Gun x Sword (2005)

Hâto ni hi wo tsukete - S1-E6

Continuity mistake: When Honey Cherry is knocked off the air by impeccable timing and Van's amazing thigh strength, we can see that the decor of the extravagant piston-like clock does not match the beginning of the episode's. (00:05:30 - 00:11:10)

Hâto ni hi wo tsukete - S1-E6

Continuity mistake: Muscat and Honey made their entrance aboard of their Love Deluxe. She points her finger at Van saying he's gonna be their prisoner of love. Notice the hand on her hip; she is leaning with the palm, but when the shot changes, she's got her hand in a fist and is leaning with her knuckles. (00:06:25)

Hâto ni hi wo tsukete - S1-E6

Continuity mistake: Van is asking informations about The Claw at the hot dog stand. Look at the fridge; there is a full top shelf of orange cans, and the bottom shelf has 3 red cans. When everyone makes a run for it when the car is going to ram into the stand, one of the red cans is colored like the background or missing, and one of the remaining two is half the size of the other while being just as thick. The orange cans have changed position too. (00:05:50 - 00:06:30)

Gun x Sword (2005)

Revealing mistake: During the "Gone Gone Gone" montage where Peter recaps the parents subplot by plastering his room with various junk about them, he sticks a particular newspaper clipping using tape. The article is an obvious movie prop fake; look at the right of the photo and you can see the paragraph begins with not even a proper sentence; "Cell regeneration, and long time partner and friend to Norman Osborn, went missing", which is the copy and paste from the beginning of the article save the first line. Copy-paste can also easily be spotted from the leftmost to the rightmost column. (01:01:50)

Gun x Sword (2005)

Hâto ni hi wo tsukete - S1-E6

Continuity mistake: Muscat and Honey Cherry are exchanging sappy vows. There are two heart-shaped straws in the glass. Depending on the angle the quantity of ice cubes in the glass changes, and when Muscat grabs his gun to jump towards Van's booth, you can notice that the straw is drawn wrong, with its end coming off the side of the heart instead of the bottom. Opera House Murder Case: File 2 - S1-E22

Other mistake: When Okata discovers the clue about the first murder in the recording room, the shadow cast in close-up is different from the wider angle - and it's also an impossible one, because the only light in the room is the one of her own flashlight, which couldn't be angled at the trolley that way. Opera House Murder Case: File 1 - S1-E21

Other mistake: Kindaichi and Miyuki are chatting with the lead actor who is sipping a Coke. There's a fierce argument onstage between the actresses; somehow the actor, in full stage garb, calmly shows up onstage to catch the end of the argument way before the other two kids get in the room running. Hida Mechanical Mansion Murder Case: File 3 - S1-E20

Plot hole: The plot is based on the fact that a certain character was disguised as the presumed first victim. At the same time, the two characters have a different body type (otherwise the gap in the window would be obviously too small), so the turn of events does not make sense. Moreover, supposedly the victim suffered serious burns in a fire, which would be absent in the corpse.
