Question: After the tour guide takes the bad head count when they all get on the boat, you can see him counting them all again. Why didn't he notice right then that 2 people were missing? Also, the diving company was missing 2 scuba tanks and they didn't notice?

Answer: He counted wrong because the man that begged to go back in and the other person accompanied him in the water were already counted for before going back down last minute so when he saw two people coming back up he tallied 20 people.
Question: In the episode where Lorreta cheats on Cleveland, who was that Guy in the Orange Afro Wig(?) who kicks Peter in the "nuts"? Is he from a show and, if so, which one?
Answer: Family Guy writer and voice of Cleveland, Mike Henry, has an online show called "Kicked in the nuts" where he dresses up exactly as the character in the episode. Check out http://www.kickedinthenuts.com/.
Question: In the scene where Draco was struck by Buckbeak. You see Hermione run up saying to take him to the hospital. If you look she has the timeturner outside of her shirt. Isn't the timeturner supposed to be a secret?
Chosen answer: She wears it as a necklace. Anyone knows that a necklace can pop out of your shirt at anytime. She was just careless. Anyhow I doubt any of the others around her would know that it was a timeturner and probably didn't notice it at all.
Question: Why did Trisha's mom force her to go to the dance with Napoleon?
Answer: When Uncle Rico is selling stuff to Tricia's mom, he mentions how Napoleon has had a hard life. (I believe he talks about how Napoleon lost his parents or something to that extent, if I remember correctly.) Tricia's mom feels sorry for Napoleon, and makes Tricia go out with him.
No he tells her he still pee in his bed and gets bullied in school.
There was nothing said about bullying. But she did feel bad.
Question: What evidence linked Black to killing the Potters? After the movie I didn't understand how everyone could have been so completely wrong.
Answer: Black was thought to be the Potter's secret keeper and only the secret keeper could have directed Voldemort to the Potters. There was a showdown on a street between Pettigrew and Black, after the Potters were killed, where many people died. Since Black was the only one to live, and they found only Pettigrew's finger, everyone assumed Black did the killing. No one knew that Pettingrew, along with Black, and James Potter, were animagi.
Question: I read that this film was inspired by Lord of the Rings and that there are many similar elements between the two. Can anyone please tell me if this is true and also point out what the 'elements' are?
Answer: It's not true - other than both films dealing with quests, there are no real similarities.
Question: When Aragorn, Legolas and Gimli were on the pirate ship, heading to Minas Tirith, the two-headed Orc commander said "Come on you sea-rats, get off your ships, there's knife work here needs doing." and then they jump off, he readies his scythe like he's going to attack. But if the pirates were on his team, why would he attack the three of them?
Answer: He sees that the three who jump ashore are NOT Corsairs as he expected, but a Ranger (evidenced by Aragorn's clothing and weapons), a Dwarf and an Elf. All of these are enemies of Sauron and the Orcs, so the Orcs' instinct would be to attack them on sight. At this point the commander has not realized that if those three were on board, then the rest of the fleet probably is not Corsairs either...
Question: When Gandalf is talking with Saruman about the Palantir in Isengard, Gandalf says, "They are not all accounted for, the lost Seeing-Stones. We don't know who else could be watching." What is a Seeing-Stone? I don't think it's the Palantir.
Answer: In short, yes it is. The word "PalantÃr" itself means "Far sight", and the stones were used to witness events and communicate over long distances.
Question: In some episodes, they talk about some David Jones. Can anyone tell me who is he?
Answer: I believe you mean Davy Jones as in Davy Jones' Locker. The flying dutchman character frequently uses the reference being that its a common phrase associated with pirates. This site explains some of the origins and meanings of the phrase, Davy Jones' Locker.
Question: Why does Kenny only die occasionally in the later seasons, not in every episode?
Answer: Because Trey Parker and Matt Stone got bored with having to find new ways of killing Kenny each episode. Originally they wrote him out completely by killing him in "Kenny Dies" but they decided to bring him back but without having to kill him each episode.
Question: I never really understood the point of injecting the needle into your heart if you come into contact with the chemical. Doesn't the chemical eat away at your skin? If so, does the injection somehow instantly stop the gas from eating away at your skin? Or did I just imagine the whole thing about it eating your skin?
Answer: The whole inject-it-into-your-heart thing is crap. Atropine is like super-adrenalin. It sends you into overdrive, forcing your body to stay alive despite the nerve gas. It is normally injected into the buttock. Injecting it directly into your heart would probably kill you faster than the nerve gas, assuming you could even get it into your own heart.
Question: Does anybody know any information about the - I think it is a scar - on Dr. Evil's face. How did he get it / what happened? Or is this never explained?
Chosen answer: There is never an explanation given for the scar. I assume it is meant to be the same scar as belonged to Blofeld (the head of SPECTRE) from You Only Live Twice, and played by Donald Pleasence. Dr. Evil is essentially a parody of Blofeld.
Question: When Sydney and the President are having dinner alone at Sydney's place (I think) around Christmastime, there is a beautiful song playing softly in the background. It is being sung by what sounds like two or three sopranos. Does anyone know the name of this song and its composer?
Answer: The aria is "Viens, Mallika" from "Lakmé", composed by Léo Delibes.
Question: Why did Senator Organa want to wipe away C-3PO's memory? Was it to further ensure that Luke and Leia's existence would be kept a secret?
Chosen answer: I would say it was mostly done to fill a plot hole with the original Star Wars. If his memory wasn't erased then C3PO would have recognized Owen Lars and Aunt Beru in the original Star Wars. Plot-wise, I'm sure the justification is safety.
Question: I'm having trouble working Ted and Mort's confrontation at the gas station into the narrative. Throughout the scene, Ted acts as if he knows all the events that have afflicted Mort vis-a-vis Shooter (he reacts to the dead dog, he says "I admit that most of what has been happening is my fault," etc.). But then it turns out that it was all Mort's doing, that John Shooter didn't exist, and that Ted had absolutely nothing to do with it. The scene, therefore, is decidedly strange. It is not in Mort's imagination, as in a later scene Ted still has an aching hand from punching the car. Anybody have an idea?
Answer: The director explains this scene in the commentary on the DVD. Ted is talking about Amy and the messy divorce and thinks Mort is talking about Amy as well. Mort is talking about Shooter. Ted doesn't understand why Mort mentions his dead dog. But other than looking away puzzled he doesn't address that issue. It's also why Ted gets angry when Mort says "your filthy friend" - Ted thought Mort was talking about Amy.
Death Lives - S3-E6
Question: This may sound a bit stupid, but why do a all the animals start making noise when Death walks into the pet store?
Answer: This references the concept that animals are more tuned in to see supernatural things (ghosts, demons, and apparently Death). In many movies, you see animals acting strange when something supernatural is about to occur.
Question: If Minnie Driver sang "Learn to be Lovely" and came out with an album this year, why don't they use her singing voice in the movie?
Answer: Because her voice is ill-equipped for the vocal demands of Carlotta's role.
