Deliberate mistake: While Tony stands beside his car, the first assassin shoots at him, and when Tony dives into the front seat we see the car's dashboard. After struggling with the second assassin, when Tony crashes into the parked car, in the shot from inside the car, there are two issues: the car has a different style dashboard with no air vents, and the rearview mirror is missing; then it reappears.

Deliberate mistake: After James and Kat enter Whipstaff and get the power turned on, when Kat heads to the staircase to go search for a bedroom, we can see a few of the metal stair runner rods attached to the stairs to keep the carpet runner in place. However, when James falls at the top of that staircase and gets rolled up in the carpet runner like a sushi, there are zero stair runner rods. (00:21:30 - 00:31:50)

Visible crew/equipment: While Eli is in the handicap-accessible restroom, he's all alone. Then the woman in a wheelchair knocks on the door to use the facility. So when Eli exits, we can see between the door and door jamb, and there's someone inside the restroom standing directly behind the open door (presumably helping to fully open it) as the wheelchair enters. Continuity mistake: After Jason gives Alicia the oven mitts, they stand at the door talking for a moment. When Jason heads to the elevator, Alicia says, "I'm glad you're back," and in the shot facing Jason, Alicia grips the oven mitts with the mitt fingers at her left side, but in the next shot facing Alicia, she grips the oven mitts the opposite way, with the mitt fingers at her right side. Continuity mistake: During the show's opening credits for the entire run of the series, when Tony drives up to the NJ Turnpike toll gate, the lane 7 machine spits out a toll ticket, and Tony reaches for it. It then cuts to a close-up as Tony grabs hold of the toll ticket, but this ticket machine is now different; note all the stickers. The close-up was shot at another lane's ticket machine.

Visible crew/equipment: After Peter storms into Ruth's office angry about the "Foot in Mouth Disease" headline, a short time later, Eli walks in just in time to see Ruth explain that Peter is actually in second place and climbing. When Peter hugs Ruth and compliments her strategy, Eli walks out of the office, and we can see the orange T-mark on the carpet behind him. (00:15:10)

Deliberate mistake: When Spider-Man attempts to rescue Aunt May from Doc Ock, May's umbrella handle latches onto the building's angel sculpture, so the angel is to her right. After Stan Lee's cameo, as May shouts, "Help me!" the watch is on May's right wrist instead of her usual left. When Spider-Man shouts, "I'm coming," next shot of Aunt May shows her hanging from the opposite side of the angel's body. Then Spider-Man shouts, "Hang on," and in the next close-up of Aunt May her watch is on her right wrist again. (00:50:40)

Continuity mistake: After Upside-Down Girl tells TJ he must do something about Dave, when the gang look for Sam and discuss the situation with him, the clock over the school doors repeatedly changes time between shots. Then, when Sam grabs the shovel and jumps back into the hole, the two hands of the clock vanish, only to reappear and change time yet again.

Other mistake: At lunch, when Sam is using a spoon to shape his mashed potatoes on the tray, his right arm clips through the tray just as he says, "Maybe I should clear out the east wall like this." Then, when Sam says, "Maybe I should fortify the south side first," he's using the spoon to move the mashed potatoes on top of the tray, but his arm and spoon are under the tray, so it looks as if the potatoes move on their own. Additionally, when Sam states that he's so confused, the spoon held up in his right hand appears to vanish in the next shot.

Continuity mistake: The gang hatches a plan and tells Dave that Sam is trapped in a cave-in, so Dave begins digging to save him. When Sam and Spinelli return with their ice cream cones, Sam's gloves vanish and reappear a couple of times while he is holding his ice cream.
