Visible crew/equipment: During the 'five years later' scenes, Chester, Jim, and two others arrive at the inn, and when Chester begins his tale of moving to Marina del Rey, we can see boom mic movement at the top of the screen, then as Jim mentions their houseboat being a few slips down from Robert Goulet, the boom mic dips way down into view, over Chester.

Continuity mistake: After Phil eats the "horse" egg at Moe's he asks to be taken to the hospital, and when it cuts back to Homer at the power plant, the direction of the stripes on Homer's tie switch to the opposite direction, mid shot. The same thing occurs again later. First, when Homer is standing outside the office while Fred talks to Burns about the benefits package, and also when Homer can't stay for Marge's turkey breakfast. Continuity mistake: While Homer, Carl, and Lenny are at Moe's with their new bud Fred, in the interior shots the swinging front door to Moe's swings open on the left side, but in the exterior shot when they all leave Moe's, that door still swings open on the left side, opposite to the interior shots. Flux: Chapter One - The Halloween Apocalypse - S13-E1
Continuity mistake: At the very start, when Yaz says, "Oh yeah, we are totally in command," just as it begins to zoom out, the handcuff around Yaz's right wrist has the double bar facing out and her left wrist has the single bar facing out, but in following shots both handcuffs are facing the same way. Similarly, this occurs with the Doctor's handcuffs around both wrists, when the Doctor keeps trying the voice recognition. (00:00:10)

Continuity mistake: After the Robert Redford clip, when it cuts to the Griffins walking toward Doug's house, in this exterior shot (and a previous exterior shot) the front door is located between one window and the garage, but in the following interior shots there's a window on both the left and right side of the front door. Visible crew/equipment: After Rockford's lunch with Bannister at the club, Rockford goes to find Charlie at the house and instead he is surprised by Sgt. Garvey's presence. When Garvey tells Rockford that Charlie's gone, in the next shot facing Rockford (and also a following shot) the boom mic is moving around in the bottom right corner of the screen. (00:39:50)

Visible crew/equipment: Near the end, when John-Boy thinks he may know where AJ has gone he gets into the vehicle with Martin Walters, then as Todd starts driving away the reflection of a reflector screen becomes visible on the rear window, and it looks like the reflection of the boom operator's raised arm is visible as well. As Rockford closes the third drawer a folded brown cloth (scarf perhaps) gets caught at the top, but after he completes his search of the rest of the drawers, that third drawer is closed properly. First, she's wearing white gloves, but in one shot both of her hands are bare on the steering wheel. Second, Lois is wearing a green coat and white scarf around her neck, but in the shot facing the town's tree through the windshield, her scarf/collar is red (her Santa hat has a red narrow tip with a white pom-pom).

Also, the plate of cookies that are on the arm of the couch seem to vanish as well.

Continuity mistake: When Lois asks Brian to put on his sweater the rabbit ears antenna is atop the TV, but when Lois asks Peter to "please" get the tree, the TV antenna has vanished then it reappears, and the rug isn't where it should be then it too reappears properly.
