Continuity mistake: While Rockford is in the Mayfair bathroom he deliberately spills soap on the floor, and when he places his hand in his pocket to remove the roll of coins the closeup is a flipped shot. Note the direction of the buttons. (00:46:55)

Double Date - S3-E1
Visible crew/equipment: At the start, while Mr. Roper is in the kitchen the faucet sprays water and the doorbell rings. Note the cabinets and wall behind him. When Roper walks out of the kitchen, as the swing door is open we can see the kitchen, and the upper cabinets are split apart with the wall missing, so the area behind the kitchen set is visible. Continuity mistake: After Lisa paces around the school hallway practising how to ask Mr. Bergstrom over for dinner, when she opens the classroom door there's a backplate behind the doorknob and a lower panel under the window, but when she sees Miss Hoover and gasps, the backplate and lower panel have both disappeared. Continuity mistake: When Miss Hoover returns to class she writes "psychosomatic" on the blackboard, but when Lisa runs out of class the word has vanished from the board. (00:13:55)

Visible crew/equipment: While Sam is defending Darrin during the trial, just as she mentions their absurd belief that if someone speaks differently it's a sign of witchery, the white chalk T-mark is visible on the floor under the desk, where Phineas is sitting. It was not there in previous shots. (00:19:25)

Continuity mistake: When Homer shows up to the Bouvier home the night of the prom, Selma and Patty open the door and it opens outward, but in the following shots the door has been opened inward. (00:16:10)

Other mistake: While Homer is in Lisa's bedroom trying to make things right with her, there are three pictures taped to Lisa's mirror. After Homer tells her the music may help, in the next shot Homer walks over to stand behind Lisa. Those pictures taped to Lisa's mirror are weirdly behind Homer's reflection, as if the pictures are taped to the wall behind Homer. Three shots later, when Homer tells Lisa he can fix the dollhouse, his reflection is accurate in relation to those three pictures taped to the mirror. (00:19:20)

Continuity mistake: After Homer's emotional outburst about the lack of bananas, when it cuts to the exterior shot of the Lovejoy house the doorknob is on the right side of The Front door, but when Reverend Lovejoy kicks Bart out of his house, the doorknob is on the opposite side. Later, when Jessica twirls the baton, the doorknob is on the right side again. (00:08:00)

Visible crew/equipment: After Rockford shares his woes about the garbage disposal with Alec Morris, just as Rockford says, "Come on over, you can kibitz while I try to fix this thing," the bouncing microphone becomes visible at the bottom left side of the screen, behind the glass bowl. (00:04:40)

Continuity mistake: When Rockford and Len dig up the box in the chicken shed Jolene is the one who retrieves it. In the two closeups, as Jolene lifts the box and then as she removes the contents her nail polish changes and her ring/bracelet vanish. (00:46:20)

Continuity mistake: After Rockford gives Dexter's secretary, Miss Adams, his last lit cigarette for her collection, when it cuts to Rockford driving up to the apartments, his front license plate number is "835-OKG" but it's "853-OKG" on the back license plate. (00:06:00)

Continuity mistake: While Rockford is kept waiting at Tallman's office he expresses his frustration to the secretary, Betty, and when she puts her eyeglasses back on in the closeup her left hand is empty, but in the next shot a pencil has suddenly appeared in her raised hand. (00:35:00)

Continuity mistake: The front and back license plate numbers on Rockford's car are different. The front plate number is "835-OKG" but the rear plate number is "853-OKG" and it's particularly noticeable when Rockford eludes his tail at the tunnel. (00:29:30)

Visible crew/equipment: After Rockford comes up with the plan regarding the power of attorney and mineral rights, when it cuts to the trailer just as Rockford walks out of his bedroom carrying his garment bag, as the camera pans from right to left we can see the boom pole and mic hovering near the bottom left side of the screen. The entire microphone is visible at lower left corner beside the envelopes when Becker says, "Mineral rights," and slaps that envelope down. (00:16:25)

Visible crew/equipment: While Rockford is driving with his father in the pickup Hammel's goon goes after Rocky again, and when they get to the docks Rockford shows Becker the window that was shot out. When Becker tells Rocky where to park the pickup, the shadow of the boom pole and mic is visible on the truck bed cover as Rocky drives off. (00:39:10)
