Continuity mistake: Leah asks Moose if he brought the cutters, so he looks in his bag then hands Leah scissors. In the shots facing Leah she holds up the scissors by its handles, but in the shots facing Moose she holds up the scissors by its pointy end. (00:10:20)

The boom mic continues to be visible in the following few wide shots, when Cathy asks her mother why Alex was seated up in the balcony and how the mistake was made, then when Cathy walks away. When he reaches Tiffany at the perimeter gate, just as Bond says, "If you see a mad professor in a minibus, just smile," we can see the reflection of the boom pole/mic on the car's windshield, as well as the hood. Continuity mistake: Rachel mentions "the big thing," so Joey sticks his fingers in his ears to block her out. When Rachel pulls on his arms, the only things on the table are Joey's bottled drink, crayons, and coloring paper. In the next shot, we see Rachel's arms and she's not holding anything. It cuts to the next shot facing Joey, as he says, "Well then, it wouldn't be a secret, so yeah, that would be OK," and now there's a drinking glass on the table. Rachel removes it in the next shot.

Visible crew/equipment: During B'Elanna's turn as the EMH protagonist in the Doctor's holonovel, when mustached "Marseilles" (Tom) enters the room, there are two red T-marks on the floor near the door. Then during Neelix's version as the EMH, when "Captain Jenkins" (Janeway) orders "Tulak" (Tuvok) and "Kymble" (Kim) to take the EMH for reprogramming, white T-marks are visible on the floor.
