Continuity mistake: In the first shot as the engine and squad roll up to the winery fire, the entire trailer with the wood barrels is engulfed in flames with huge plumes of black smoke, but when it cuts to the next shot the trailer and barrels are fine, and there's only a very small fire burning on the ground while Marco pulls the hose off the engine, before the explosion.

Continuity mistake: When the squad and engine roll up on scene at the winery fire, there are wood barrels at the back of the burning trailer, and in consecutive shots the short barrel at the back left corner suddenly appears out of nowhere, then disappears, and then it reappears again.

I'll Fix It - S4-E2
Continuity mistake: While Roy and Johnny are under the house with the oil eruption trying to free the trapped man, they get covered in black oil and mud even though they're wearing turnout coats. It drips down their necks and their pants are soaked with it. When they get to Rampart with the victim, Roy says that he and John should get washed up, but when they talk to Dixie they haven't just washed up, their clothes are now impossibly spotless.

Continuity mistake: While Roy and Johnny are working on the guy who fell from the horse, since Roy's hands are busy he has the IV line dangling from his mouth before setting up the patient's IV, and in wide shots the cannula is dangling at the left side of his mouth, but in closeups the IV line and cannula have switched sides.

Visible crew/equipment: While Roy and John are on scene with the "car over cliff" Johnny heads down to the car too quickly, and when he ends up falling his mic transmitter and cable slip out from their hidden area, and become visible on the front of his shirt.

Continuity mistake: When Old Bill is wheeled into treatment 3, there's a pillow under his head and the gurney he's lying on has grey trim, horizontal bars under the bed and flat steel plates over the wheels, but when it cuts to inside treatment 3 as he's brought in, the pillow has vanished and the entire style of the gurney he's lying on is completely different.

Continuity mistake: When Station 51 is dispatched to the 'stove fire' it's nighttime, but when they roll up to the apartment complex it's still daylight.

Visible crew/equipment: When Benjamin and the kids are in the car driving to their new house, followed by the moving truck, in the interior close-up of Benjamin the vehicle's reflection is visible in the windows across the street, and we can see the production equipment attached to the vehicle's windshield area.

Continuity mistake: When Rosie hands Benjamin the listing for the Rosemoor property, the house in the listing's photo is not the house on the property, it's entirely different.

Continuity mistake: When Benjamin and Rosie are in the car with the realtor, Benjamin's holding the report with the residential listings, and at the top of all the listings the dates read Mon, Jan 3, 2011, though it's 2010 that the movie takes place.

Continuity mistake: After Benjamin and Rosie pick what to keep and what to give away, it cuts to the shot of their car driving up the street followed by the moving truck, and the driver is wearing a white shirt, but in the closeup Benjamin is wearing a dark shirt.

Continuity mistake: When MacCready is throwing darts at photo of Walter Ferris, he gets one right on the mouth, but then it's gone and there are only 4 darts, then cut to the side shot and there are many more darts all over the photo.

Continuity mistake: When Diane is driving the station wagon with her father at the start and later after her father's physical exam, in the exterior shots facing the two of them the rear-view mirror vanishes.

Continuity mistake: While the fire alarm is blaring, when Harry Potter Sr. Is speaking to Peter Dickinson near the stairs, note the logo on Harry's lopsided hat keeps moving between facing his left side and facing his right.

Continuity mistake: Torok the Troll wears a magic silver ring which allows him to appear in the form of Wendy Potter. However after Wendy's mother tells her about the orange juice, when Wendy touches the cold bottle of milk in the fridge she grabs her arm in pain and we can see both of her hands, and she's not wearing that magic ring.

Revealing mistake: When Engine 8 rolls up on scene at the warehouse fire, as it passes the camera in the overhead shot we can see the real company number 60 printed on the surface between the jumpseats.

Other mistake: At the chemical plant, when Captain Stanley gets to the roof and realizes they have to shut off the main valve, over the HT he says, "Engine 8, HT 51, shut off the power..., Engine 15 supply Truck 8...," but the weird subtitles read, "Engine 80, Team 51, shut off the power..., Engine 15, Supply Truck 80..." Then a bit later Captain Stanley tells Mike over the HT, "Engine 51, HT 51, charge the line," but the subtitles read, "Engine 51, Team 51, start your line." Then as soon as Mike charges the line, Captain Stanley tells Roy and Chet, "Okay, full fog, full fog...," but again the weird subtitles read, "Okay, hold strong, hold strong."

Continuity mistake: At the nurses' station, after Roy tells Brice that Brightweiser will be okay the two of them walk to receiving carrying their gear, with Roy holding the Biophone and defibrillator, but as they head through the doors both the Biophone and defibrillator have each turned around in Roy's hands, and now face the opposite way.

Other mistake: While Roy is showing Brice the squad, after Brice annoyingly locks Squad 51's side bay door, he asks, "How about the OB box?" but the subtitles read, "How about the OV box?" Then a minute later Brice says, "Let's look at the OB box," and again the subtitles read "OV box." The OB box is obstetrics supplies, and OV box doesn't exist. Continuity mistake: After Roy shows Brice the drug box, Roy places it back into the squad's side bay in the closeup, but in the wide shot Roy's still holding the drug box while Brice acts like his annoying self.
