Answer: I'd say probably not.
Question: In the scene where Schindler has just seen the body of the girl in the red coat, and is now talking to Stern about the fates of the workers, it seemed to me that Schindler's eyes were brown and not black and white. It might be just me seeing things, but I thought it might be something symbolic, that his eyes have truly been opened. Does anyone know if this is right or if the eyes are colorless?
Answer: His eyes are colorless.
Question: In theaters, some film reels have subtitles for the scene where Elrond gives Anduril to Aragorn and they say a couple elvish lines - "Onen i-Estel Edain. U-chebin estel anim." - and other film reels do not have subtitles for the elvish. I am wondering what the reason for this would be.
Answer: I encountered this when I saw FOTR the first time in theaters. What happened is that the projector was aimed down too far on the screeen, effectively cutting off the subtitles. They are there on all of the prints, but due to bad projector setup in some theaters, many people didn't get to see these.
Question: What was Tobey Maguire's full process to get Spider-man's body? What was his body and fighting training and food diets? Is there any website where they have it in full writing?
Answer: The following is taken directly from People Magazine May 27, 2002: WORKOUT: Maguire exercised for at least 3.5 hours, six days a week, with his regimen varying "depending on how sore he felt," says Joujon-Roche. Mornings were spent improving his flexibility with yoga and splits, along with building strength through abdominal and lower-body exercises on an oversize ball. "We would just work on each body part until we killed it," Joujon-Roche says. "Then the next day we'd go to another and kill that one." Afternoons were devoted to cardiovascular activities like martial arts and cycling, to burn fat, plus gymnastics. "Tobey did his own flips with that Spider-Man hood on," says Joujon-Roche. "We gave him self-assuredness." DIET: For breakfast Joujon-Roche made the actor, a vegetarian, a "high-protein shake that included nuts, essential oils and vitamins." Lunch, he says, was often "marinated tofu with broccoli and walnuts and dinner a big veggie burger with brown rice." The menu varied with Maguire's output. "If his workout was pure weights," says Joujon-Roche, "he needed protein. If he did cardio, he'd have a shake of all carbs."
Question: Who's that Jamaican looking guy who stands by the fridge and does a little dance when Lois and Meg are talking about rigging the Homecoming Queen contest?
Answer: I believe that was Milli of the once famous Milli-Vanilli. His act broke up when it was discovered that he and Vanilli were lip synching to someone else's songs.
Question: Does anybody know why the actress Anita Barone was replaced by Jane Sibbett as Carol Willick after episode 1.1? I know this kind of thing happens all the time, but I wondered if there was a particular reason.
Answer: From tvtome.com: Anita Barone had auditioned for one of the three female leads in the show, but didn't get the part. The producers then offered her the recurring role of Carol. However, after only one episode as Carol, Barone decided that she was looking for a more full-time role and left to look for other opportunities, being replaced by Jane Sibbett beginning in episode 9.
Question: Is there a particular reason why they decided to get rid of Scorpinock and Terrasaur?
Chosen answer: Terrorsaur was probably removed because his character was far overshadowed by Tarantulas. Both characters were treacherous and backstabbing towards Megatron, but it wouldn't have made sense to have two characters who served the same purpose, story-wise. Scorponok was removed because they wanted to introduce Quickstrike, and it wouldn't have made sense to have two scorpion characters on the show.
Question: What is said between Upham and Steamboat Willie right before Willie gets shot? It's all in German and a very dramatic scene, one of my favorites. All I have is VHS and I can't find a complete script on the web.
Answer: Upham surprises the group of Germans, yelling at them to put their hands up and their weapons down. Willie says, "I know this soldier. I know this man." Upham says, "And shut your trap." Willie says, "Up-ham," and Upham shoots him.
Question: Specific answer needed, not a general "dialogue is sometimes re-recorded". Near the start of this episode, Buffy's talking to Giles about the significance of the earthquake. Buffy's dialogue sounds completely normal and recorded at the time, but all of Giles' dialogue is dubbed. I can only think he had a sore throat that day or similar, but does anyone know the specific reason he did his later?
