Visible crew/equipment: After Roger shoots the Witch, when Harold goes to his window he sees Roger's shotgun and calls the police. In the next shot, as Roger kneels beside the body, we can see the black screen equipment on the porch, on the left side of the screen. (00:46:05)

Continuity mistake: While Roger is trying to get away from Skeleton Big Ben he's wearing his army boots, but when Roger is walking on the roof of the house, the footwear of the stunt double looks nothing like Roger's army boots. (01:23:20)

Visible crew/equipment: After Roger has a Vietnam flashback while he's at his computer, the movie playing on the TV catches his eye, and he watches for a moment, then when he clicks it off we can see the reflection of equipment and crew on the dark blank TV screen. (00:25:55)

Revealing mistake: While Roger is in the bathroom he hears banging, and when he opens the door he sees the gardening tools poised to attack, and in the shot from the bedroom facing Roger, we can see the stunt wires attached to the hedge shears as it hovers in front of the door's wood casing. Continuity mistake: Early in the morning, before Rockford heads out to the airport for a stand-by flight, when he picks up the phone receiver he holds it in his right hand, then it cuts to a closeup. This closeup presents three issues. One, Rockford is wearing a pinky ring on his right hand that doesn't exist otherwise; two, a rolodex suddenly appears beside the telephone; three, the right hand in the closeup is not holding the receiver. Visible crew/equipment: After Angel lies to Jim about bunking over at Aaron's he leaves Rocky's house, and when Angel shows up at Gaedel's apartment, the moving boom mic is visible in the hallway under the head jamb, and there's a small white tape mark on the carpet between Angel's feet. (00:40:00)

Factual error: After John-Boy reads the scary bedtime story to Jim-Bob and Elizabeth, when Elizabeth is lying in bed she's holding her Raggedy Ann doll, and in the closeup we can see the doll's Knickerbocker tag. This episode takes place in 1933 (the Chicago World's Fair is mentioned at the end), and the Knickerbocker Toy Company created this doll in the late 1960s. (00:09:30)

Continuity mistake: At the airport, there's a wheel chock wedged against the airplane's nose wheel when Chris climbs into the cockpit, and as Rockford walks away we hear Chris starting the engine, but in the next shot that wheel chock has vanished to allow Chris to steer the airplane forward, toward the taxiway. A Very Special Family Guy Freakin' Christmas - S3-E16
Continuity mistake: At the mall Stewie is wearing a pair of mustard color fingerless mittens, and the problem occurs while Stewie is sitting on Santa's lap. When Stewie first mentions plutonium and being a good boy, Stewie's hands show all of his fingers which means he's mittenless, but the color of his hands is the same color as his mittens. Then, when Santa tells Stewie to wrap it up, Stewie is wearing his mustard color mittens, then his mustard color fingers return again.

Visible crew/equipment: During the 'five years later' scenes, Chester, Jim, and two others arrive at the inn, and when Chester begins his tale of moving to Marina del Rey, we can see boom mic movement at the top of the screen, then as Jim mentions their houseboat being a few slips down from Robert Goulet, the boom mic dips way down into view, over Chester.
