Continuity mistake: Amuro looking from the window sees 4 drunk soldiers in his living room. Two of them tumble on the ground, where items like a helmet, a plate and empty liquor bottles lay around. One of the soldiers even has a bottle in his left hand he is still drinking from after the fall. When he enters the room and turns the radio off, all those items have disappeared. (00:04:20)

Coming Home - S1-E13
Continuity mistake: Sayla and Mirai are chillin' on the beach, sunbathing. They even comment on the sun and how light comes from just one direction as opposed to what they are used to in space and the colonies. Kai with his boombox passes them by asking about Amuro, and suddenly they both (Mirai in particular, under the parasol) have big shadows over them. (00:02:45)

Other mistake: During the first phase of the battle with the Zeon forces, in particular in close-up when Amuro botches the landing from the catapult and drags the mobile suit belly down onto the rocks, the V shaped head ornament is entirely red, instead of being red in the middle section and white in the fins. Continuity mistake: Bright is sitting in his quarters, exhausted. Mirai enters his room, and he zips his uniform up; it is specifically shown that the zipper goes past the undershirt. When Sayla sends the alert from the bridge, Bright jumps up and answers with the tank top showing. (00:07:00)

Other mistake: The three comic relief kids burst into the bridge with hoover. The floor they are cleaning is a single smooth surface, but when Bright apologizes to them, they are standing on the only section with tiles. (00:06:40)

Continuity mistake: Amuro gets up from the floor when he's been working on the Gundam backup computer. Going by the floor boards, the manual and the trays with the tools have moved around between shots. (00:05:45)

Other mistake: Amuro's Gundam changes relative size compared to the Gaw. The most egregious size problem happens when Amuro sticks the mace weapon into the Gaw, and somehow the staff used as weapon by an 18-meters tall robot, with a big energy attachment at the end, is small enough to run between two soldiers in a narrow corridor. Audio problem: When Char is chased away by Bright, Hayato and Kai shooting at him (even if he's a skilled commando and is running from a couple teenagers), the gunshots of the White Base officers produce 6 detonations in total but many more light blasts. (00:16:00)

Plot hole: If all it takes is a missile from a Luggun (a standard recon plane) to completely KO White Base killing the controls and engine, there's no way the battleship made it throughout the countless assaults it was previously in. Char hits it knowing it will have that kind of effect, and yet there's no rationale given (for instance, a critical Death Star-like weak point has been found?) for him to be able to just do that, nor this engine killshot being used again after.

Continuity mistake: Sayla hands Bright the dispatch from the Federation. Bright takes it with his left hand, turns around and walks away still with the message in the same hand - but at the cut, it's in his right hand. (00:10:30)

Continuity mistake: Jerry is explaining to Elaine what to do for eggroll dare. She listens and uncrosses her arms. When he says the words "I'll give you 50 bucks" there's a cut, and Elaine's arms are again folded. It happens again right after when Jerry says she'll give the people at the table a story to tell. Continuity mistake: After the 4 people bypass Jerry and Elaine, George is trying to get the attention of the man at the phone, who just turns the other way. George angrily licks his lip and leans against the corner. Cut to Jerry, and in the background George is repeating the action of leaning, in a different way from before. (00:03:50)

Other mistake: The previous episode "The Deal", was supposed to be the season (and possibly series) finale, however it was aired out of order. Therefore in this episode and the next without explanation Jerry and Elaine are not romantically involved anymore, and Kramer pitches cable to Jerry as if he never had it before, mentioning "The naked channel" that was sorta the triggering factor of "The Deal" 's plot.
Suggested correction: As you said, the episodes were aired out of order. That doesn't make it a mistake because if you watch the episode in the order they were produced, there would be no mistake.

Continuity mistake: North takes Jack for a tour of his toy factory. He tells one of the yetis to make the robot he's doing red, to which the furry beast wookie-groans frustrated, as there's already a pile of them he needs to scrap. Said pile next to him in the first shot looks full, but when it cuts to a wide shot you can see that the top rows are missing the leftmost robot (or rather, the rows start suddenly for no reason from a spot more to the right). At the very beginning of the tour, in fact, you could see the robot-making yeti in the background, and the pile was half the size we see in the dedicated sequence. (00:23:00)

Continuity mistake: Kyle Reynolds just said that he wishes his dad were still alive to see mom's wedding. His nephew Ethan goes "Yo, Uncle Kyle." In the exchange, Kaylani's hand moves from Owen Wilson's shoulder, to his arm, to the shoulder again. (00:05:20)

Continuity mistake: In the first scene with Kaylani, she puts her hands on Peter's face (her hand also disappears from his shoulder briskly during a cut, incidentally). Between shots you can easily spot how her fingers are placed differently each time, in particular the index finger is on or behind the ear. (00:04:40)
