Continuity mistake: While April is in Shredder's lair taking photos, when the cat shows up, it has a tail with a white tip and a white underbelly. However, when Irma shows April's photographs to the Turtles, the cat in the photos has a solid tail, though the cat's white underbelly is shown properly.

Continuity mistake: While Scott and Tom are working on the boat's engine, and then while Dianne is with Scott, there's a boat near them with registration number "F 0258 ML" at its side. Other mistake: Sid the Vampire Slayer: While Sid stands in front of the mirror and points his rubber sword at Arnold and Stinky, the two ghoulish vampires, Arnold asks him, "How can we be vampires if we have reflections?" So when Sid is aware of his mistake, Arnold's eyes disappear and reappear in his reflection mid-shot.

Visible crew/equipment: After Holly comes over with the CDs, sour cream, and bubble machine, Jenny then shuts the front door. When Jenny walks toward the camera, just as this shot begins to transition into the next shot, we can see the green T-mark taped to the floor, and a bit of the red T-mark as well, where the two girls stood a moment before. Revealing mistake: While Wayne, Diane, Patty, and Gordon are in the laundry basket, Adam and Mitch carry that basket upstairs. When Mitch says, "I bet my parents wish I didn't have a medical problem," the camera turns to follow the boys as they walk up the stairs, and the left wall (with striped wallpaper) of the staircase is missing to accommodate the camera filming from that angle. It's visible again when Mitch says, "And I feel fine." (00:35:35)

Continuity mistake: While the four parents are atop Adam's chest of drawers, the red Britannica Junior Encyclopædia behind Adam's Sharkruiser has its spine facing out, and we see its volume 16. However, when Wayne, Gordon, Diane, and Patty are seated inside the Sharkruiser and begin to take off down the track, the Britannica behind them is now volume 20. (00:30:20 - 00:32:15)

Continuity mistake: In Adam's room, the yellow Hot Wheels track with the parked Sharkruiser, that is set atop Adam's chest of drawers, repeatedly alternates between having an extended track that continues to run under the books, or having an open track end in front of the book that lies flat on the chest surface. Princess Danielle: [Voice from offscreen.] I will speak for her.
[Princess Danielle appears behind Rodmilla. The entire Royal Court bows. Shocked, Rodmilla turns to face Princess Danielle.]
Princess Danielle: She is, after all, my stepmother.
[Princess Danielle approaches Rodmilla and stops in front of her.]
Rodmilla: [Reluctantly she begins to slowly bow.] Your Highness.
Prince Henry: Marguerite.
[Shocked Marguerite turns toward Henry.]
Prince Henry: I don't believe you've met... My wife.
Princess Danielle: [With poise and composure she speaks softly.] I want you to know that I will forget you after this moment, and never think of you again. But you, I am quite certain, will think about me every single day for the rest of your life.
Rodmilla: And how long might that be?
Princess Danielle: [Looks at King Francis and Queen Marie.] All I ask, Your Majesties, is that you show her the same courtesy that she has bestowed upon me.

Queen Marie: Choose your words wisely, madame, for they may be your last.

Marguerite: Mother! What have you done?! Your Majesty, like you, I am just a victim here. She has lied to us both, and I am ashamed to call her family.
Baroness Rodmilla de Ghent: [Shoves Marguerite.] How dare you turn on me, you little ingrate!
Marguerite: [Feigns horror and shouts.] You see?! You see what I have to put up with?!
King Francis: [Pounds scepter on floor.] Silence! Both of you! Good Lord. [Looks at Jacqueline.] Are they always like this?
Jacqueline: Worse. Your Majesty.
Baroness Rodmilla de Ghent: [Angrily.] Jacqueline, darling, I'd hate to think you had anything to do with this.

Revealing mistake: After Bartlett Finchley escapes from the menacing electric razor, his car confronts him outside. When Finchley's car chases after him, there's nothing attached to the Lagonda, but when the car slams through the wood fence and into the wall of boxes, there's a full grille guard mounted to its front. Then the grille guard promptly vanishes. (00:20:30)

Visible crew/equipment: After Bob and Millie realise the tree and the grass aren't real, when they head towards the town Bob calls out, "Hey! Hey, anybody here?" Then Millie adds, "Somebody," and the shadow of the boom pole/mic moves across the bottom of the screen. (00:14:55)

Visible crew/equipment: After Louis makes the promise to Ellie by telling her, "Church will be fine," Louis heads out the door and down the stairs. The reflection of the boom pole/mic is visible on the red vehicle's windows, just as Missy drives past Louis. (00:16:00)

Continuity mistake: Near the end of the race, Scott is wearing gloves as he gets Rawhide's speed up to match JJ's Scarlet Lady. When the announcer says, "Remember, that's the hull that split apart last year under even less strain," in the shots of Rawhide's hull as it's porpoising, we can see the driver is not wearing gloves, and the windshield differs as well. Other mistake: At Marine Stadium, in the shots facing Sam and Duster together, particularly before the race begins when they mention Goop, note the blonde-haired boy seated two rows behind them. This boy repeatedly lifts his hotdog to his face and amusingly pretends to take bites and chew, all the while his hotdog remains whole the entire time. (01:23:25)

Continuity mistake: During the Orange Bowl race, "Tom Wilson," aka Scott, is the driver of Rawhide, number 99, and he's wearing a long-sleeved red jacket. However, when the announcer says, "There goes the Rawhide, Tom Wilson is really standing on it," in the long shot of Rawhide, number 99, the driver is wearing a short-sleeved red shirt (it's not JJ, who is driving Scarlet Lady, number D3). This occurs a few more times in long shots during the race. (01:28:10 - 01:32:05)

Continuity mistake: At the end, when Dianne's "taxi" shows up, Scott and Dianne go for a drive in Scott's car. The rearview mirror is gone in their close-ups, but it's back in its proper place mounted between the windshields in wide shots. (01:35:35)

Continuity mistake: When Irma meets the disguised Turtles at the subway station, Irma speed-talks her explanation of April's situation. Mikey then tells Irma, "Rewind that and play it back at normal speed," as he raises his right arm, with his left hand in his trench coat pocket; the newsstand is missing in this closeup as well. It cuts to a wide shot, and now it's Mikey's left arm raised in the air (also note his orange wristband is missing).
