Continuity mistake: Athena shows Kim the cosplay pic she took at Comicon, with the dog posing as Ron. Kim's hands are touching (or hovering by) the phone in the wider angle but not in the close-up. Similarly, when a few moments later she says "I didn't really have any friends" etc, the phone switches from her left hand to the right between shots. (00:30:25)

The Marriage of Lupin III - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: Right after his old pals left Lupin alone at the wedding reception, Rebecca jumps at him from behind. She places both hands on his shoulders, but in the next shot she has just her left hand on his matching shoulder. (00:05:35)

Who Are You? - S1-E4
Plot hole: Fox is alerted by the alarms that there is an intruder in the house, exactly in Wayne's office. He has to make his way up from the Batcave to the main residence, enter by the door and then he gets knocked out by Magpie. As it turns out at the end of the episode, she had the place perfectly scouted (and it was shown anyway that the intruder was already in the office when the alarm rang), so there's no reason at all why she'd still be there to assault him, considering the necklace was not guarded by some bulletproof crystal or anything of the sort and if she planned such a bold theft in broad daylight she surely wouldn't take her time to get what she came for. Kim Possible (2019)
Continuity mistake: Establishing shot of the soccer field, all the team is in front of Kim. The last row of players has the rightmost one well on the outside of the second row, but in the view with camera in front of Bonnie, the squad is compacted to be in frame, the player in question now being behind the very tall rightmost player in the second row. Lupin III (2015)
Factual error: Fujiko is reading from a fictitious Italian newspaper ("La voce dei fatti") that reads the Japanese way, with the front page being where the last page would be in the Western design. Obviously no such publication could exist in Italy. That's also inconsistent throughout the scene itself, since at the beginning it is a normal left-to-right newspaper, then turns Japanese when Lupin says "You have a very discerning eye." (00:06:35)

Lupin III (2015)
Continuity mistake: When Nino collapses (camera positioned behind Jigen's head) you can see a blood streak on his right arm as well as the left arm. In the rest of the scene he has blood only on the left arm. Moreover, when Jigen picks him up the puddle of blood on the floor has a different shape compared to what we see when he leaves doctor Livia to her medical duties. (00:12:20)

Kim Possible (2019)
Continuity mistake: On the ramp fighting Dementor's goons while Ron is working on freeing up the doc, Kim disposes of the first two with an armdrag. The way they land is incoherent with what is shown during the sequence when she drags a third towards her with the hook, as the downed opponents keep changing position and even the direction they face. Lupin III (2015)
Other mistake: Lupin is playing chess at the computer, and he wins, as a full screen message shows. It's odd though, since the CPU has a much higher score than he does (by almost three times). Also, the interface contains a "Restor" button, with an obvious typo. (00:10:10)

Charlie's Angels (1976)
Continuity mistake: Pilot Episode: The Angels have gathered and the slideshow with the mission briefing is starting. Kate Jackson turns around and puts her glass next to the ink stamp, but when the desk is shown at an angle from the front displaying projector, Bosley and the guy with the horrible 'do that won't be in the rest of the series, then the glass is not present. Lupin III (2015)
Factual error: Brozzi asks for Lupin's help saying that the final of the Coppa Italia elimination tournament is in 3 days. He just played a game winning the semifinals, though; there is not, and never has been, such a small interval between the final stages of the cup. (00:06:20)

Lupin III (2015)
Factual error: The move Brozzi uses to score the final goal in his hat-trick is illegal; in soccer you can't climb on someone's shoulders to get an edge in a header, even if the person is a teammate. On a marginal note, the players he encounters in the box have names of real players at national level, but in completely different positions (Vieri and Toni were not defenders). (00:20:40)

Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping (2016)

Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping (2016)
Continuity mistake: Conner is back home, but his publicist drags him out and they go to a club, with Conner wearing a ton of makeup. They turn around hearing some loud riff; Sarah Silverman has her glass of wine on the counter in the first shot, held up in the reverse. (01:02:30)

Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping (2016)
Factual error: In the early phases of the narration, Conner's boyband is on the cover of Rolling Stone. It is a double summer issue with the July 7-21 date, and at the same time its numeration begins with an eight. Rolling Stone could have a number 800-something in July from 1999 to 2002. In none of these years July 7 and 21 were on a Thursday. (00:02:30)

Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping (2016)
Factual error: After the death of his beloved pet turtle, Conner is on a downward spiral. One of the headlines that appear as paparazzi follow him (before he gets KTFO'd by Martin Sheen) has a "Friday August 08, 2015" date. Which was a Saturday. (00:58:10)

Martian Successor Nadesico (1996)
Ruri chan 'Kôkai nisshi' - S1-E5
Other mistake: In the first shot of the room during the funeral, everyone is wearing black. But a moment later, the camera pans left to right the front row, and the person behind Izumi is wearing a grey tailleur. (00:04:25)

Martian Successor Nadesico (1996)
Ruri chan 'Kôkai nisshi' - S1-E5
Factual error: Being set in the future, it is of course possible that some things changed, but it is worth noting that there are around 50 various flags behind Jun during the explanation of the funeral diversity, all real flags of contemporary countries - but the Cuban flag is the only one that is shown incorrectly mirrored, with the triangle on the right and not on the left. Martian Successor Nadesico (1996)
Ruri chan 'Kôkai nisshi' - S1-E5
Factual error: Amongst the weirdos with personalized funeral requests, besides a guy from England with the same residence as Sherlock Holmes, there's a guy who believes to be a vampire, Gyappy. He really believes in his classic Bela Lugosi character to the point of not having his age written down, but his residence is a generic "Poland, Earth", while it should be Romania or Transylvania.
