Continuity mistake: When Kim receives the kickoff ball from Bonnie, her ponytail is in front of her shoulder, as opposed to being behind her back in the following shots. Same switch happens when Ron squeaks "Let's go KP!", you can see the different position during the split screen. (00:23:30)

Continuity mistake: In the first part of the denoument, with the two girls confronting Bloom, Velma says "Of course. Olivia was a musical prodigy." Her right hand is inside the backpack, which she is holding by the top using her left hand. Cut, and her right arm is across the bag. (01:03:40)

Continuity mistake: Binky is driving and talking to the boss via car phone as he chases Spence. When the horse ridden by Turnip is approaching, Binky is holding the steering wheel at the bottom. Brief cut to Turnip crying, and Binky is driving with the right hand at 3 o'clock. (00:08:55)

Plot hole: The introductory clip with the girl later in the movie identified as Olivia has the date January 08 2018. When Daphne looks into the file she uploaded with the alien pen drive, it is dated February 04 2019. Those two events can't happen in different years. (00:19:20)

Other mistake: The software the FBI agent is using to decrypt the "Stego-encrypted GIFs" says "ANOMALLIES FOUND; TRUE", with 2 Ls, and closes the report with a pretty worrisome "EXRTANEOUS POGRAM FOUND; TRUE." (00:32:30)

Audio problem: In the English dub, when Ryoga grabs Ranma by the shirt asking him "Who are you calling P-chan?" and the following answer by Ranma, are not whispered (as they should be, like they are in Japanese, since they wouldn't talk openly about it in front of Akane). (00:09:50)

Other mistake: Veeko flips away from the descending elevator, is shown falling almost vertically on his back, and yet in the close-up behind him there's no elevator pit/outside of the building, but a solid inner part of the floor with people doing some construction work. (01:16:20)

Audio problem: In the English dub, after thwarting the plot of the tacks-loaded handshake, the sentence Akane pronounces before getting to the locker room goes too long, so she is talking with the mouth shut (the Japanese original has the phrase entirely offscreen). (00:16:20)

Continuity mistake: When Ted Danson releases the cargo from the truck, in the POV shots we see a police car going straight ahead and being hit directly the barrels, but in the reverse shot the cars are turning before taking the full hit and are more distant before it happens. (01:21:45)

Continuity mistake: Daphne is talking with mom and dad after the second day of school. At least two takes of the scene have been filmed, because the ice pack on Mr. Blake's knee is tilted in two different ways on his knee, and they keep being mixed together in the final edit. (00:31:40)

Continuity mistake: It's no wonder that the two protagonists were caught red handed in front of the locker when they broke into it the first time; it was 10 past noon when they began, it's 20 past when they are done (of course it can't be this long, it's a continuity error). (00:36:15 - 00:37:20)

Continuity mistake: When Aladdin and the beautiful woman not legally allowed to be called Jasmine are talking in the forest, she has a lock of hair on the front of the shoulder in the side views, but not on the close-ups, when it disappears behind the large earrings. (00:43:50)

Continuity mistake: Sabotaging "Violet Johnson", Velma and Daphne are peeking from the door of the lab; the reverse shots with the hand in foreground don't match the rest - the hand looks to be operating the equipment but it is not when the table with the teacher is shown. (00:48:50)

Other mistake: Velma tries to "override the system" to free Mikayla; the screen fills with the typical pseudo-hacker gibberish from the Hackertyper app, and she asks Daphne to tell her the serial number; Daphne reads just the first part of it and leaves out the rest.

Continuity mistake: As they get motivated to go look for the bad guy at the end, Velma tells Daphne "I am stronger than I ever thought I was", with the strap of her bag passing inside the collar, and not outside and by the top button like in the rest of the scene. (00:58:00)

Continuity mistake: Velma gets in the back of Mikayla's art installation looking for the power cables, and Daphne follows at distance. In the close-up, the shadow on the back of the projection screen is closer to the edge than in the preceding aerial angle. (00:49:40)

Revealing mistake: As the girls handle the drone, and even more obviously when it drops on the security guard's head, it is clear by the way it bounce and clatters that it is almost weightless and certainly couldn't knock someone out cold. (00:59:50)

Continuity mistake: When Velma slams the big pile of work on the chemistry teacher's desk, the paper on top of it is a couple inches off the side closest to the professor, but it's perfectly aligned with that side after the cut. (00:48:15)
