Batwoman (2019)

The Rabbit Hole - S1-E2

Continuity mistake: In her diary entry at the end of the episode, Kate puts the pen down to fetch the file. She puts the pen by the diary at first, but in the next shot the pen is on it, in the middle of the page. (00:40:20)

Lupin III (2015)

The Left Hand of the Magician - S1-E5

Plot hole: Luca draws the sketches of a magic trick, but they contain a fatal flaw that would kill whoever is doing it. He is hospitalized so he takes no part in the setup, so there is basically no chance that the flaw would go undetected. Other people are building the stage and device and they'd do at least a couple of tests before debuting a death defying stunt with live arrows and fire during the show.

Lupin III (2015)

The False Play - S1-E2

Factual error: The "evil looking guy" as Zenigata calls him, asks to his subordinates which team is the one he has an interest in. They say it's "Inter Roma", which is not the way the club is called at all (Inter is a different team from a different city). The anime is using real names all the time and the logo of the actual AS Roma team is right there on the stadium billboard, so it's not a made-up name for copyright reasons. (00:03:40)

Lupin III (2015)

2% Chance of Survival - S1-E3

Continuity mistake: When we first see Jigen on the cross, his shirt has one button left. They toss the bucket of water on him, and the shirt is now totally open. Later in the episode, when Lupin frees him, it's the other way around; the shot from the archway with the agent looking for Lupin shows Jigen in the background with the shirt open, but it's buttoned when his friend unlocks the shackle. Lupin III (2015)

The Sharpshooter - S1-E4

Continuity mistake: When Zenigata walks away from the inspector, the Italian colleague is standing by the bench, which appears mangled by projectiles for roughly half its length, while it was damaged for a more extensive part before. (00:19:30)

Lupin III (2015)

The Sharpshooter - S1-E4

Plot hole: Eric is supposedly masterful at putting people into a coma, creating the 'living dead', but the old geezer was able to drag himself to the hospital without help and perfectly conscious (he is even conscious on the operating table!).

Lupin III (2015)

The Zombies of Venice - S1-E6

Other mistake: The title of the episode is about zombies in Venice, on TV everyone speaks of zombies in Venice, etcetera...but the news in passing show a map of Italy where the contagion zone covers large areas of the peninsula, such as an enormous region including the capital Rome and practically all of Northern Italy.

Kim Possible (2019)

Other mistake: When the two women with the baby walk to the stroller, the one with a vest who does not believe in acting has her arm down her side in the first shot, folded with the hand on her belly in the second. It's also worth noting that the stroller is supposedly being pulled closer by the grappling hook, but the rope is not in tension. (00:12:00)

Kim Possible (2019)

Continuity mistake: Kim picks up the papers Athena had in her bag, of course by cartwheeling. The papers are different from one shot to the other, though; the closest one to the purple bag was a series of sheets pinched together and folded up irregularly, but they are much more neat when she grabs them, not to mention, closer to the bag itself. Lupin III (2015)

2% Chance of Survival - S1-E3

Revealing mistake: The fireworks explosions lack any depth and perspective, and are superimposed in a way that puts them completely out of place, in particular in the panning shot of the hotel veranda after the crown prince hightails. (00:17:50)

Kim Possible (2019)

Continuity mistake: In the fast food scene, in some shots the 3 drink cups are aligned in a group of 3, in others they are scattered in different parts of the table. And especially during the surreal conversation when Dog says he wants to be a dog when he grows up, the straws in the drinks change; they are bent at a roughly 45° angle at first, and parallel, but then switch to different angles. When Athena starts barking, one points up and one points down. (00:29:25 - 00:31:15)

Lupin III (2015)

The Left Hand of the Magician - S1-E5

Plot hole: Luca is the one who set a deadly trap, but somehow doing that he realises that it was his rival that killed his dad, and accuses him of trying to hurt Fujiko...which he did himself! In fact, this begs the question; if the ringmaster wanted to be the one and only to have access to his father's tricks, why was Fujiko the one doing the magical act? It would have brought fame to her and kept him in the shadows. If he knew that the act was flawed (and it was not, since it works), another death on stage would have tanked the show forever, so obviously it was not what he was after either.

