Factual error: At the end of the episode, Batwoman shoots her Bat-rope at the villain and yanks her off the building she made her escape to. Magpie is not a superhuman invulnerable being; assuming the grapple didn't puncture anything in her flesh and just hooked to some part of the costume like her backpack, she still is pulled with force from well above the 5th floor of a building to the end of the street, back first into a fountain, with a water level so shallow that she backpaddles into it as soon as she lands without being submerged. She does not experience a single moment of shock or stun from an uncontrolled fall of that magnitude. (00:33:00)

Continuity mistake: Eric's men completely trash the clinic's lobby; in particular they tear down the "Accettazione" sign. Revealing mistake: Jigen is checking out a magazine after Lupin accepted the mission from Brozzi. The article under the picture is a real article (including real names) that talks about a different kind of story (high level corruption and permits), even if at least it is about Mafia, which fits the episode's theme. She dodges the drone once as she has two bowls in hand, and when the drone charges at her again she is already pouring cereals from the box in one. Continuity mistake: When Luca is looking at Fujiko in the tiger cage for his quasi-stepbrother's act, he is gripping the chain-link fence. The fence is drawn in a strange way, seemingly missing several sections, but besides this animation oddity, it is clear that his right hand is in one shot next to large vertical metal bar (partially covered by it even) but in a different position in the side view that follows. Continuity mistake: The size of the brand on Elena's arm changes throughout the episode. When it's first noticeable and when later Zenigata points it out it is the size of an average band-aid, but in the close-up following the flashback it is way bigger, even factoring in the angle. Factual error: The magazine roll with the various appearances of Rebecca has pretty solid Italian in it, but some headlines are phrased in ways that just don't work and would never appear on a cover, such as "Finalmente scoperto!", which would translate as "Finally uncovered", but with the wrong gender, and coordinating awkwardly with the following part. Also, they put a "The 10 best movies of the year" on a magazine called "Teatro", which is a word strictly reserved for stage play. (00:04:15)

Other mistake: At the end of the episode, the police inspector picks up a single .357 casing that Zenigata assumes, correctly, is the one from the shot fired by Jigen. He picks it up from behind the bench, but there are plenty more on the ground in that spot, which does not make sense considering he was the only one shooting from that position. (00:19:15)

Factual error: The villain triggers the detonation that causes the elevator with Kate's dad and stepmom to start falling. After an initial hiccup, the cabin begins a freefall. Only after this real fall begins and the elevator already fell a few floors down, Batwoman lands on another elevator. Pauses. Shoots her rope to the top of the shaft. Hooks it. Pauses. Shoots from Chekhov's gun the double edged harpoon, which effortlessly sticks to the top of the elevator cabin and halts the ruinous fall with a smooth slowdown and no oscillation. All of that happening because somehow the elevator in all those seconds is just a handful of floors lower, even if it was plummeting at breakneck speed from the very first shot. (00:35:40)

Continuity mistake: Lupin expresses his last wish for a smoke, and as Nyx holds him at gunpoint asking if he has any trick concealed in the cigarette, pay attention to the left wall of the room and how part of the plaster is ruined and exposes the bricks underneath. In particular there's a smaller patch of bricks between the upturned table and the back wall. When later Nyx walks away, there is no such thing and that part of the wall has a much larger part where the plaster has been stripped off. (00:17:00 - 00:18:15)

Plot hole: Batwoman sees live on TV the explosion that sends the truck into the river, while she is in the clinic of her stepsister on top of a building. She needs to go get her bike and drive to site. Fox says that she is "5 minutes out" when the truck is shown going completely underwater, with Alice inside who has been unconscious all the time. Even assuming that she makes it in less time than that, she still has to leave her bike somewhere and access the river from a somewhat secluded spot and swim to the spot, because the bridge is crawling with cops. There is no way that Batwoman would be able to save her and Alice would be totally fine, needing simply an aqualung to get back to her senses (and somehow survive an explosion that nearly kills Batwoman with her padded 10 million dollars suit).

Other mistake: In the pre-fight of Episode 3 of chapter 1 of KOF 94, "How to face a powerful enemy", the dialogue is mislabeled in the beginning, mixing Noah, the protagonists and "Mean Looking Man" in wrong order.

Plot hole: During the investigation for the security breach at Wayne Enterprises, the policemen are recalled for an emergency at the Gazette. (would make no sense that they are so short on men right in the core of the city that they'd need to call people away from an active investigation like that, but fine). The radio code used is "10-54", which is supposedly according to sources online "possible dead body", it perfectly fits the situation. When Kate arrives on site, people are just then starting to flock the area. Where have they all been before? It is impossible that someone called the police on it, who are somewhere else entirely, but several minutes passed by and every curious bystander is just arriving now with the protagonist.
