Continuity mistake: When Ed and Shaun use Pete's car, the rearview mirror changes its characteristics between shots. Things such as being large with perfect 90° angles to being smaller and having curvier edges or being attached to the black unit on the car ceiling to being attached to the windshield. Continuity mistake: When Shaun climbs up to Liz's apartment, there is a large handbag that hangs on the back of chair beside the window, but it is gone in the next close-up. (00:48:50)
Audio problem: When they're standing on the breaking ice, as Peter points his sword at Maugrim, Susan shouts, "Look, just because some man in a red coat hands you a sword doesn't make you a hero. Just drop it." In the very next shot (we still see Susan's profile, despite the side shot), Susan's lips/jaw are moving, but nothing is heard, which occurs just as Peter quickly glances at her and we also hear Beaver shout, "No, Peter!" Continuity mistake: In the study there is a large beige rug, which encompasses most of the room and has furniture on it, that moves farther away from the step up to the doorway as the scenes progress.

Continuity mistake: After Simon gets dressed, when he and Martha go downstairs, in the shot facing them his suit jacket is hardly on and it is very disheveled, just as Simon begins the congratulatory handshakes. In the next side shot, his suit jacket is on quite properly.

Continuity mistake: In the study, when Peter shows Daniel the photos, Daniel places the first photograph (at Regent's Park) on the desk and holds the second. In the close-up of the desk, as Daniel holds the second photo, the photograph on the desk is actually a different photo than what was just placed on the desk. (00:39:50)

Continuity mistake: Prince Henry rides up to the manor to return the horse to the Baroness, and when Marguerite and Jacqueline stumble over themselves to greet the Prince, Marguerite's long hair braid ends up over her head beside her cheek, which she promptly flips to the back of her head. Yet, this braid reappears and disappears repeatedly in the following shots. (00:25:30)

Continuity mistake: When Prince Henry first approaches Leonardo da Vinci and then chases after the thief, the horse he rides on is dark bay in color and has no markings on its face. After he shouts, "Ugly peasant bastard!" in Henry's next close-up he rides a black horse with a white 'L' shape mark between its eyes. (00:20:20)

Continuity mistake: When Bob Conway meets with the High Lama, there is a pillar candle atop a 2 ft tall ornate candle holder, on the table beside the Shangri-La founder. The style of the tall candle holder is actually completely different between the High Lama's side shots and close-up; the height of the wide candle greatly differs as well.

Continuity mistake: After Boo falls asleep, when Sully says, "Hey Mike this might sound strange, but I don't think that kid's dangerous," Mike adjusts the lamp on the desk making the right bulb lower than the left. Next shot, as Mike turns, the right bulb is now higher than the left.

Continuity mistake: At the start, when the simulation is terminated, as Phlegm pulls a jack off his back, the large checkered rug at the foot of the bed is gone. It should be seen on the floor in front of him, in this shot facing the wall as it goes up.

Continuity mistake: When Mr. Tweedy collects the eggs, he adds check marks in Tuesday's column on the list he holds. In Monday's column it reads that chickens 276 and 277 did not lay eggs the day before. However, when the list is submitted at the end of the week, there are check marks in Monday's column for chickens 276 and 277, as if they did lay eggs.
