Continuity mistake: Magnum is teasing Higgins about the "toys" and sits in front of the Austerlitz model. Higgins holds the statuette in different ways (by the base, or with a finger on top) depending on the camera angle. (00:22:35)

Magnum, P.I. (1980)
Factual error: The first attempt to extract Nina fails. The messy and grizzled KGB agent says then, in captions (hard subs); "Excuse, Mikhail Fillipovitch." Filipovic, maybe, surely not with the double L; you can also hear in the pronunciation there's no double. (00:15:00)

Magnum, P.I. (1980)
Continuity mistake: Yuri and Magnum are stalking the athletes from their observation spot. When Yuri says "Her English is very good", his right hand is by Magnum's side. Next shot and it's behind Magnum's other shoulder. (00:13:00)

Magnum, P.I. (1980)
Continuity mistake: Magnum pours a scotch to his aspiring client, tosses in the other room whatever was occupying the chair, and sits down. Yuri Dolgof comes closer to convince him; during this part of the scene, Tom Selleck (or his stand-in) has the arm raised, leaning against the hand to listen, but in the frontal views he just has his arm on the armrest. Magnum, P.I. (1980)
Continuity mistake: The close-up of the battle of Sebastopol - or rather, what Higgins mistakes as such - sees Rick's hand on the sand, by the shell. The hand is not in that position in the other angle. (00:07:40)

Magnum, P.I. (1980)
Continuity mistake: The MIG pilot is preparing to get out of the plane. There's a close-up of a young and a bit tense soldier (or "soldier", since the extra looks quite unconvincing and not handling the weapon very confidently) wearing glasses. The strap of his weapon is firmly pressed between his fingers and the gun, but in the wider angle the strap is sorta slipping away. (00:05:15)

Magnum, P.I. (1980)
Factual error: During the aerial maneuvers, the so called Mig-30 (no such plane exists) is easily recognizable even from those who aren't aviation buffs as just the same plane as the two US ones intercepting it, but with an opportune paintjob. Especially obvious during the credit roll for Jeff Pomerantz, when the three of them fly slowing down for the landing, and in formation. (00:04:00)

The King of Fighters All Star
Other mistake: In the WWE event, Seth Rollins, Becky Lynch and co. face off against the female team. Yuri Sakazaki in the story uses lines (references to the Lilien Knights and disdain for cops) that are blatantly not written for her, but for the character of Bonne Jenet.

Plot of Fear (1976)
Plot hole: For the murder on the highway to happen, the killer (who is not a mastermind, but someone who has a daily job and who never killed before) had to sabotage the car of the victim in such a clever way that he'd stop at a specific point and time (so, predicting also he'd escape out of town and do it through a certain route, which he had no way to predict), and that he'd react to the mechanical problem waving at passing cars walking in the middle (literally in the middle, not the side, or the emergency lane; perfectly in the middle of it) of a highway, where he can drive his semi into him - all while the fog is incredibly thick. Needless to say, it is all a bit too convenient.

Plot of Fear (1976)
Continuity mistake: During the informal interview with the singing neighbour, the position of her hand with the brush changes between cuts, and when the inspector tries to bluff saying he has business with the suspect, she has an empty hand, but after the cut she is holding the powder box. Plot of Fear (1976)
Revealing mistake: Lomenzo and his partner pay a visit to the neighbour of the suspect. She is powdering her face, or so it should be; you can tell the brush has no blush, and the powder box is empty (you can see almost the entirety of it when she tips it during her chat, and it's squeaky clean inside). (00:38:20)

Plot of Fear (1976)
Visible crew/equipment: When Lomenzo meets the real killer (or is it?) at the estate, you can tell which angles were shot by a certain camera, because there's some dirt/grass filament on the lower part of the lens that keeps popping in frame whenever it cuts to certain angles - such as the frontal shots with the man holding the rifle, or the close-up inside the cage. Plot of Fear (1976)
Continuity mistake: In the flashback showing her possible true death, Rosa starts drinking from a glass that is almost full, but not quite. At the first cut, the glass refills itself and she is holding it closer to the base. (01:08:20)

Plot of Fear (1976)
Continuity mistake: Eli Wallach dismisses the ex cop and the ex hitman and taps on the table to call attention from his clients. Cut, and he's suddenly holding the walking cane by the handle, instead than mid-length. (00:59:45)

Plot of Fear (1976)
Continuity mistake: Corinne Clery is kissing the inspector, straddling his lap while they discuss exotic locations and feral contraband. She has his hands behind his neck, fastened, but at the cut they are apart and only then she brings them together again. (00:57:10)

Magnum, P.I. (1980)
The Woman on the Beach - S2-E3
Plot hole: The episode has a small bit of supernatural hints, but the foundation of it is rooted in reality and acted by a living and not magical person. With that in mind, confirmed moments when the 'ghost' is Lisa in the flesh make no sense at all; her disappearance at the beginning is a Batman-like feat she shouldn't be able to execute. Not to mention that she is at the right place and time when Magnum visits the old abandoned estate; unless she just camps there 24/7, she had no way to know when Magnum (who visits 2 days after, not even right after the fact) would investigate.

Magnum, P.I. (1980)
The Woman on the Beach - S2-E3
Continuity mistake: Magnum and Rick's relative distances seem to be quite off when they are talking to each other from the respective cars; the Ferrari's driver seat seems to be past Rick's in Tom Selleck's close-ups, but when Larry Manetti is talking, he's looking at Selleck's stand-in (sit-in, rather) from a noticeable distance ahead. Magnum, P.I. (1980)
The Woman on the Beach - S2-E3
Revealing mistake: Rick just got shot and Magnum asks him if he's OK. When he answers, you can see that Larry Manetti is not lying in a random spot on the lawn, but on a rug the same color of the grass. (00:44:55)

Magnum, P.I. (1980)
The Woman on the Beach - S2-E3
Continuity mistake: Lisa answers Magnum telling him she was nowhere near the potting shed; behind her, a woman with a purple dress is walking away. A while later, Magnum walks away too from all the Netherworld nonsense, and he just happens to pass by the same woman, who is again walking away from the club in the exact same spot and direction as before.
