Visible crew/equipment: After Apollodorus tells Cleopatra the disturbing news from the city, of the frightened people and hundreds of notices, when Cleopatra adds, "Signed by Octavian...promising the Egyptian people peace," the overhead boom mic casts a shadow that moves up on the wall, at the upper right side of the screen. Continuity mistake: While April is in Shredder's lair taking photos, when the cat shows up, it has a tail with a white tip and a white underbelly. However, when Irma shows April's photographs to the Turtles, the cat in the photos has a solid tail, though the cat's white underbelly is shown properly.

Continuity mistake: At the end, when Dianne's "taxi" shows up, Scott and Dianne go for a drive in Scott's car. The rearview mirror is gone in their close-ups, but it's back in its proper place mounted between the windshields in wide shots. (01:35:35)

Continuity mistake: While the four parents are atop Adam's chest of drawers, the red Britannica Junior Encyclopædia behind Adam's Sharkruiser has its spine facing out, and we see its volume 16. However, when Wayne, Gordon, Diane, and Patty are seated inside the Sharkruiser and begin to take off down the track, the Britannica behind them is now volume 20. (00:30:20 - 00:32:15)

Revealing mistake: While Wayne, Diane, Patty, and Gordon are in the laundry basket, Adam and Mitch carry that basket upstairs. When Mitch says, "I bet my parents wish I didn't have a medical problem," the camera turns to follow the boys as they walk up the stairs, and the left wall (with striped wallpaper) of the staircase is missing to accommodate the camera filming from that angle. It's visible again when Mitch says, "And I feel fine." (00:35:35)

Visible crew/equipment: After Holly comes over with the CDs, sour cream, and bubble machine, Jenny then shuts the front door. When Jenny walks toward the camera, just as this shot begins to transition into the next shot, we can see the green T-mark taped to the floor, and a bit of the red T-mark as well, where the two girls stood a moment before. Continuity mistake: When Dianne and Scott (as Tom, the water-ski instructor) head out on the second water skiing session, in the long shots of the boat, its windshield's center walk-through is open, but in the close-ups of Scott, the windshield's center walk-through is closed, then it continues to go back and forth. Continuity mistake: In Adam's room, the yellow Hot Wheels track with the parked Sharkruiser, that is set atop Adam's chest of drawers, repeatedly alternates between having an extended track that continues to run under the books, or having an open track end in front of the book that lies flat on the chest surface. Other mistake: Sid the Vampire Slayer: While Sid stands in front of the mirror and points his rubber sword at Arnold and Stinky, the two ghoulish vampires, Arnold asks him, "How can we be vampires if we have reflections?" So when Sid is aware of his mistake, Arnold's eyes disappear and reappear in his reflection mid-shot.

Continuity mistake: While Scott and Tom are working on the boat's engine, and then while Dianne is with Scott, there's a boat near them with registration number "F 0258 ML" at its side. Revealing mistake: After Bartlett Finchley escapes from the menacing electric razor, his car confronts him outside. When Finchley's car chases after him, there's nothing attached to the Lagonda, but when the car slams through the wood fence and into the wall of boxes, there's a full grille guard mounted to its front. Then the grille guard promptly vanishes. (00:20:30)

Visible crew/equipment: As the villagers are running away from Kong, when the mother rescues the young child, in the next shot look to the back right side of the screen. Visible crew/equipment: Near the end, when Rockford is at Elber's boat slip Susan drives up and parks. Then, just as Rockford walks over to Susan's car, note that on Rockford's car we can see the reflection of the boom operator (wearing a red jacket) on the surface near the driver's door, and the reflection of the moving boom pole/microphone on the roof (not the reflection of the stationary telephone pole). Continuity mistake: At the end, when Teddy and his friends get the directions to the Wizard's fortress, Prince Arin's hair is bright yellow as he shakes Wooly's hand. In the next shot it's back to his normal orange hair.

Visible crew/equipment: As the men talk in the cave, the boom mic is plainly visible.
Revealing mistake: In the wide shot, when an unconscious Elizabeth reaches the water's bottom, the body is a mannequin that has been weighted down in the middle. The white mannequin head can be seen as the body meets the bottom. (00:15:55)
