Death in Paradise (2011)

The Healer - S7-E4

Continuity mistake: Jack inspecting the box in the victim's house is holding the old picture with his hand positioned on the corner/side in close-up, but it was in the middle of the bottom side when he picked it up. And another dramatic change happens in the cut that follows once he reads the names. (00:18:30)

Death in Paradise (2011)

The Healer - S7-E4

Continuity mistake: When at the beginning of the episode Pastor Steadman King is holding brother Marius to heal him with faith, he's holding him by the arms, the wrists, the palms, in a continuous jump between cuts. (00:01:30)

Death in Paradise (2011)

The Healer - S7-E4

Continuity mistake: When Jack is inspecting the cup finding a sharp and unpleasant scent, Florence's hand changes position on the writing pad (stops writing and lowers the pen, vertical pen, horizontal pen) between shots. (00:07:00)

Murder from Above - S7-E1

Continuity mistake: Dwayne's bushy cover has been blown, so he nonchalantly walks out and greets the stern-looking Audrey. He opens his arms when he says her name, but in the reverse shot he repeats the movement, as he was still pretending to scribble on his pad. (00:14:00)

The End Is the Beginning - S1-E3

Continuity mistake: Picard, panting after the walk through Vasquez Rocks, tells Raffi he's sorry. Michelle Hurd in the first close-up and wide shot has her hand on her knee, with the arm coming up from the inside leg. In the close-up that follows, she is leaning her face on her hand as it comes up from the other side of the leg. From then on her head position changes inconsistently as well. (00:14:05)

It's Complicated (2009)

Continuity mistake: When Alec Baldwin at the beginning of the movie mentions the trip to Spain, he brings the glass of champagne to his lips. They greet Ollie in the next shot (his already popped in the current view), and Baldwin's hand is down, he repeats the action to raise it and drink from his glass only a second later. (00:02:15)

It's Complicated (2009)

Continuity mistake: Jake Adler at the beginning of the movie is taking a dramatic pause during a toast, and the woman who turns out to be his now ex wife, Jane, continues the sentence for him. During this first exchange, Meryl Streep 's hand changes position on the glass continuously. Sometimes she holds it right at the stem, other times her fingers engage the cup. (00:01:50)

Star Trek: Picard (2020)

Remembrance - S1-E1

Continuity mistake: Dahj shows up in the middle of Picard's vineyard. In the shot when she asks "Do you know me?" the shadows behind her differ greatly from the rest of the scene, where trellises cast hardly any. (00:17:20)

Star Trek: Picard (2020)

Remembrance - S1-E1

Continuity mistake: Dahj kills the 3 dudes who tried to subdue her putting a bag on her head. When the third one kicks the bucket, notice how he falls with his leg spread, a tablet-like object rolls on the floor touching the carpet, and on the carpet itself there are several pieces of debris and shattered glass. In a following shot the bag that was totally not hiding a stuntwoman doing agile flips and kicks is removed from her head and we see Isa Briones standing barefoot. She stands on that same carpet but it has been sanitized from anything sharp, while the aforementioned Romulan lies on the floor positioned differently and the 'tablet' is gone. (00:06:00)

Star Trek: Picard (2020)

Maps and Legends - S1-E2

Factual error: Picard tells his manservant that Laris and him are more needed at the Chateau than with him in space because there's less than a month left before the harvest. Without being privy to the knowledge of a XXIV century agronomist, grapes at the Chateau are grown with traditional methods in a climate that looks reasonably similar to our own. From the establishing shot at the beginning of this episode and what we could see by his walk in the vineyard in the previous, there are no grapes forming, ripening, not even flowers. Hardly the look of a vineyeard close to harvest. (00:07:00 - 00:36:10)

Continuity mistake: The scene when Masha has the "romantic" dinner with Jerry begins with an overhead shot of the table. The gun is positioned at a different angle in the next view, but more importantly, Masha is carrying a bottle of wine with her that was already present in that establishing overhead. (01:18:30)

Star Trek: Picard (2020)

Maps and Legends - S1-E2

Continuity mistake: When Lieutenant Narissa Rizzo appears in holo form in the last scene of the episode, the two pins of her rank on her right breast initially are attached together (as if the two magnets have been placed too close together and ended up being pulled to one another). During the first part of the scene they go back and forth between being joined and separated. (00:40:45)

Continuity mistake: The taping of Rupert's monologue is done, and he's backstage eating crisps and talking with the FBI agent. The position of the packet in Robert De Niro's hand changes between shots, and when Gerrity asks "Where are we goin'?" his hands are not visible, but in the following shot they are fully in view as he is holding a pose. (01:13:00)

Continuity mistake: When Jerry Lewis is kicking Robert De Niro and Diahnne Abbott out of the house, the delusional wannabe tells him "That's how you guys are, huh?", to which the late show star replies "No, not them, me." Suddenly in this shot the window door is closed, when it was not in the previous part of the scene. And at the next cut, Jerry is shown indeed closing the door. (01:00:25)

Continuity mistake: When Jerry Langford tells Rupert "If I didn't tell you that, we'd still be standing on the steps at my apartment" he is leaning into the golf club held in his right hand. Cut, and you can see the club jumped to his left hand, and after the Hitler joke, the club is back in his right hand. (01:00:00)
