore the fact that certainly he would have gotten more like that and he conveniently for the plot lists just the few relevant ones. Second; the baby was kidnapped at 10 and the baby sighting on the bus happens "in the morning." Then the zoo sighting happens "at 3 o'clock." The construction site closes at 5 o'clock. Even forgetting the superior stamina of the 9 months baby that has been walking a whole day without a break, that's a lot of stretch for the actions as shown in the movie, in particular the time between the bus and the zoo; the bad guys would have been loitering in search of the baby for hours between the bus incident and the moment when he leaves the department store to get to the zoo.

Baby's Day Out (1994)

Other mistake: Veeko has a hard landing on top of the elevator at the construction site. It's shown when the camera pans up to him, that the elevator doors are vertical scissor gates that open sticking out of the cabin, we see the actual door going up and being lowered to close the gates. Few moments later he is crawling with his body between the cabin and the floor and yet new workers get into the elevator without pushing the gate door up into his stomach. (01:15:55)

Baby's Day Out (1994)

Continuity mistake: Norby rips a bit of Veeko's pants from the right leg; when we see a close-up of Pantoliano, the filament popping in frame from above comes from the left side (if it's a shoelace and not part of the torn pants, Veeko's boots were not unlaced). As he falls, we see for a moment Veeko's feet and there's no torn fabric dangling. (01:13:50)

Baby's Day Out (1994)

Other mistake: The girder is being already lifted when Veeko finds him; he has still to talk to his buddies outside, and they need to get into the construction site, look at him. Before they go to the elevator and take it, more than a minute has elapsed but the girder has gone up just a handful of storeys. (01:09:20 - 01:10:15)

Plot hole: Aladdin breaks the lamp and that causes the castle to vanish in thin air. The many guards, servants and objects who were not part of the original enchantment but simply transported by the Vizier's wish are somehow also gone, and the genie still has his powers, despite saying that without it "I would be my own man" and that the power was in the lamp.

Sammo

Other mistake: The Vizier tosses his knife at the invisible Aladdin and hits him, turning him visible. The mistake here is that the special effect shows appearing from nothing Aladdin holding the lamp as a whole. The lamp should have already been visible, it's the object that gave away his position. (01:18:10)

Sammo

Continuity mistake: During the fight with the vizier's overgrown lizard, Zamir draws the attention of the "big ugly belching beast"' insulting it. The lizard is looking at him, and he's on the beast's right. Aladdin then faces it, but the bad guy force-throws a rock at him and the beast turns towards him, to the left. Zamir then draws its attention again tossing a sword, that hits its...left eye. He was on the other side. (01:06:10 - 01:06:50)

Sammo

Plot hole: Aladdin and Zamir plan how to infiltrate the castle. There's a window that "seems particularly inviting" in their words. "A man standing on another man's shoulders should be able to make it without effort", Zamir says. So we see Aladdin land inside. And then, Zamir. Whose shoulders did Zamir climb to make the jump? It was just the two of them. (00:59:40)

Sammo

Other mistake: The evil Vizier took over Aladdin's palace and teleported it to a nearby hill (he orders so himself to the Genie, "yon mountaintop"). Aladdin and friends are shown as being at the bottom of the "mountain", but somehow, the trip that would take less than an hour takes them the whole night and they walk for endless plains with no castle in sight. (00:49:15)

Sammo

Continuity mistake: In the uphill trip to the Vizier (now Sultan) 's palace, Samad says "To be honest, I'm not in such a hurry to meet up with a wicked man wielding a genie." Aladdin approaches him in a wide shot where everyone's hair and clothes are still, while in every other angle everything is awfully breezy. (00:52:35)

Sammo

Continuity mistake: Talking about the lamp, the British-Arabian friend of Aladdin says "There's something more below the surface here." Naveena in frame has her hair behind the ear, but at the cut, she has her ear covered by a long bang. It keeps switching back and forth depending on the camera angle. (00:25:10)

Sammo

Other mistake: Forgetting the fact that the night shoot in front of the cave is obvious day-for-night, since Aladdin does not spend a great amount of time in the cave and the Vizier said they needed to be there "before the moon is full" starting their journey in broad daylight when the market was bustling, it appears quite odd that he'd make his return in plain and full daylight. A whole night can't possibly have passed.
