Then when Oliver stands up and announces that Lilly has the two tickets, suddenly the apple has changed trays and the juice box and milk carton are lying flat.

Continuity mistake: After President Whitmore comments to General Grey that the pilots look young and nervous, when Major Mitchell speaks into the mic and asks for all flight crews to report to their designated areas, the President climbs up onto the truck behind Mitchell. Next shot though, he is only just now walking toward the truck and then climbs up. (01:55:10)

Visible crew/equipment: After Russell shows up in the FA/18 with the last missile, when President Whitmore says, "We'll draw them off and it'll be all yours," the set's multiple light tower is reflected on the President's helmet visor.

Continuity mistake: Just before President Whitmore gives his rousing speech, when Major Mitchell is talking into the mic, asking for all flight crews to report to their designated areas, the camouflage pattern on his uniform is entirely different from the uniform he wears in the previous and following scenes that he appears in. Continuity mistake: When the doctor brings the soup to Cheryl Cunningham, who is being held prisoner in the box, (before he unlocks it) in the shot from inside the box there is a spoon handle sticking out of the bowl, but next close-up the spoon is gone. (01:02:50)

Continuity mistake: In the car, as Mulder hands Agent Bannan's badge to Father Joe, its photo is to the left with the clasp, but as Father Joe takes it from Mulder in the close-up the photo and clasp are on the right (before he turns it). (00:20:45)

Continuity mistake: When Sculley stands at the doorway telling Mulder that the FBI wants his help, the top book beside her has its spine facing her, but in the close-up when she says, "Someone's come forward," the book faces the opposite way. (00:08:10)

Continuity mistake: When the FBI are searching the office, Dacyshyn walks out, sees Mulder, drops the donor bag and runs with Mulder and Agent Whitney in pursuit. The donor bag is rear-facing when he drops it, but in the close-up it's front-facing to show the words "human organ for transplant", and its straps positions also change between all shots. Continuity mistake: When Mulder stops cutting out the newspaper article, he grabs the paper with his right hand and turns toward Scully, but next shot it's in his left hand and the paper with its partially cut headline differs as well. (01:35:40)

Continuity mistake: When Mulder cuts out the article about "Dr. Frankenstein", the cut is just above the article title, but when he tacks up the article it includes the heading of the 'Times Dispatch'. Then in its close-up the paper is cut just above the article title again and it continues to go back and forth in following shots. (01:37:20)

Continuity mistake: When Dacyshyn drags Mulder by his legs and brings him to the shed, he goes past the tree stump with an axe embedded in it, but in the close-up of Mulder's torso there is some debris on the tree stump and the axe has disappeared, then the axe reappears still embedded in the wood. Continuity mistake: As Mulder's car hits Dacyshyn's truck, the front left side of the car and its headlight sustain significant damage, but when the truck's snow plow pushes the car all that damage is gone and the headlight is fixed. (01:18:45)

Visible crew/equipment: After arriving at Lava Springs, when Sharpay signs her initials on the last two fliers in the wideshot, the reflection of the camera and crewmember are reflected on the surface of the Star Dazzle trophy, right beside Ryan's (blue shirt) reflection on its right. (00:11:45)

Continuity mistake: Having just arrived at Lava Springs, when Sharpay is about to initialize the first flier, Ryan takes another with his left hand as he holds the sunglasses in his right hand. In the close-up, as Sharpay signs her initials Ryan hands her another flier with his right hand, but in the third shot, Ryan still holds his sunglasses in his right hand as he hands his sister a flier with his left hand again.
