When Finchley's car chases after him, there's nothing attached to the Lagonda, but when the car slams through the wood fence and into the wall of boxes, there's a full grille guard mounted to its front. Then the grille guard promptly vanishes. (00:20:30)

Revealing mistake: After Scott and Tom switch places, during the drive down to the hotel, in some close-ups there's black tape covering the motorcycle's chrome trim, presumably to prevent camera glare and reflections. (00:06:35 - 00:07:10)

Revealing mistake: During Cactus Jack's first trap failure while he's under Handsome's wagon, Jack loses his cowboy boots and pants. The camera follows the insane stretching suspenders, and when it cuts to Cactus Jack in his red long johns, the black booties for the stunt are visible at his feet/ankles; then next wide shot, that footgear is gone. Additionally, as Cactus Jack gets pulled toward his pants, it appears that he slides past his pants in the long shot, but is successful in the next close-up. (00:33:00)

Revealing mistake: After Tony's unsuccessful meeting with Johnny due to Christopher's inability to keep his mouth shut, while Tony and Chris are driving past stores, we can see the reflections of the filming equipment attached to the roof of their vehicle.

Revealing mistake: At the Tower of the Serpent, after Conan and Subotai steal the Eye of the Serpent and also kill Doom's giant pet snake, Conan and Subotai make their escape; and when Valeria grabs the rope for her own escape, we can see the stunt cable used to lift her (I'm providing my own screenshots for my mistake). Revealing mistake: When Sky One is launched, Peter replies, "Airborne, position 0-2-0 red," and in the following exterior close-up of Sky One, the four dark wires holding the aircraft are too obvious in this particular close-up. (00:31:10)

Revealing mistake: During the airport scene, after Tony tells Wanda that she hurt Vision's feelings, Tony and Hawkeye have their own banter moment. Then, when Hawkeye says, "Made you look," the next shot as the car is falling, Hawkeye is reversed; note his arm guard. (01:32:15)

Revealing mistake: When Doris the TV repairwoman exclaims, "You crazy? You fed a baby chili?," it then cuts to a closeup of Megan, and this closeup is a flipped shot; everything is backwards. (00:35:25)

Revealing mistake: While Suit is in a coma, there's a closeup of the monitor beside his bed showing Suit's vitals, and at the top of the monitor's screen are the words "adult simulating," with the timed "simulating" flashing off and on. There's also a strip of narrow filament tape covering "simulating," but the tape is transparent, so we can still see it flashing. (01:17:25)

Revealing mistake: During some scenes, straw-stuffed Scarecrow's pant legs and his boots would sometimes have a gap that reveals the skin of Ray Bolger's leg. Two examples are, at Emerald City when Scarecrow places Lion's "cape" on him, and also when Dorothy and her friends are told the Wizard says to go away. (01:05:50 - 01:07:25)
