When Troy and Gabriella help Kelsi pick up the sheet music, the janitor's cart has vanished from that doorway, but when Ms. Darbus comes back to tell Troy and Gabriella about the call-backs, the janitor's cart has reappeared. Deliberate mistake: After Flipper knocks Sandy off the pier with his tail, there is an underwater close-up of the two of them swimming towards each other. This shot is flipped, note Sandy's watch and bracelets have switched wrists. (00:34:20)

Continuity mistake: After Inspector Todd is shot, Axel chases after De Wald and fires at the truck. When the guy at the back of the truck is shooting at Axel, we see multiple bullet holes near the truck's back right window, but in his close-ups the bullet holes are gone. The window frame's scratched paint differs as well in the close-ups. We know it's the same window because we also see him in the shot of the truck's interior.

Continuity mistake: Before the heist, when Kelly is pulling herself across the cable, the locking carabiner hanging from the line pulley flips over and turns itself upside down between shots, which is impossible to do with Kelly's weight hanging from it.
