Scream (1996)

Character mistake: When they are surprised by Gale, Billy angrily says to Stu "Man, I thought she was dead." To which Stu replies "She looked dead, man. Still does." However, Stu didn't have time to check on Gale, since she crashed the vehicle moments before Sidney is attacked by a Ghostface that had to be Stu himself (since he does the quick clothes switch coming from the car).

Scream (1996)

Other mistake: When Stu brings Sidney's dad out in the kitchen, you can see behind him a September 1996 calendar. Earlier in the movie, the scenes inside Principal Arthur Himbry's office do show a September calendar, which is obviously the intent of the movie, but it's a September 1997 calendar.

Scream (1996)

Continuity mistake: When Billy jumps on Sidney in the corridor making his comeback, a bag of potato chips that was lying against the bench's armrest goes from vertical to horizontal. It wouldn't be surprising that a small and possibly mostly empty bag would be toppled over considering the movement that just occurred, however when Sidney headshots Zombie Billy the bag is back being vertical. Scream (1996)

Continuity mistake: In the close-up with Sid smashing the vase on Stu's head, her arm is bloodied all the way down to the elbow, while when she reached for the object the blood reached just about the wristwatch. (01:40:40)

Scream (1996)

Continuity mistake: When Sidney bites Stu's hand, in close-up the wrist is well visible and displays the bracelet in full, but in the wider angle that section is entirely covered by the bloody sleeve. (01:40:35)

Scream (1996)

Continuity mistake: Stu is slumping against the desk and says he's dying. In the closer angles you can see his left fingers are coated in blood, but in wider angles (for instance when Billy grabs the receiver off him and yells "I'm gonna rip you up, you b**ch"), the fingers are cleaner. (01:38:40)

Scream (1996)

Continuity mistake: Finding out that the gun is gone, Stu whines "Houston, we've got a problem here." Sid in background turns towards him instantly, but she re-turns in the next shot. (01:36:35)

Scream (1996)

Continuity mistake: Stu puts the voice box and the cellular phone inside the breast pocket of Sidney's father; the order is clear and visible even after Stu pushes the poor man to the ground; the white box is in front of the black phone. A minute later once they two-stooged their alibi we see again Mr. Prescott on the floor, and the two devices have swapped place in his pocket. (01:34:20 - 01:35:30)

Death on the Nile (1978)

Factual error: When Jackie pulls out the unusually high amount of cash that Simon happened to have on him, you can read the banknote was issued in 1940. The movie is set in the 1930s. (02:08:40)

Suggested correction: 1) The shot is onscreen for a fraction of a second. 2) Even using freeze-frame, I do not see any visible date. Do you have a screen capture of this?

I did not, but I took one for you.;). I just uploaded a zoomed-in and straightened version you prolly can already see in the pending screenshots section. It says "Juin 1940", but you shouldn't need it; the note is on screen for a full second or slightly less, but the fact that allows you to read it without even pausing is that she holds the note straight, her motion stops just long enough to avoid stealing the moment with freeze-frame (in fact if you take screenshots on VLC like I do, the compression might make it harder to read than watching it in real time). And also pre-WW2 1000 Franc notes have a huge date, I circled it for you in the screenshot. You can also notice the signature of the "caissier general" that matches notes post-summer of 1937 at earliest, and the only date given in the movie is 1930. Serial numbers are consistent with a 1940 release as well, they definitely used a legit banknote from the era who happened to be a late print.

Death on the Nile (1978)

Other mistake: During the denouement, there is a scene with the meeting between Simon and Jacqueline inside the doctor's cabin. Jackie opens the doctor's case where he keeps the surgical tools pulling it out from a drawer, and she does not place the box back in the drawer or closes it; we see the whole time she spends inside the cabin, so it'd be impossible for the doctor not to notice what happened. Death on the Nile (1978)

Continuity mistake: Salome Otterbourne says she knows who killed Louise Bourget with her own eyes. She waves dramatically her left hand as she says that, and lowers it. Next shot and her hand am raised again, and it's not even the left. (01:49:30)

Continuity mistake: When the doctor arrives at the second murder scene and shouts "Killings, killings!", David Niven by the door is in pose with his arms crossed, and at the cut he has one hand on his knee and the other on the opposite hip. (01:46:40)

Death on the Nile (1978)

Stupidity: In the original novel, the attempt on Mrs. Doyle at the temples was made rolling a boulder off a cliff. In this adaptation, the culprit is said to 'dislodge' a large stone from the temple; you can however see that the stone is already dislodged and sticks out from its place on the pillar, and he had no way to know that the Doyles would be in that particular spot, making this attempt to Linnet's life rather nonsensical (requiring also herculean strength, no pun intended). Death on the Nile (1978)

Continuity mistake: When Race unfurls the packaging the crew dragged up from the riverbed, the part to his left (right of the frame) immediately comes undone and lines on the table, but in the close-up it opens differently. (01:30:00)

Death on the Nile (1978)

Revealing mistake: The Manager Of The Karnak Mr. Choudhury excitedly shouts "goody goody gumdrops" when the crew fishes out from the river the incriminating package. He then runs across the deck to bring it to the investigators. As he does that though, you can see on the floorboards already a wet trail from a previous take. (01:29:45)

Scream (2022)

Continuity mistake: When Sam is assaulted at the hospital the first time, Ghostface misses Sam with his knife, which gets stuck on a poster on the board. By mistake, he 'stabbed' the third column of the text on the poster, but then the knife is stuck in the first column instead, then he pulls him out from the third column again, resulting in a hole in the second column. Death on the Nile (1978)

Continuity mistake: During Louise's interview, look behind her as she mentions that naturally, if she "were not able to sleep..." The corner of the room (with the armchair where Poirot sits when he steals Simon's lunch) is entirely in the shade, but it's brightly lit in the rest of the scene. (01:22:40)
