Eleventh Doctor: Gentlemen, we're ready. [Straightens bow-tie, throws lever on his TARDIS console.] Geronimo! Tenth Doctor: [Theatrically throws lever on his TARDIS console.] Allons-y!
War Doctor: [Works controls on his TARDIS console, disgusted.] Oh, for God's sake! Gallifrey stands!
Clara: Doctor, what's going on? Eleventh Doctor: It's a... Uh... Timey wimey... Thing. The Doctor: "Timey" what? "Timey wimey"? Tenth Doctor: I... I have no idea where he picks that stuff up.
Trivia: This show was so procedurally accurate, that on set there was always a Technical Adviser/Technical Consultant. The Executive Producer gave the TA (who was a real fire fighter/paramedic) the power that if he watched a scene being done, and if it wasn't how LA County would have done it, he was instructed to go to the director and say, "That was done wrong, it was not how we would do it," and then back away to avoid getting into an argument with the director. If the director didn't go back and change the scene, then that director would not be on the show the next week. (From an interview with Randolph Mantooth on The Morning Blend).
Continuity mistake: Just as Gage and DeSoto walk into Rampart's staff lounge, while discussing practical jokes, DeSoto is holding the handy-talkie in his right hand, but in the next shot the handy-talkie has vanished.
Visible crew/equipment: At Rampart, when Gage and DeSoto walk into the staff lounge, where Dixie and Dr. Brackett are seated at the table, there is an actor's T-mark on the floor behind Dixie, where DeSoto stands.
Visible crew/equipment: When Dr. Bracket leaves the treatment room with Jenny, who's being wheeled in the wheelchair, he tells her to see her family doctor just as Dixie exits the door, and the shadow of the moving boom mic is visible on the wall, at the top to the left.
Visible crew/equipment: When Dr. Bracket and Dixie begin to explain to Jenny that she was only hyperventilating, as she sits down in the wheelchair, the actor's tape mark is visible on the floor by the door, just before Dr. Bracket walks over and stands on it.
Visible crew/equipment: When DeSoto calls Gage to where he found the dog, the two actors' tape marks are visible on the floor when Gage sits on his bed.
Continuity mistake: When Dr. Early hands the sousaphone with the bunny to Dr. Brackett, the instrument's mouthpiece faces Dr. Early, but in the next shot the instrument has flipped and the mouthpiece now faces Dr. Brackett.(00:50:50)
Visible crew/equipment: When Dixie tells the ambulance attendants to put the girl with the severed right arm in room five, just as the camera tilts down when the first attendant pulls the gurney, the black tape mark is visible on the floor where he was just standing.
Continuity mistake: At the end, when the Tenth Doctor steps into his TARDIS, there are three sets of cups and saucers on the side of the bench farthest from the TARDIS, and Clara's set in the middle of the bench, but as the TARDIS fades away, there are two sets on each end of the bench.(01:14:10)
Continuity mistake: When the War Doctor kisses Clara goodbye, his tea cup rests on top of the saucer, but when he steps into his TARDIS the cup sits on the bench, beside the saucer.
Continuity mistake: When Clara and the Doctor watch the lights going out, they first stand in front of the chair, but when the Doctor notes that some planes have WiFi, they stand behind the chair. That chair switches from in front of them to behind them another couple of times.(00:25:03)
Continuity mistake: In Neverland, the piece of cake that Rumplestiltskin wishes for changes during this scene, with regard to the amount of chocolate, white cream, etc, and also its position on the wood after Rumple puts it down.(00:16:45)
Continuity mistake: In Neverland, when Rumplestiltskin's father tells him to think of a food, a slice of cake appears in the palm of the boy's hand. When Rumple walks to place the cake down, suddenly there's a round, white doily under the slice, but when he sets the cake on the wood the doily is gone again.(00:16:50)
Visible crew/equipment: During the rescue of the two guys up on the scaffold, when Gage is putting on his pack and harness, an actor's T-mark is visible on the ground, which Captain Stanley promptly stands upon when he asks Gage if he has his handy-talkie.
Continuity mistake: When they are back in the cemetery at the end, the Angel shows up right behind Rory. In the first shot facing Rory, as the camera zooms in on a close-up of the Angel, the Angel's right arm/hand is pointing straight out, and its left open hand is up in a grabbing position. After River asks where the hell it came from, in the Angel's next close-up and all subsequent close-ups, its arm/hand positions are reversed - left hand is pointing straight out and its right hand is up. Yet in every shot of the Doctor, River and Amy together, in the foreground we see the Angel's left hand is up in the grabbing position.(00:37:35)
Visible crew/equipment: When Station 51 arrive at the movie studio, after the car's explosion Captain Stanley tells dispatch to respond another engine, mobile aid unit, and another ambulance. In the next shot from the interior of Engine 51, the cameraman and camera are visible in the passenger side mirror.
Visible crew/equipment: After the cave-in rescue, when Dixie, DeSoto and Gage are in the ER, Gage washes his face and as he comments that he wasn't cut out to be a mole, two tape marks are visible at his feet.
Visible crew/equipment: At Rampart, when Dr. Bracket, DeSoto and Gage are discussing the Hubbards while walking down the hall, two T-marks become visible on the floor behind them when they turn the corner.
