Knives Out (2019)

Continuity mistake: The quantity of barf on the killer's face varies between shots - in particular they have a big reddish bit on a cheek that disappears in the dramatic slo-mo side view when they push Marta down, weapon in hand. (02:00:00)

Knives Out (2019)

Continuity mistake: When Ransom asks "Fran's alive?" to Blanc, Chris Evans has his hand raised, thumb before his lips. But the hand is lowered in the shots before and after. Similar situation when the word "Jail" is used a few seconds later. Hand visible in close-up, not matching the wider angles. (01:58:10)

Knives Out (2019)

Continuity mistake: The lawyer arrives at the mansion and gives the reading of the will at roughly 10:30 am (it's morning, he says he'll be ready "in 10 minutes" and a few minutes after you can see on the phone Jamie Lee Curtis' character holds in hand that it's 10:16). Marta gets immediately stormed by the angry mob of scorned relatives and escapes with Ransom, who drives her to a little roadside inn. It's not implied that they drove hours, but let's just assume it's noon or even past noon (which already seems a lot). Ransom feeds her beans, and Marta is forced by her odd gag reflex to spill the metaphorical ones. When she has just finished telling him how the "suicide" went... it's pitch dark outside, and at the mansion. (01:02:30)

Infested (2002)

Plot hole: Throughout the movie, the flies are vulnerable to light (direct sunlight and even lightbulbs) to the point of incinerating in a split second. Except... they are not; in several sequences they fly to and from bodies and without even taking a direct path (look at all the action happening in front of the house, by the cars, in broad daylight).

Bright (2017)

Plot hole: The world depicted features magic, an evil overlord who 2,000 years before tried to conquer the world, and several races. Despite these HUGE differences with our world, everything turns out of the same as our world, with nations as they are now, and a casual mention of the Alamo and "Mexicans still getting shit" for it. So our current history has not been altered a single bit by wizards, dragons and super-strong races roaming the Earth. Fine. In this ungodly implausible context, orcs live with humans in cities that mirror ours; humans and elves don't trust them, but still they live in towns with them, they go to schools, run businesses, half of the NFL is formed by orcs. Even the movie Shrek exists! And yet, at the end of the movie Nick Jakoby becomes the first Orkish police officer in the USA! There is just no way a society like this, mirroring closely our own and with orcs that existed as long as humans did, can exist with no orc ever been part of law enforcement.

Winds of War - S1-E8

Continuity mistake: White Base collides with a mountain peak, sending Amuro and Fraw Bow flying. The cargo they were wheeling crashes against the wall. Haro from the top of pile bounces down on a component horizontal on the floor. Another element is leaning against this horizontal block, and the total height is greater than Haro's circumference. But in the reverse shot that diagonal piece is suddenly much smaller and barely reaches half of Haro's height. (00:03:00)

Monte Carlo (2011)

Continuity mistake: A horde of policemen makes their way upstairs to the suite, and the inspector seizes the keycard and is about to open the door. He is having some troubles, and Theo points him where he has to slide the card. Once he points though, he moves his arm back. When the camera angle shows them through the open door, Theo is frozen in his pose with the arm stretched out still pointing at the lock. (01:28:50)

Continuity mistake: When Owen asks the concierge if he has seen the girl in the photo, the man is holding his hand on the microphone in the reverse shots and isn't in most of the front views. (01:26:15)

The Core Fighter's Escape - S1-E7

Other mistake: The Core Fighter has been launched using the catapult that shot it over Garma and Char's position. Despite the need to move forward and the huge momentum built being shot like a missile by White Base, when Amuro dogfights with Char's capsule he flies in all directions around it, and Char's ascended almost vertically. Monte Carlo (2011)

Other mistake: At the beginning of the trip we see close-ups of the passports of the three girls being stamped. The date is 19 Jun 2010. During the climax of the movie Emma's boyfriend puts a copy of "Le Parisien" on the counter, and the date there is Jun 10 2010. (00:12:00 - 01:26:20)

Monte Carlo (2011)

Continuity mistake: Realizing they are missing the necklace, the three girls get on the balcony looking for Riley and staring at the clock. When she says "At noon", Meg is leaning on the railing with the side of her hand, but her hand is in frame in the following shot, flat on the palm. (01:16:20)

Continuity mistake: Grace is in front of the horse stall after the polo match, closing the door. Her hand is still on the door when she is shot from the front, but both arms are hanging low in the intermediate view with the camera behind her. (01:00:00)

Monte Carlo (2011)

Continuity mistake: In the scene with Meg meeting Riley who just changed by the bikes on the promenade, the same couple of extras (woman with a cyclamen dress, a guy in a grey T-shirt carrying a blue towel) walks together when Meg knocks down the vespa, and then seconds later they appear in separate shots, still coming from the same direction as before. Monte Carlo (2011)

Continuity mistake: Meg walks away from the other two on the beach. She reaches a step; there's a couple hanging out there. In the first shot the arm of the guy is on his lap, but seen from the front he has the hand on the step he is sitting on, and only then he raises it to his knee. (00:46:05)

Monte Carlo (2011)

Continuity mistake: On the beach, Emma makes a bit of a blunder with her "who died" comeback line, and awkward silence falls between the three girls. Grace turns around towards Meg who is leaving. The tip of Selena Gomez's ponytail flips above the shoulder when she turns; in the rest of the sequence some shots have her black hair above the shoulder, others no hair there, everything is behind her back. Seinfeld (1990)

Continuity mistake: Santa is at the Chicago police station, and the cop enters the room placing a can with his effigy. During the scene, the policeman's hands are close together or far apart depending on the shot. (00:52:00)

Other mistake: At the beginning of the movie, Kate is going through old tapes recorded by her dad on a TRV280 handicam. The second tape shows her as a baby in her dad's arms and it's dated Dec 25 2007. She starts a recording on a leftover blank tape and we see the date; Dec 24 2018. Her brother taunts her holding the camera out of her reach and tells her "You're 10 years old. Almost 11!", and she asks "So?" She should have said "You jerk, you don't even know my age?" She is 11 already. (00:01:00 - 00:04:15)