Batwoman (2019)

Who Are You? - S1-E4

Plot hole: The whole "booby trapped frozen room" does not make any sense. Let's try to ignore the fact that it is entire speculation and a huge leap of faith on Mr. Fox's part that the trap works that way or that it's the only one, and that it wouldn't make sense (especially for a thief) to have something so erratic rigged to destroy your whole expensive equipment and jewelry stash - at most something directed at the door or a small charge to destroy your HD to cover your tracks. Still, it is supposed to react to any minuscule variation of temperature in the room and is triggered by a small sneeze, but Batwoman opens the door normally, and that alone would create a variation in temperature much bigger than her breath's (just think of what happens when someone does that in real life!). Lupin III (2015)

Until Sunset, the Full Moon - S1-E7

Continuity mistake: The detective at the beginning of the episode shouts "Elena!" and grabs the second bar to the right of the decorated part of the gate. When he lets go, you can tell from behind that he is letting go of the closest bar. (00:00:30)

Lupin III (2015)

Until Sunset, the Full Moon - S1-E7

Plot hole: Lupin tells Fujiko what happened at the Gotti Mansion while she was away, and she is surprised. The caption says it happened "2 hours ago." But turns out it was Zenigata to call the police and send them to the mansion. After that, Fujiko ran off. If she didn't know that Zenigata knew, there's no reason why she would run away. Also, you have to assume that Zenigata has been in front of the phone waiting for a long time for the HQ to call him back about the outcome of the operation, because if he *just* made the call, then Lupin's presence and Fujiko's escape become outright impossible. But it is exactly how it is shown; Zenigata makes the call, and immediately after there's Elena/Fujiko walking down the stairs.

Batwoman (2019)

Down Down Down - S1-E3

Revealing mistake: During the sequence with a crowd in front of the Gazette looking at the dummy on the stairs, there is a shot with the camera panning up (right after Kate arrives). Look in the crowd on the left side; a kid is following the movement of the camera on the crane instead of looking at the 'crime scene'. (00:11:50)

Lupin III (2015)

The Left Hand of the Magician - S1-E5

Factual error: Interviewing the circus crowd, Lupin talks with a guy that is counting a bunch of 5 euro banknotes. The notes lack serial numbers, but even if we consider okay the lack of detail in such a tight close-up where they bothered to reproduce with pretty good precision the rest of the filigree, they surely are shaped wrong, being at least a 30% wider than an actual 5 € note. Lupin III (2015)

Until Sunset, the Full Moon - S1-E7

Stupidity: This is not quite 'stupidity' but rather a "movie logic", supposedly sharp deduction that is really just a wild and nonsensical guess. Zenigata knows for a fact that Fujiko is impersonating Elena because she knew right away where to get the first aid kit, while Elena hasn't been in the mountain house since her husband's death. That makes no sense; Zenigata has to assume that Elena was completely straight about that fact (if it was the treasure's hiding place as he suspected, she easily could lie), and a person can easily remember where they store their security items even after years, for a variety of reasons.

Fractured (2019)

Continuity mistake: Ray is speeding on the road that he previously traveled very cautiously. He is engaged in a tricky overtaking of 4 vehicles in a row. In the side view close-up he is overtaking the sedan, but after the close-up on the speed meter that is going past 80, he has yet to pass that same car, since the car before that was a SUV. Lupin III (2015)

Until Sunset, the Full Moon - S1-E7

Continuity mistake: During the announcement that she is running for office, from Zenigata's point of view Elena is very far away, quite literally a dot in the horizon as if she were on the other end of a large city square, but in the reverse shot from her position, Zenigata is just the other side of a relatively narrow street.
