Visible crew/equipment: After Ross and Monica talk about Emily's dream of the perfect wedding and perfect guy (and Monica's pillowcase), when it cuts to Phoebe and Rachel at the apartment we can see a crew member (wearing a blue shirt) at the left side of the screen, before Phoebe mentions that she thought of a good flaw. The One With The 'Cuffs - S4-E3
Continuity mistake: The handcuffs that Joanna uses on Chandler have a single metal bar connected via pivot to a double bar with the lock area. When Joanna first cuffs Chandler, the double bars on both sides face up at his wrists, but when Chandler's on the phone and when Rachel unlocks his right cuff, the handcuffs are going round his wrist the opposite way with the single bars facing up - quite impossible. Then the same thing occurs when Rachel handcuffs Chandler to the filing cabinet.

Continuity mistake: While Major Allison is piloting the X-80, the style/model of the aircraft differs in shots, and two different numbers appear on its body - FC-226 and FE-229, as well as four different tail numbers that appear on its tailfin - 62216, 70236, 70229, and 61226.

Revealing mistake: During the Mutants' escape, while they're attacking others in the Citadel some of their rubber bald caps come loose, and we can see the caps' edges over their hair/heads.