Chosen answer: He had larangitis and because of the shooting specifications they had to have him shoot the scene with a bad throat, they then re-recorded his lines and dubbed them. At various points during the scene and indeed the episode you can see him touch his throat or rub it.
Question: In the final trailer and on the UK DVD menu there is a shot of Neo putting his glasses on and it going to 'Matrix view'. Does anyone know why this shot was cut from the film,it's cool. The background looks like the 'Burly Brawl' location. Could it have been at the beginning of that? Any knowledge of this out there?
Answer: This was made just for the trailers. The same part (without the Matrix code) can be seen when Smith says "suprised to see me?" to which Neo replies "No." and puts on his sunglasses before the Burly Brawl.
Question: We Know Brian is old (he says in one episode his Cadillac is his pension), how come he has no wrinkles on his face? I wouldn't think Brian has facials.
Answer: I always took that line about the Cadillac being his pension meant that its something he's going to enjoy when he retires. Otherwise, wouldn't he have said, "my pension paid for that" or something. And apart from that, Brian is played by a much younger Peter Kay, who probably decided that putting on lots of fancy age make-up would be both expensive, and unneccessary for a cheaply made sitcom.
Question: When Jules is first talking to Jess about joining the team and the guys are mocking them, what does Jules mean when she shakes her hand? Does it mean anything?
Answer: It's an English thing. The term "wanker," used a couple of times in the film, is an insult, usually to a guy, meaning that he masturbates (presumably because he isn't actually having sex at all). What Jules does is the hand signal meaning "wanker," and you can see why if you look at exactly how she's waving...
Question: Were there any alternative scenarios created for this film, in which someone other than Mr. Orange is the cop?
Answer: To the best of anyone's knowledge, the only scenario ever created was that Mr. Orange was the cop.
Question: What is the song playing when Carter pulls up at the cafe before Terry gets splattered? Where can I download an mp3?
Answer: It's called 'Into the Void' by Nine Inch Nails.
Question: I know they never really make this clear in the movie, but if anyone has heard an interview from Ridley Scott as to about how far in the future this movie takes place,I'd love to know.
Question: Seconds before Satine makes her entrance on the trapeze singing 'Diamonds...' Toulouse whispers something to Christian. It starts with 'Christian, we've successfully...' what else does Toulouse say?
Answer: Toulouse says to Christian, "Mission accomplished. We have successfully evaded Zidler."
Question: What happens to the guy in the yellow shirt, who hits Leatherface in the face with the wrench? The main character leaves with the guy in the truck but the yellow shirt guy doesn't. And we don't see him get killed, it just goes to Leatherface doing his dance. Are we supposed to assume that he dies?
Answer: The yellow shirt guy keeps running off screen while the main character jumps into the back of the truck. Since Leatherface's attention was solely on her, it's assumed the guy survives seeing as no one left in the Family is in pursuit.
Question: After Heath ledger jousted with Prince Edward, he tells Jocelyn that flowers are useless. He suddenly gets very agitated, saying she is a silly girl. Why did he act this way? It seemed out of sync with everything else, and I was wondering if there is a deleted scene that might explain this.
Answer: The reason he is so agitated has to do with the manner in which he won the tournament. If you'll recall, William states, "I'll not be champion until I beat Adamar." Adamar had forefeited beforehand, (not wanting to joust against royalty) therefore not giving William a true victory. After his half won victory, Jocelyn's (Shannon Sossamon's character) inane chatter just rubbed him the wrong way. It had nothing to do with what she was saying...if anyone had spoken to him he would have reacted in the same way.
Question: Is the "Sixteen Months Later" in with the current timeline (2000) and the "Sixteen Months Earlier" sometime in 1999? Because if "Sixteen Months Earlier" was sometime in 2000, then "Sixteen Months Later" would be in 2001. If you're a true X-Files fan, you'll know that in 2001, Mulder was missing and Scully was pregnant. So that would be a MAJOR plot hole.
Answer: As it says in the season seven mistakes, it would be a plot hole either way.

Answer: Not sure if QT assigned the names in any particular order, but I believe that the inspiration to use colours as names was taken from the excellent movie "The Taking of Pelham 123" starring Walter Mathau.
