Other mistake: Nothing about Nedley Blake's interference in his daughter's morning routine at home makes remotely sense the way it is shown. It takes him 18 seconds (with cuts) to do something that needed to be made in the 6 seconds it originally takes Daphne to come down the stairs, and the first time around he was also shown arriving from the kitchen, which would further expand the time needed (considering also that the second time he apparently dropped the tray, causing rattling noise that Daphne should have heard). Not only that; the playlist action (which is something her computer science mother could have easily done with actual software, especially given the level of tech available to every teen in the movie) takes twice as long too, and at the end of it he exits the frame from the wrong direction - he should have headed left, because he needed to get into the closet to pass Daphne the proper clothing posing as the automated wardrobe.

Daphne & Velma (2018)
Factual error: Daphne gets a bit of water spilled on her from a glass at lunch, and she stays with the wet patch (which is just water, as stated) throughout the whole day, arriving at home when it's dark with the same wet spot visible. With all the toweling she did, and even simply by body temperature, the little dampness should have been dry by the end of the afternoon. (00:21:50 - 00:31:40)

Daphne & Velma (2018)

Continuity mistake: Velma reluctantly agrees to Daphne's idea to check out of the mysterious locker. She says "We'll come up with something." Right part of the frame, and in the background there's an extra (black kid with a plaid white shirt) that is simultaneously also eating at the table in the reverse shot. (00:31:15)

Daphne & Velma (2018)
Revealing mistake: Velma just learned that Daphne is going to attend her same school, and does not look thrilled. Spooky music starts, with a zoom on some elements of Velma's nerdy room. And one of the things she must be a huge fan of is our good friend the Lorem Ipsum, since behind the post-it sticker notes ("Why?" "THEY are watching") you can tell the papers pinned to the wall are just that; filler text gibberish. You can read literally "Lorem ipsum" under the headline of the "Internship at Bloom" clipping. Collision Course (1989)
Continuity mistake: At the car show, Costas approaches the female host reading the specification of the new vehicle. He flashes her badge and tries his usual pickup line. During the sequence, people with recognizable clothes pass behind him, and they never carry from one view to the next, they just disappear at the cut. (00:53:10)

Collision Course (1989)
Plot hole: The odd couple tails the suspicious guy bossing around the car company mogul and run a check on the license plate. The response is "Car registered H.W. Scully. No known residence, only address PO Box 25047 Detroit." They tail him a bit, end up in the bowling alley and lose him in the commotion. After that, Leno asks his buddy at the district if he has "anything on that guy Scully", and the answer is "This guy has done anything but rape Bambi. Several weapons charges, assault and battery, he beat a murder rap in Sarasota" etc. And of course, an address. (00:56:35 - 01:01:35)

Collision Course (1989)
Continuity mistake: At the precinct after the encounter with Madras, Pat Morita tells Jay Leno "You good cop and honorable man." Behind him, Dingman is seated, arm along the armrest, but when the inspector pops out of the office he is already leaning forward and ready to perform the arrest he ill be ordered a couple seconds later. Collision Course (1989)
Continuity mistake: Conversation across the car out of the bowling place. Costas sarcastically says "Well, with that kind of hard evidence we should get a conviction overnight" and pulls his hands back to open the door. But in the next shot, the hands are still on the car roof and he changes position only after. (01:01:10)

Collision Course (1989)
Continuity mistake: During the climactic car chase with Leno on a motorbike, the bike darts down the road along a store, and the villains shoot at him breaking a store window. A store window, singular, because the same window gets shot a couple times, just shown from a different angle. Same for other views of extras/stunt people diving out of the way/falling down, the window bit with the life preservers is the most obvious of course. (01:25:55)

Collision Course (1989)
Revealing mistake: At the end of the racetrack scene, the bike stops before the curve where the staff is waving the yellow flag for an accident. In the close-up of the asphalt you can see skidmarks exactly following the path the bike makes, and the odds that the racetrack where F3-like cars are competing has motorbike-sized prints exactly coming out at that curve are of course pretty low. Collision Course (1989)
Continuity mistake: Costas tells the agent that the mysterious person must have gotten out at the mezzanine. The clothing cart meanwhile passes, and its path crosses with a boy with an azure shirt. Wider shot follows, and the guy is still cutting into the path of the clothes valet, but he is in front of the hotel staffer by a significant margin. (00:22:30)

Collision Course (1989)
Continuity mistake: Chasing the Japanese detective, Jay Leno enters a mall. He approaches the photo shop hiding his face behind a small balloon, and walks towards the camera. Before the cut, two women move in frame, one wears pink, the other wears blue. Next shot and as he speaks with the girl at the counter the two women are again moving in frame, but they are behind him and starting off from a part of the mall they originally came from. (00:31:25)

Collision Course (1989)
Continuity mistake: When Costas gets pulled over at the beginning of the movie, he stops the car. Initially, between the brick building and the concrete one there's a road with no cars. In Jay Leno's close-up once he is asked "License and registration, please" behind his big head you can see a black and white car, and a couple police officers on the sidewalk. (00:05:00)

Super Robot Wars V

Character mistake: During mission 48, " Lost and Bound", some pilots have a personalized message if they engage ELS units for the first time. Ange's says "if there's a way out of this that DOENS'T involve fighting", with a typo.

Super Robot Wars V
Character mistake: Facing Exev in his Imperial (for instance during mission 45), you are very likely to get as one of his messages "Darkness opens it's mouth to consume you", with a bad grammar mistake.

Super Robot Wars V
Character mistake: Facing enemies from the Invaders/Getter ray infected faction, Go has as opening line "You don't under the meaning of evolution", missing a rather important part of the word "understand."

Super Robot Wars V
Other mistake: During the mission on the capital of the Gamila empire (Scenario 49: Closing the Books), when Soji (if he's your main character) receives his robot back, he says "The accelaration on this is great now...", with poor quality control for the typo (should be "acceleration").
28th Dec 2019
Super Robot Wars V
Other mistake: During the game the word "Naive" is used somewhat frequently and spelled two different ways; one is with a normal letter " I " that creates no issues whatsoever, the other is with a different spelling (probably with the I with diaeresis, " ï ") that may not be visualized correctly, as several times (such as in one of the dodge quotes by Ryoko or in cutscenes) it appears as Na·ve. There's no reason why there should not be a consistent way to spell it, anyway.
28th Dec 2019
Super Robot Wars V
Other mistake: Koji Kabuto's phrase attacking characters with shields such as the Lambda Driver or Distortion Field is "Mazinger's power can smash through an barrier", with an obvious misuse of 'an' in front of a (n) consonant.

Mobile Suit Gundam (1979)
Continuity mistake: Garma deploys the Zeon Mobile Suits. The three Zakus descend in a different order in the various shots (the rightmost one is much closer to the ground at first, in midair it appears to be last but catching up, and then it changes again next). (00:14:00)
