Continuity mistake: At the end of the movie, when John Wayne followed by the harmonica player is talking to Marian McCargo, her scarf goes from left to right or right to left depending on the angle of the shot. (01:56:00)

Revealing mistake: Godzilla just reached the coast and is fighting a horde of toy tanks. When she sets foot on the base and swings her tail at the control tower, you can see that the tower is pre-broken in the middle, already all cracked and ready to fall apart at the center when Godzilla barely touched the tip. Continuity mistake: Sakurai is having a steak dinner at home; in the close-up of the two steaks and fries, one of the men is holding a beer glass with their right hand, but it's not the case in the next shot. (00:07:40)

Character mistake: In the end credits of the Italian version, several roles are listed with blank spaces instead of the Italian voice talent. There are also inconsistencies with the same roles listed for the on-screen actors (for instance, two different words are used to translate "Homeless man" and "Clerk"). The Psx version also features spelling mistakes ("assestants").

Other mistake: For the "true" ending to happen, you toss the dagger to Scully; this happens while you are held at gunpoint, with the knife that has to fly right past the enemy, who does not react or show any surprise or awareness in the movie clip that follows.

Audio problem: The Italian localization uses a professional cast of voice actors, including for the main roles the official dubbers of the TV series. However, there are very small filler voice clips, such as the recorded voice mail and answering machine messages, that were recorded by uncredited performers who were not even native speakers.

Plot hole: Wilmore keeps busy (or straight shoots, really) the two agents outside Rauch's house. Meanwhile, Mulder leaves him to get to the secret facility. One wonders how, since they are in the middle of Alaska, he doesn't have a car, and there's no reason why he wouldn't help Wilmore killing the bad guys, so he can get his car, or the agents'.

Plot hole: When Wilmore frees Mulder, he has a line of dialogue saying "Frohike sends his love." During the video chat with the Lone Gunmen, they did not use their names, and the closing line of dialogue in the same chat says "I've been given the coordinates [...] by three men."

Continuity mistake: Mr. Thad Benedict is in front of the Langdon residence asking if the property is for sale. As the widow answers, the position of his hand on the coach turns around, and the natural light changes as well. (00:10:00)

Revealing mistake: When we see for the first time cops fish out of the river one of Bluebeard's victims, the "lifeless body" helps herself up on the boat, practically climbing on her own. (00:02:15)

Continuity mistake: After the scene with Junior that busted him as the night kitchen raider, Dick is in his office. Pat Patton tells him about his findings going through the victim's belongings. He leans forward with his left arm, and Dick at the same time pulls his own arm back away from the desk. Next cut and Dick has both hands on the desk and Pat just his right arm on it. (00:12:35)

Continuity mistake: Terry Thomas' name appears in the credits inside the green disc of the traffic lights. However, in this close-up the feet of the poor worker are absent. (00:04:50)

Continuity mistake: Pauline is driving in the one-way street, of course the wrong way. There are several continuity errors between cuts; for instance when you see the 'boy' in the back seat laughing hysterically behind her, in the background you can see the red pick-up she nearly has a frontal with in the next shot. Continuity mistake: Pearl is singing a song to mock her boss at the factory. She goes through the first lines about being too worn out "to play." With her feet on the work table, she puts her hand under her chin. In the background, a fellow seamstress is watching. In the next shot, her arms changed position, now crossed in contrast to the previous shot. (00:04:40)

Continuity mistake: Doris picks up the phone and there's a cutaway shot on Johnny playing his guitar as he listens. The stockings Doris tossed at him are gone from the guitar head, but they are back when the phone call is over. (00:05:10)

Continuity mistake: Bob Hope asks to take a peek at the execution chamber. He peeps from the hole, nudging away the lid with his forehead, and turns away. The lid came to a complete stop, but in the next shot when Ronnie walks away here's the lid swaying again as if he had moved his head from the window just that moment. (00:02:25)

Revealing mistake: When the two survivors get in front of the emergency door, their hair gives out all sorts of chromakey artifacts. (01:21:00)

Character mistake: When you stretch and wake up after hooking up with Aubrey, your character says it's time for "AN new day."
