Continuity mistake: Kraven casually sniffs a couple and ruins their relationship. He then sits down with his brother; Fred Hechinger's hand keeps changing position between shots, holding a fork or not.

Continuity mistake: During appetizers, John Leguizamo's assistant puts her work phone on the table to let him know she is resigning. Leguizamo is holding his glass when the camera is behind him, and a spoon when he's seen from the front. (00:13:10)

Revealing mistake: The very first shot of the movie, supposedly of Anya Taylor-Joy lighting a cigarette, does not match the following shot on the pier; the cigarette appears to be black and with a brand sleeve instead of the normal one she is smoking. The background confusingly looks more like an interior than the pier she is standing on, and the lighter is a common Bic-style one instead of the Zippo she is using also later in the movie. That's because it's actually stock footage. You can literally find the clip yourself on Shutterstock and similar websites, by the description "Close-up of the silhouette of a woman's face sticking a cigarette into her lips, igniting her with a lighter, and exhaling smoke. Continuity mistake: Alain Delon tries on some jackets. He finds a briefcase and opens it. You can see the contents of the briefcase before it cuts to a closer view; in this closer view, a stack of letters moves, and an orange case vanishes entirely. (00:27:00)

Continuity mistake: After the accident, the wife, still bedridden, is talking to the doctor. The doctor has a stethoscope across his shoulders; too bad in some shots the disc is on his left shoulder, in others (such as his dramatic walk-away shot) on the opposite. (00:02:15)

Continuity mistake: Dan's business partner reintroduces, for the first time, his secretary. He then has to leave and pats Dan on his way out. This is a rather bad transition between shots because it's rather obvious Jeb's hand is on Dan's arm in the first shot and on his shoulder in the next. (00:22:55)

Continuity mistake: At the end of the movie, the villain's car flies off a cliff and explodes, rolling belly up completely. A minute later, the helicopter flies by for the end credits, and the car is now flipped almost 180°, just tilted to the side. (01:31:20)

Factual error: A little spoiler about the ending: Bob Hoskins' character saves his life by breathing underwater because he "has his own tank," namely his asthma inhaler. That's not how inhalers work. They are not little scuba diving tanks full of oxygen; they are full of the drug they need to puff into your respiratory system.

Factual error: Episode 1x3 Bliss When Viti gives Sofia the boarding pass, it says it's for Thursday, November 20th, 2022. November 20th was a Sunday in 2022. (00:20:40)

Continuity mistake: The scene after the one where Ben makes his special sandwich begins with Holly preparing bedazzled wings for her younger daughter. The actress raises her left hand to cover her mouth, but in the next shot it's the right hand instead. (00:16:50)

Character mistake: When Samson is playing trivia with Cross' kids right at the beginning of the episode, he asks, "First black mayor of D.C.?" and the son answers, "Marion Barry." John awards him the point while his daughter asks, "Who?" Not the first black mayor of D.C., for sure, since that was his predecessor, Walter Washington. (00:03:30)

Stupidity: Makes for a funny one-time gag for the benefit of the audience, but it doesn't really make sense that Jay would walk into the hitman's place without knowing he was deaf. It's not exactly the kind of detail that Tommy T. would not mention. In fact, it's the only thing he told the police, apparently, since they, on the other hand, show up knowing he's deaf but do not know he's a big ginger dude and are therefore initially fooled by his squatter story.

Continuity mistake: When Maggie's husband talks to the killer for a hit on Maggie II, watch as he switches the TV off; his left sleeve is down, then it's rolled up to his elbow again by the time he sets the remote down. Both sleeves change slightly the way they are rolled during the scene, but that's the most noticeable instance by far. (00:33:00)

Revealing mistake: During the negotiation for the second murder, Happy Anderson writes a "You HOPE she suffered" note, but shreds what looks like a "You HOPED she suffered" note - they are two different handwritten notes. (00:35:00)

Continuity mistake: When Jay asks Tommy T. about the moldy baloney, he is holding it with his right hand, both hands, right hand, both hands again. (00:03:20)

Continuity mistake: Police Chief Jordan Sanders is looking for Jay Moore to tell him about his wife's apparent demise. Nosy neighbour Rita Grace invites him over to grab a bite. During this dinner scene, Tina Fey's fork carries food or not depending on the camera angle. (00:25:00)

Other mistake: During the close-up of Jay's Mega Ball's receipts (just after he got the phone from the manager of his franchise), you can see the two receipts have different numbers but the exact same transaction details. (00:21:25)

Continuity mistake: After the scene at the police station where the police chief tells his deputy about the cheesecake incident, Rita says hi to her neighbour Maggie, who is leaving for work. Maggie tells her that she and Jay are not going to be together anymore. Her hand changes position on top of the car door and suddenly is off the door entirely. (00:19:00)

Other mistake: John Wayne is recruiting other victims of outlaw violence to assemble his Avengers team; he gives them handwritten notes saying, "Go to Hall's barn at ten o'clock tonight." Forgetting the fact that he somehow managed to find a dozen or more ace gunslingers with his same vengeance agenda in the vicinity of the same barn, it is obvious, looking at the two handwritten notes, that they were in fact written by very different hands, not by just one person.
