Revealing mistake: In the fight in the kitchen, the evil Serbian causes a gash on Kono's arm which instantly bleeds. Despite the close-range fight when Kono's arm comes in contact with the enemy multiple times, her shirt remains immaculate. (00:27:50)

Other mistake: When Chin shows the ID of the fugitive, his last name is Ivanovitch, with a T. Later he is looking at his travel history and immigration record, and he's Sergei Ivanovich, no T. (00:16:25 - 00:26:35)

Continuity mistake: Danny and Steve are driving from the hotel to the contractor's house. Every time the camera cuts to Scott Caan, Alex O'Loughlin's hand is in the foreground on the same spot at about 1 o' clock of the steering wheel, regardless of what his character is doing. In the second part of the conversation (after the 'fear of death' mention) he even blatantly drives with his left arm, but still we see just a right hand during Caan's close-ups. (00:17:10)

Continuity mistake: When on the roof Danny is having pleasant conversation with the terrorist about sepsis and organ failure, the guy has his bleeding arm first all bare to the elbow, then covered by his jacket. (00:14:55)

Continuity mistake: When the trio is on the hotel roof interrogating the member of the gang of kidnappers, Steve is leaning over to speak and has his hands on his knees, but after a close-up on Chin, there's a shot where Steve is standing. (00:14:40)

Other mistake: When Steve picks up the call from the Governor, his wristwatch points at about half past 10. The kidnapping, he then says getting to the location, happened one hour before, but during the opening his kid Evan whined that it was 6 am. Also to be noted, Steve in typical movie fashion is expositing the mission during the drive in the outskirts of town, as if he'd just have dragged his partner for miles without saying the first thing about the reason. Continuity mistake: Danny shows up with a paper bag at Steve's and when Steve asks about the contents, he says it's those "donut-looking things they sell around the block." He passes the bag of malasadas from the left hand to the right, but it cuts to Alex O'Loughlin and we see in frame Danny's right hand, empty. (00:03:55)

Continuity mistake: Roland Lowry is speaking with his son at the beginning of the episode. When his son whines that daddy is such a dictator, the position of his fingers on the phone changes between shots (fingertip on the back of the phone, fingertip on the side of the phone). (00:00:55)

Continuity mistake: In scene where Chin starts reviewing footage of white van attacking, in first shot a wheel from the NSA guy's van has rolled off and comes to rest immediately in front of attacking van's driver side front wheel. In next shot as driver exits, loose wheel is missing. (00:11:20)
