Continuity mistake: In the scene where Trout's gang burns the school and kills Sam, there is a part where Katherine runs into the sheriff's office then exits. A few seconds later, Katherine runs by a shop on which the name is reversed. Very obvious. (00:51:40)

Continuity mistake: Right after Marv loses his shoes on the tar covered stairs he goes back outside to go in the window. When he's running in the snow you can see that he is wearing little pink booties so his feet don't get cold. When he is getting into the police car at the end, you see a short shot of his feet when he's almost in and you can clearly see he has black boots back on.

Visible crew/equipment: When Verbal drops the Zippo lighter in the police office, Chazz Palminteri leans down to pick it up. When he leans down out of frame, there are 2 "C-stands" visible in the background. These shiny, adjustable stands are general-purpose utility holders on a movie set, used to position lights and light control material for a setup (i.e. flags, scrims, diffusion, etc).

Continuity mistake: After Maax gives the eye ring to his priest minion, in the following shots, Dar and Ruh are walking in the woods. Dar's sword strap hangs crossbody from his right shoulder, and his bag strap also hangs down from his right shoulder. When Ruh finds the water, in Dar's close-up as he says, "Ahead," there are no straps hanging from Dar's shoulders, but then both straps reappear on his right shoulder. (00:52:45)

Other mistake: There are quite a few shots where the black fur color is faded on different areas of Ruh's body, and we can see the real color of the animal, particularly on Ruh's legs and face. Ruh was played by a few striped tigers that were dyed black with hair dye. Additionally, Kodo's and Podo's coloring and facial markings noticeably change in many close-ups. Numerous ferrets were used to play Dar's "cunning" adorable helpers.

Character mistake: When John-Boy reads the nursery rhyme "Simple Simon" to his nephew, John-Boy points to the colorful illustrations in this book and tells John Curtis, "See, that's Simple Simon, he's a bear." This is incorrect. In the illustrations, Simple Simon is a donkey, and it's the pieman who is a bear (he's wearing a chef's hat and apron). (00:40:50)

Then as Winthorpe begins to walk toward his office, there are quite a few actors' tape marks of different color and type visible on the floor; at first a few red and black toe box tape marks, then a few T-marks. Continuity mistake: When Maax says, "Ar wants this stranger. Bring him to me, this master of the beasts," he then holds out the eye ring with his right hand in the wide shot, but in the next close-up, the eye ring is being held out with his left hand (differently as well), and he says, "This ring will lead you to him," just as his priest minion takes it from Maax's left hand. Continuity mistake: The watch on Irma's left wrist repeatedly appears or disappears between shots, as well as mid-shot, and it even switches to her right wrist. Two examples: at the subway station, Irma walks toward the Turtles, and her watch switches from her right wrist to her left; when Irma finally meets her "dream man," the "hunky Splinter guy" in the sewer lair, her watch vanishes.

Continuity mistake: Carrigan decides to make Dibs a ghost, so she goes after him with a double-headed axe. Then, when Carrigan slips on the muddy goo, her black pointy toe high heels turn into beige flat rubber-soled shoes, seen in her close-up as her foot lifts up. (01:11:45)

The eye ring is worn on the middle finger of the priest's right hand, but as the priest attempts to hang/strangle Dar, there's a close-up of his hand and the eye ring is now being worn on the priest's ring finger; then it returns to the middle finger. Visible crew/equipment: While Eli is in the handicap-accessible restroom, he's all alone. Then the woman in a wheelchair knocks on the door to use the facility. So when Eli exits, we can see between the door and door jamb, and there's someone inside the restroom standing directly behind the open door (presumably helping to fully open it) as the wheelchair enters. Deliberate mistake: While Tony stands beside his car, the first assassin shoots at him, and when Tony dives into the front seat we see the car's dashboard. After struggling with the second assassin, when Tony crashes into the parked car, in the shot from inside the car, there are two issues: the car has a different style dashboard with no air vents, and the rearview mirror is missing; then it reappears.

Continuity mistake: [This will soon have an episode change from "Pilot" to "show generally"] During the show's opening credits for the entire run of the series, when Tony drives up to the NJ Turnpike toll gate, the lane 7 machine spits out a toll ticket, and Tony reaches for it. It then cuts to a close-up as Tony grabs hold of the toll ticket, but this ticket machine is now different; note all the stickers. The close-up was shot at another lane's ticket machine.

Deliberate mistake: When Spider-Man attempts to rescue Aunt May from Doc Ock, May's umbrella handle latches onto the building's angel sculpture, so the angel is to her right. After Stan Lee's cameo, as May shouts, "Help me!" the watch is on May's right wrist instead of her usual left. When Spider-Man shouts, "I'm coming," next shot of Aunt May shows her hanging from the opposite side of the angel's body. Then Spider-Man shouts, "Hang on," and in the next close-up of Aunt May her watch is on her right wrist again. (00:50:40)

Visible crew/equipment: After Peter storms into Ruth's office angry about the "Foot in Mouth Disease" headline, a short time later, Eli walks in just in time to see Ruth explain that Peter is actually in second place and climbing. When Peter hugs Ruth and compliments her strategy, Eli walks out of the office, and we can see the orange T-mark on the carpet behind him. (00:15:10)
