Continuity mistake: When Kirsten Stewart goes on with the fun factoids about Hamburg and Frankfurt, she straightens her body and is no longer leaning against the second rope, but rather grabs it with both hands. The rest of the sequence is consistent with this position change, but there's an odd shot (the one with Ella Balinska saying "I recall it was time to go") where Sabina is in the wrong position, leaning against the rope. Charlie's Angels (2019)
Continuity mistake: After the sparring session in the ring, Bosley is wrapping Jane's fists. Sabina Wilson approaches and leans against the ropes; Jane's right hand is down her hip, but at the cut she has that hand up. Moreover, she turns towards Sabina and even walks a few steps towards her, but at the next cut she is still facing Bosley and has yet to even turn in the right direction. (00:17:25)

Charlie's Angels (2019)
Continuity mistake: Closing the first planned part of the demo for Calisto, Fleming says that "Brock industries can power the world." Time for applause; Elena behind him is applauding in the wider shot, but at the cut, with the same uninterrupted applause sound going on, she is holding still and her device switched hand from the right to left. Charlie's Angels (2019)
Continuity mistake: When Bosley toasts with all the other Bosleys saying "To all of you", the black Bosley behind him (in front of the London screen) raises the glass holding by the rim, but lowers it holding it by the stem. (00:13:50)

Charlie's Angels (2019)
Continuity mistake: In the meeting in Peter Fleming's office, Elena gets dismissed with "Thank you for coming in." Naomi Scott has her left arm outstretched, then she is just now bringing it forward, then it's the other arm. (00:08:25)

Charlie's Angels (2019)
Other mistake: The intro is capped by something supposedly cool but hilarious for the wrong reasons; Kirsten Stewart gets thrown off the top of a building (just for funzies) by her colleague; she emerges though a few seconds later, barefoot on the landing skid of a helicopter. Besides praising her luck for not getting chopped by the blades, the quality of the CGI of the helicopter is low, and while it's a movie cliche to have helicopters definitely quieter than their RL counterparts, here it's strikingly absurd; a helicopter a few meters away from a skyscraper would have not just alerted the baddies, but rattled every window and cutlery on the table; here they make just barely enough wind to puff the curtains leaving undisturbed Tang's hair and Patrick Stewart's jacket.

Charlie's Angels (2019)
Other mistake: The Angels do a clean sweep of all the bad guys, tie them up and put their heads in bags. It's kind of a plot point that they have all the baddies perfectly packed up and ready for delivery. However when Bosley makes his entrance, there's a guy in the elevator he leaves behind, the door closes and nobody 'bags' and/or ties him up. He's just unaccounted for. (00:05:10)

Charlie's Angels (2019)
Continuity mistake: When Jane kicks the door where The Accountant is hiding. He stumbles against the wall; between these first two shots he is holding the laptop differently (arm across it first, just the hand on the opposite side then). (00:04:35)

Charlie's Angels (2019)
Continuity mistake: During the opening bondage pilates-ish sequence, Kristen Stewart does a backflip over Chris Pang's head starting a question with "Do you know..." Watch when he traps him between her thighs; his hands change position between shots. (00:03:45)

Horse Girl (2020)

Continuity mistake: The protagonist receives her gift from Molly Shannon. She unwraps it and puts the discarded wrapping on the counter. When we see it again at the end of the scene, the wrapping is much less torn apart than the first time around (or at least has been arranged neatly). (00:09:45)

A Fall from Grace (2020)
Visible crew/equipment: The diner flashback has possibly one of the worst handling of extras ever. The lady behind Crystal Fox keeps glancing at the camera and playing with her food in very unnatural fashion, but it's the guy with glasses behind Mehcad Brooks that truly shines; throughout the scene he drinks from an empty glass and, even more obvious, eats invisible food from his fork, usually throwing a glance right at the camera every time he does so, looking like he's about to crack into a laugh at the absurdity of it. It's such a bad performance that one really wonders if he was trolling Tyler Perry or something. (00:32:25)

Detective Dee: The Four Heavenly Kings (2018)
Continuity mistake: In her temper tantrum, the Empress throws various dishes and cups to the ground. In her messy motion though, some items do not fly off the table and a golden fruit bowl happens to just spin around and stay on. It is gone next. (00:02:45)

Guava Island (2019)
Continuity mistake: After the cartoon segment, Deni entertains some playful banter with his girlfriend and takes off, putting a shirt on while he runs. When the neighbour asks him "Late again?", the guitar strap is on opposite sides of the instrument as the editing switches to a reverse shot. (00:06:40)

The Revenge - S2-E7
Continuity mistake: During Elaine's amazingly off-putting flirting with George's boss, she starts mentioning how people don't say "Bless you" as they used to. She is gesturing with her right hand pointing a thumb -but before her "Have you noticed that?" is over, she is already in a new shot with hands joined and fingers entwined. (00:16:00)

The Revenge - S2-E7
Continuity mistake: George walked back into a meeting at his workplace pretending nothing happened. When his boss enters the room, George repeats in two separate the shots, differently, the gesture to hide his face behind a folder. The folder itself changed position before the boss arrived, since it was in his hand at first, then on the briefcase. (00:08:00)

Seinfeld (1990)
Continuity mistake: Elaine and Jerry guessed that George is telling them about a heart attack. Jerry says "I know what this is" pointing a finger - but in the next shot not only the hand is pointing a finger; the hand is holding the yellow note. (00:03:05)

Seinfeld (1990)
Continuity mistake: Elaine walks up to George in bed, and she asks him if anyone's got his apartment yet. For the brief part of dialogue about the zen lifestyle thing, the top sheet is rolled up in a noticeably different way from the rest of the scene. (00:07:00)

Seinfeld (1990)
Continuity mistake: On his deathbed George triumphantly utters "There's nothing wrong with me!"; the doctor cools his enthusiasm down though, saying that he wouldn't go that far. His hands are crossed in front of his body - at the cut though he's suddenly already browsing through George's medical file. (00:08:10)
