Continuity mistake: In the car after the visit to Hermit Bob, Adam Driver's radio microphone fights a constant battle for position between shots with his seatbelt. The most obvious bit is when he says "Yeah this isn't gonna end well", and the seatbelt is covering the radio. (00:06:20)

Continuity mistake: During the conversation on the porch that follows Samuel Sayer's death, Katharine Hepburn is obviously lit differently depending on the camera angle; in close-ups her chest is fully shadowed, while in the wider angles (with Bogey in frame or not), light reaches the first button of her dress. Continuity mistake: After the death of her brother, Katharine Hepburn is sitting on the porch. The knitting kit on the table is showing some blue fabric peeking off the lid, and there's a reel next to it. In the close-up that follows, white fabric is showing (the blue one is on the opposite side, barely visible) and the distance of the reel has changed. (00:16:20)

Continuity mistake: The reverend shoves aside a German officer and gets smacked in the face with a rifle. Robert Morley sports heavy blue makeup, a not-so-believable instant ecchymosis. In the next scene the village ruins are still smoking, but his face is clean; the bad bruise and little cut on the lip have vanished without a trace. (00:12:00)

Continuity mistake: The reverend and his sister get on their knees to pray for England as Allnut leaves with the news of war. Reverend Sayer has his jacket unbuttoned; hearing the shout from the villager announcing the Germans' arrival, his blazer is suddenly buttoned up when he rushes to talk to him. (00:11:00)

Revealing mistake: Outside the church, Allnut tosses a cigar down knowing it will attract the natives. Notice how one extra, one of the first to arrive, grabs the cigar right away, but still pretends like everyone else to be looking for it left and right with great clamor, so that the scene can continue. Continuity mistake: In the 'last stand' covering Mason and Jamie, Vance collapses, hit by the last bad guy he kills; his right hand drops the gun and the assault rifle on the ground is pointing at the red fridge. When he is shown again the position is similar, but different. (01:09:05 - 01:13:05)

Continuity mistake: Vance shot the tank of the forklift the baddies used to break open the riot door, and it exploded in a rather bad CGI animation. The forklift itself looks undamaged after, and when later in the movie Eddie runs past it to momentarily evade Cung Le and go deal with the jammer, the red tank itself is still there. (01:06:55 - 01:13:00)

Plot hole: The bad guys try to enter the mall through the double doors of the entrance, but they do not use the food court entrance, which is undefended. There are plenty of them and there's no reason why they would not use it as main or additional entry point, especially considering that they put a sniper there to guard it (so it's not that they don't know about it), and it's not barricaded, just plain glass doors without even a chain.

Continuity mistake: Gail spills her drink on Guy's pants; both his lackeys stand up to wipe him with their ties, but in the close-up of Victor and Ravi plotting, on the left side of the screen the grey suited Tom is suddenly sitting. (01:12:10)

Continuity mistake: The corpse is examined by the police; the corpse is shown once in its entirety. The knee is exposed. When Donald Sumpter inspects the body, he has to roll up the pants for the knee to be visible. (00:29:20)

Continuity mistake: Mai takes the dragonball from the long-haired woman of the mid-aftercredits (Seki); when she comes out of the manhole, the leather pouch doesn't have its string hanging loose from the left, but it does when Mai comes closer. (00:09:50)

Continuity mistake: When Freddie holds the Mauser 1910 gun, Alison Sterling holds it in a very characteristic way (thumb and and pinky finger stick out) in the front views. It is held in a much more orthodox way in the views from behind. (00:43:50)

Continuity mistake: When Rizzo and the sailor wrestle atop the building, in the views from outside the building Rizzo has the lead pipe pressed against his ursine neck, while in the shots from the terrace it's further away. (00:05:40)

Continuity mistake: After locking the door behind him 4 times, Shaggy goes to open the other one. In the wider shot, the door is decently lit, just a spot of shadow by the handle - in the close-up, the whole area is pitch black. (00:01:40)

Continuity mistake: During the kiss and farewell with Nikolai, Naomi Watts' hair is all agitated by the wind in every shot from one particular angle (camera behind his shoulder), and goes back to being unperturbed at the cut. (01:32:55)

Continuity mistake: On Katie's bed Gail says "Oh bless your heart, no no no" stroking her hair. She keeps her hand to herself in the following shot, then back to the angle of the first and to the stroking. (01:04:20)

Continuity mistake: Angel just came to Bo's house to grab him for the second raid against Maurice. Holly is playing harmonica; her hand with the harmonica is up in the shots from behind, down on the table in other angles. (00:27:40)

Continuity mistake: Kiril and Nikolai hug in the wine cellar. There's a constant back and forth between two angles where Vincent Cassel's hand is positioned differently, either on Mortensen's back, or shoulder. (01:08:40)
