When Mikey turns the card over it's the 1973 Topps Lou Gehrig All-Time Grand Slam Leader #472 (which has nine players' grand slam stats listed on the back of the card, that includes Hank Aaron who started playing MLB in 1954). The problem is Copperpot was reported as missing in 1935, but this specific Topps baseball card (now well known) was issued in 1973, nearly 40 years after Copperpot's death via the pirate booby trap. Revealing mistake: Near the end when Ace gets into his Cadillac, in the first shot facing the front of the car, there is a protective glass in front of Ace (the same width as the windshield) with the dashboard in between that glass and the windshield. Note the vertical edge of the glass is visible at the right side, and the rearview mirror's sticker on the windshield casts a shadow onto the second glass. During the stunt, the flames on the dashboard are between the glass shield and the windshield, keeping the actor safe from harm. (02:46:05)

Continuity mistake: When Luke fixes Lorelai's shoe, he squeezes glue onto the broken heel and places the glue bottle down on the seat to his left, then he holds the heel to the shoe with both hands, but in the next shot that glue bottle is suddenly back in Luke's hand while he's still holding the heel to the shoe. Continuity mistake: When the Wolf jumps into the lion's mouth at the zoo, one of the stripes on McPoodle's sleeve changes color and then reverts back. Also note, the stripes on Sergeant McPoodle's uniform sleeves repeatedly change between pointing down and pointing up (despite the reveal in the cartoon's last shot, all stripes should be identical).
