Continuity mistake: The Boynton kids are crowding the mother preparing her according to her instructions. Ginny reluctantly goes to bed, Nadine brings her the medicine, and Raymond walks around her to get to the other side; the shadows in these two shots are different, as shown by the tent's peg, in the shade first, in the sun a second later. Continuity mistake: In Qumran, Poirot inquires about the disappearance of Cope. When Healey tells him "And there's more bad news", the extras in the background have changed. (00:36:00)

Appointment With Death (1988)
Continuity mistake: Sightseeing in Jerusalem, Nadine is reconciling with her husband and tells him to smile. Behind her, Dr. King reads a book and turns right to left. Three women walk in frame from the left. The camera cuts away, and next time we see Nadine there's a blatant repetition of the same movements; again King's half-turn and the two extras that walk into frame same as before. (00:30:15)

Appointment With Death (1988)
Factual error: The car Poirot and Dr. King use to get to the hotel escorted by colonel Carbury (and then to Qumran) is a military Humber Snipe Mk II, making its first appearance in 1938. The movie is set in May 1937. (00:27:00)

Appointment With Death (1988)
Other mistake: The ship the characters use to get to Israel from Trieste is supposed to be named "San Salvatore", but the stock footage is a repeat of the exact same ship they used to get from the US to London, the St. Louis. (00:20:15)

Appointment With Death (1988)
Continuity mistake: Ginevra just left because her mother sent her to bed. Jefferson Cope approaches Nadine. Look at the lady sitting at right of the table behind the Boyntons. Right arm on the table, left arm on the chair. Cope brazenly asks Nadine's husband if he doesn't mind, and both her hands are on the table. (00:15:45)

Appointment With Death (1988)
Factual error: After Lady Westholme commented on Poirot's absence, and we saw him seasick in his cabin, the focus is again on the Boyntons. In the background you can see the ship's other guests entertaining themselves with a dance. They are dancing to the tunes of a rearranged version of "Ta-Ra-Ra Boom-De-Ay", which is perfect for the time period, but their dance is a version of the "Lambeth Walk." The movie takes place in May 1937, and the musical "Me and my girl" that invented and popularized this dance would debut in December of the same year. (00:15:10)

Appointment With Death (1988)
Continuity mistake: Lady Westholme asks her travel partner Miss Quinton "What's the matter" since she keeps rummagining inside the bag. It's an instantaneous exchange, but between shots the couple of passersby (man with a suit and red flower, woman with an azure dress) have advanced through the street by a great deal. (00:10:45)

Crush Crush
Character mistake: Francine's phone fling storyline says that she's a spy that asks the Player's help to send encrypted files disguised as photos, and they have to pretend to be lovers trading pleasantries and pictures next time she calls him. She says that she's going to turn off the jammer (which allows her momentarily to talk without being intercepted) "now" and says goodbye. When hours later she calls, she begins the conversation (and the act) with "Ready? Here we go." So she gives herself away.

Character mistake: In one of her lines reacting to the Yandere character, Nina says that she took the batteries out of the alarm in "the servant's wing." It's the servants' wing, plural (there's a literal army of maids there).

Continuity mistake: When Castle's mom says she's 1/4 responsible for Alexis' genes, the glass in front of her has merely a few drops left in it. When Castle leaves and she calls him "flatfoot", the glass is still mostly empty but there's about twice as much wine left. (00:10:30)

Flowers for Your Grave - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: When Judge Markway signs the warrant on Castle's back, the paper changes position between shots, and there's a white sheet between the board and Castle's back that is folded in the wider angles but sticks out straight in the close-up. (00:36:20)

Flowers for Your Grave - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: When the cops tear down the board with the serial killer case, you can see already next to the lawyer the note in grey ink that says that the object used to suffocate him was wrong, which is a conclusion Bishop comes to later in the case resolution, with the notes on the other two victims in the same ink.
